Since my first visit to this location, Oscar has been very helpful. He follows up when he says he will and he’s definitely thorough with his job. I really like that he takes the time to go over the policy and ensure that the necessary coverage is present for me—the customer. Something I don’t recall ever getting with my former insurance company, mainly because they don’t have local agents like State Farm does. I highly recommend him, even if you’re not sure if you want to switch he will still go ahead and help you out. SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Id been a State Farm customer for auto insurance, through Eric Hollan for 2+ years. However, I chose a new insurance provider based on changes to my budget. I recently had vehicle theft and had to file a claim with my current provider, Esurance. Based on my experience with Esurance, Eric Hollans customer service is unmatched!! He actually guided me through the claims process in helping to get my vehicle operable and back on the road, even though I am no longer a customer of his, while Esurance gave me the run-around, forcing me to do most of the legwork and sought to refuse paying my claim. Eric was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and had a great sense of urgency. I felt like I wasnt alone in what can become a daunting process. Based on my poor experience with Esurance and their lack of urgency and customer service, Ive decided to bring my business back to Eric Hollan. That way, I know I have someone on my side and ll be well taken care of should I have any future incidents. Definitely worth the value!
