I have been with Allstate insurance company for about 5 or 6 months. Lionel Sandoval and Hector are great. I had my Auto with Esurance and my renters with Travelers insurance. So I wanted them together. Customer service was simple. The renters insurance was canceled no problem. When I canceled Esurance to go with Allstate I was charged a $50.00 cancellation fee? It Esurance and Allstate company? Whatever outside of that service was great. I spoke with Karen, she was able to match the coverage at Esurance. Now I have Auto and returners insurance policy with the same company.I would highly recommend them for your insurance needs. Karen was also just great!!Derrick D.
