I had new windows installed. What a great experience. Every person I spoke with was very friendly, honest and informative. They made me feel important. The installers were great. They were professional, friendly, and were very careful not to leave a mess. I highly recommend Unique Home Solutions! I trust them and will continue to use their services!

The folks from Unique are all employees, not subcontractors, and that makes a huge difference in the service and results you will get. Theyre all pleasant, timely, diligent, and they clean up after themselves. The company stands by its work and products and doesnt make you jump through hoops to get follow up service. In fact, this is the first no-stress contractor Ive ever worked with in thirty years of home ownership. They wont be the lowest bid, but they ARE worth every penny.

They replaced gutters which they look 100% better their old ones then Dean we had the pleasure of having him to put our windows in and let me tell you he did a marvelous job we are extremely pleased with the windows that he installed especially with the temperatures being as hot as they are

The service and products provided were excellent. I could do without the 4 hour sales pitch (twice since my wife wasn’t there the first time), the high pressure to sign that day, and $20k for a bathroom. Again, the installers were great, and I like the product. I don’t like the sales technique, or the cost.

First of all, I didn’t even get to use their service as I was told by one of the scheduled employees that I had to wait a couple of months for pricing to go on sale since I could not afford to pay full price right away ( I could do a small down payment) EVEN THOUGH they said they do financing. I just wanted a free estimate as I’m looking around FOR pricing only! Basically declined me and tried to get me to sign up for a credit card (no thank you)The first time I called to schedule an appt for an estimate, the first lady was nice then got sent to another lady who was the main problem I dealt with.She told me EVERYONE who lives in the house MUST be there at the ESTIMATE! I then told her multiple times my bf and I are not married, we did not get the house together, so therefore I AM the decision maker on what goes on and in the house. She kept arguing with me then had the audacity to ask “Don’t you want your bf to be there to decide?” I told her no not really (him and I already had a deep conversation that I am the decision maker since he moved in with me) but kept forcing it upon me that he had to be there just for the estimate!DO NOT RECOMMEND!!So all in all, these past 2 phone calls were rude, sexist, and I got declined (and to wait for pricing to go on sale) since I did not want to open up a credit card right away & I have a car loan that hasn’t been paid off yet! Such a shame!!!I did not expect to be this ANGRY at a company employee or whoever she was, before!!! Especially before I even got the chance to get an estimate!!

I used Home Advisor to get quotes for gutters. I specifically wanted gutters with some sort of leaf guard system. Only two companies sent someone to give me an estimate. The first guy only did plain gutters, no leaf guard. I wait a week for the Unique Home Solutions guy because Im 80% giving the job to them at this point because its the only option for leaf guard.He shows up, Im taking him around back to see the gutters and we pass my hydroponics garden. He implied I was growing marijuana. I have never in my life smoked pot. I told him it was vegetables, he smirked and said thats what we all say. I should have thrown him out then for insulting me but I really wanted leaf guard.I read the reviews about super long sales pitches and when he wants to start in I told him I dont need the pitch, just give me a number so we can get started. He said he really wanted to educate us on the system and we said we really arent interested in how it works, just ensure us that it does work and give a price. He said ok and went to get measuring tools. He measures and then goes back out front, Im assuming to his car to write up a quote like the other guy did. 20 minutes go by and I check the front camera on my phone and see he left. He just up and left without giving us a number or saying he was leaving. An hour later I called the first guy and gave him the job, even though I really wanted that leaf guard.

Rates are RIDICULOUS.. they are high found the same windows for half the price and better svc.

My husband and I were so happy with the quality of product as well as the installation. The gentlemen were friendly and left the areas as clean as before the work started. I could not be happier and am thinking of future work to have completed with Unique Home Solutions.

Had a total of three bathrooms completely remodeled in our circa 1876 home by Unique and have been very satisfied with them. The men that came in were very professional and courteous! We wanted a claw foot tub and an antique vanity added to the bathrooms to keep the character of the home, and they made sure our wishes were met. The flooring was no longer sold by the company, after our first bathroom remodel, and they were able to order more to match these two bathrooms. Only complaint I would have is that the shower doors took longer to come in that anticipated.

Didnt get to use the company because they REFUSED to come out and provide an estimate without my husband being here, who is NOT on the mortgage, nor does he care to deal with contractors and such. Legally, I am the only home owner and handle ALL repairs. It is 2021, and to have a company tell me that I couldnt handle my own home repairs/installs without my husband saying it was ok first was probably the most sexist thing Ive ever experienced. If I needed my husbands approval before hiring contractors to fix repairs in my home, we wouldnt have a new roof, new siding, plumber or hvac repairs done. Imagine all the jobs missed if every company had this business approach. I doubt this company has refused service to a man for this same reason. On a positive note, I am glad I had the chance to experience this companys culture before mistakenly hiring them.

