In 2017, I was in an accident that was not my fault and was only contacted once by the company. I was responsible for getting a copy of the accident report and sending it in to them. I never heard anything back. In 2018, I decided to try them again to insure my car (2015 Malibu). My monthly payment rate was $217.50 which did not include coverage for uninsured motorists. I actually had to sign something saying I was rejecting that coverage. Ridiculous but I paid it because I was required to have coverage in hand before leaving the car lot. I found some cheaper coverage with another company which prompted me to switch ( I only pay $135 for all the coverage I need which is over $60 in savings). I’m not sure why my rate was so high but I can’t say I’d use this company again.