We have use Unique Home Solutions twice for work on our house. We first had all 24 windows replaced in our 1950 stone 2 story home, which included two large picture windows. We also had new siding installed which replaced the aluminum siding that was installed in the 1970s.The windows were a huge improvement on the energy efficiency of our home, both in terms of reduced solar heating during the summer and increased insulation during the winter. The siding immediately made the house quieter and stopped all wind from getting into the walls. Since we have 40 clear acres to the West of our home, that will make a big difference this winter.The salesmen have always been honest and upfront with the products they sell, never having a caveat *after* the contracts were signed. The workers have been polite, clean, efficient, and showed a desire to provide the best finished product possible. We have been pleasantly surprised as well at the excellent communication while the work was being performed. We have never started the day wondering if the workers would show up, when they might arrive, and what work would be done as we have with other contractors. The workers always kept us informed to the progress of the work and made good on their promises.We have been very happy with the work and products from Unique Home Solutions and can recommend them highly. Just in case anyone might think we had just one good experience, the windows were installed almost 15 years ago and the siding installed this spring. It has been over 30 years since Unique came and did our siding and windows. Everything has held up just fine over the years. We had to have them back out a couple times for our bay window but they were always professional and took great care of us. I really appreciated the guy who came out recently to check and make sure we are still doing fine. I would always recommend Unique, its a lifetime of care!

We have had Unique do work on two of our homes. We love the windows. We can really tell a big difference in the noise level from the street, and also a big difference in the amount of heat that enters our house from outside. The clean up was amazing, you couldnt even tell anyone was here (except for the new windows of course). We will definitely use Unique again.

We have replaced all windows in our house and the front entry door with Unique. The door and windows were all 50 years old. From day one we have been highly pleased with their staff and their expertise. The installers were prompt, knowledgeable, polite, and informative. I was amazed with the clean up, too. The follow up programs has exceeded our expectations. Any time they come out its like having a friend visit. We are so happy we met them at the home show.

We had Unique do our windows and gutters. Great quality. We have some odd shaped and windows that threw them for a loop at first but they were able to get it taken care of just right. My favorite things are how well the windows are sound insulated and how good the quality is. They look really nice.

UPDATE: It took some time but Unique worked hard to make our situation right. We now have a finished shower even though it is not what we originally bought into. They offered many alternatives to correct the problem that the manufacturer helped cause. We are still disappointed that the wall panels that we fell in love with are not what we ended up with but we do have a mold free shower now and that was ultimately why we started the project.ORIGINAL POST: Our first install of our bathroom started in April. We are are now at the end of October and we still do not have a finished bathroom. Unique has been out to our home 4 times for what should have been a standard install. We purchased the white on white impression series for our shower walls. The first time out they did not bring enough material, one wall panel was cut uneven and 1 inch above the tub and the shower curtain was not hung straight. 2 months later they came with new panels to finish the job. They panels were not the impression series and did not match the rest of the shower that was previously installed. With a third visit in October, they came out to finish the job, again with new panels and they again did not match the impression series.I do not understand why it has been so challenging to get the right materials in the right quantity to finish our shower. We still have an unfinished wall in our shower, three unmatching shower panels and no place to hang our wet towel. We have a 10 month old and one on the way and not having a finished shower after 6 months is completely ridiculous.

Very happy with our new sliding door and windows. Our home is so quiet now. The installers were great. By the time the installation was finished we felt like we made new friends.

LOVE this company. My windows were terrible. Air was leaking in so bad and it was difficult to keep the house warm. Fortunately we went with unique home solutions and they worked so fast on getting me new windows ASAP and while we were dealing with COVID. They used all safety measures to prevent the spread of covid but explained every step of the process. I had a ton of questions and they were able to answer every single one. This was such a smooth easy process and my new windows look perfect! My house is warmer and quieter. I will be using Unique for all my home improvement needs here on out. Amazing people and an amazing company.

We really love our gutters, the installers were quick and professional. They actually called and asked if they could come early and that was great. Everything has been painless. We also had them do our windows a whole back. They even cleaned out the mildew we had in our old windows. I will definitely use unique again.

The product is first class, the installers are first class, the service crew is first class. We cant wait for next year to have them do all of our doors. There is nothing about Unique that I dont like. They are not the cheapest in the market, but it is quality, the warranty cant be beat, and you get what you pay for. Thats why we ultimately decided to go with them.

We had our bathroom done by Unique and it is awesome. The work was timely. We liked it so much that we had Will come back out and do a second bathroom. They are both beautiful. I would always recommend Unique, everyone Ive talked to has been so kind.

When we bought our house we inherited Unique siding and gutters. We love them both. My husband loves maintenance free gutter guards. It was also great that the lifetime warranty transferred from the previous owner. We will definitely have Unique back for more projects.

We are completely satisfied. The installers came to do our windows on a rainy day and finished the job quickly. I came outside after to clean up but they had already done it! We can notice a huge difference in our upstairs bedrooms. We have also received multiple compliments and we always recommend Unique.

Weve had all the windows all the way around the house replaced. I love them. They work so great. The original windows were wooden and these new vinyl windows are so much better. They did a superb job from the inspection to the sales pitch all the way through the cleanup. Couldnt ask for anything better.

The new door and windows has helped with our energy bill. The man that did the work was very polite and was efficient. He left the area cleaner than it was before he started. He also noticed we didn’t have good insulation, and it saved us 50% on our energy bills. Great service!

So many of these reviews are fake...Im sure. We had to wait over 6 months to get the job started. The workers were nice enough and worked efficiently, but they were sent to our home with an inadequate 2 wheel drive truck which when full of concrete got stuck in our yard! They had to call a tow truck to pull them out! The workers did there best to apologize and fix the yard, but the company did little to make it better. Now over six months after install we have dealt with a bit of water and constant error beeps every 24 hours! Suprise, suprise no one is available to deal with our call they will call us back within 24hrs... yeah its been weeks of multiple calls and nothing! So much for our lifetime warranty, less than a year in and we cant get anything resolved! Feeling like we threw away almost $10,000.00 and have a torn up basement to show for it! Not happy!

They are expensive but for the quality I would say its well worth it. The siding is so well insulated and the windows seal so tight I cant even hear the wind blow let alone anything else. We have had siding, multiple windows, gutters, and the front door done by Unique. I cant say Im dissatisfied. I would recommend this company for any home improvement jobs.

Unique sent two guys out to do a sliding glass door for me. I was impressed that it was only a four hour job. The crew cleaned up well and I havent had a single problem with my door since. Im really excited because they just told me they will be back in a couple weeks with my new gutters!

By this time I have Heard about them from people that had them put in there windows and from there storys I have decided to use another window company. Im really happy with my gutters, especially since I no longer have to pay someone to clean them out for me. Its nice that theres no more waterfall on my garden. Overall these new gutters are great.

Have had two jobs done by Unique. First we had our basement waterproofed which they no longer do. Second we had our roof replaced as well as the fascia and soffit.We were extremely happy with the basement and were able to pour more money into it, drywall flooring, furniture, to finish it and enjoyed about 2 years down there as our main living space. Then it flooded! The battery backup system had at some point between when they installed it and the flood had blown the fuse and the backup pump stopped working. it was not until the primary pump failed until we knew we had a problem. tried to get it fixed through warranty but since we did not know that we had to replace the pump within 3 years we were on the hook. The basement is still not being used as a living space as we are not going to do the flooring, drywall, and buy new furniture again just to have it ruined again. it is now a very expensive unfinished basement. No wonder they stopped doing basements.Now the roof. We decided to give them a second chance. We needed a new roof and I just didnt have the time to do it myself. The finished product is great. So far. Once it was done we noticed there were a ton of nails all over the deck, driveway, front walk, and all over in the grass. probably over 100 nails. I had to clean them up before my dog caught one in the foot. Days later as I was getting ready to mow the lawn I was picking up sticks and found an open utility knife in the grass about 10 feet from the sidewalk. I was mad as all get out.Last night they stopped to try and get me to give them a 5 star review and I said thanks for the reminder to write this review. We will not be using them again. You shouldnt either.

They are good workers, they do their jobs well. I dont have enough good things to say. We have had windows, gutters, and two doors done by Unique. All were very efficient installs and everything looks great!

We had unique do our windows a few years back.. We live on a busy intersect and we use to hear all the noise from the traffic.. Since putting in their triple pain windows it has cut that sound in half.. Little to say we love our windows very energy efficient as well

Worst experience ever with a company. I was contracted by the homeowners to get 3 quotes. Sales is high pressure. Although the product is high quality it is overpriced. Homeowners decided 9n Unique and put down $10k and financed the rest...this was for siding and gutters. Other companies quoted prices which included roofing for a comparable quote with comparable products.Unique didnt start on time. 3 months later started project. Workmen here for 2 hours then left. What normally would have taken any other crew 1 week this lasted over 4 weeks. Had to contact managers to get crew 9n track. Gutter crew was much more professional.Salespeople promised to follow up personally on job. Ne er did.If you want a job done...go with Amos or Cochrans
