Excellent repair! We wished we would have found this company before we invested in 6 new windows. We could have repaired our other windows for less money than a window replacement. The 2 gentleman that came out and did the repairs did excellent work!

Amazing service from start to finish! There were four different people in the process- An estimator, the “double checker/orderer” (?), the installer, and the office coordinator. All of them were truly exceptional and friendly. I am so glad to have worked with them. On time, nice, professional, and great communication. It was a painless and budget friendly experience!!

I had a great experience. Luke helped with a final quote and product selection, when I wrapped back around to him several months after the initial quote was made before I purchased my home. He and another project manager also helped advise on some work I needed from my contractor (to replace some rotted wood) before the new sliding door and upper window could go in. The time between final product order and installation felt long, although the whole industry is pretty overloaded right now -- and they even called to reschedule the install one week earlier than originally planned, because their job calendar changed. Mike, Steve, and Steve did the install in less than the expected time, and did a great and careful job, were very nice and respectful of my home. Im very happy with their work!

We loved working with Window Makeover from start to finish. They were prompt, efficient and the best price for our window project.

Two windows were repaired in the family room, one having a broken metal part on the crank mechanism so we could not open or close the window. Also they were out of alignment, wood frame needed adjustment/sanding. The second window needed same, but no new metal parts replaced. A foggy side light next to the front door needed to be replaced. These repairs were done within 3 hours, the person efficient and cleaned up. Good service.

We needed some window work on our 1990-built house. Window makeover came to our house, gave us a full evaluation and we were able to select our priorities for repair. They did a beautiful job doing repair work on a badly damaged wood window and replaced the glass in two other large, oddly-shaped windows. They were responsive, had clear communication, their estimate was fair, and the work was done efficiently and in the timeframe promised. I will definitely use them again.

Window Makeover was prompt in getting us a quote for our repairs, followed up with scheduling when they said they would, and fixed our issues to our satisfaction. The repair technicians were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. We hope we don’t need more repairs in the future, but if we did, we’d call Window Makeover.

In short, window makeover windows fail after 5 years.well, it appears that window makeover isnt any better than any other transient window company. i have had window makeover repair and replace many of my windows over the past five years and the first window that i had replaced now is rotten. and window makeover is standing by their 5 year warranty and not fixing or replacing the window.Exactly at 5 years the window needs to replaced. Also all of the repaired or replaced windows will probably need to be replaced as the windows get to be 5 years old.Also dont count on getting records or proof of purchase from window make over because they have changed software and they dont have old installations.

I had a tough job for them: 3 double casement wooden windows badly rotted. It took two guys the better part of a whole day to remove the old ones and custom install new ones. Really good quality and workmanship. My only regret is that they did not setup adequate dust control so clean up for me took a couple of hours to wash all exposed things and surfaces in the room with the windows and the adjacent room.

Workers did a good job on my window issues. No complaints!

We had 3 wood trim windows repaired. It was a good experience. They were honest up front they were busy and booked out about a month at the time, and that was fine, it was worth the wait. More economical they full replacement of windows. They called the day ahead to confirm appointment and 30 min ahead when they were on their way. The men that arrived were respectful of our house and keeping a safe social distance. It took a couple hours. Windows look like new!

Recently purchased home in Carmel, IN that received considerable work by this company fixing windows prior to the purchase. One of the three panes with sash was replaced in the garage- that is the ONLY window that leaks now. Warranty work denied- person even laughed at me and the situation. Company does not stand behind its warranty. I planned to have them replace hardware on other windows, I told them no thanks, how could I ever trust them. I would give them less than a star if possible.

Mike came out to inspect all windows in our 26 yr old home and to assess what repairs, if any, might be necessary. He was highly professional and knowledgeable, and displayed the highest integrity. Only repairs that warranted doing were pointed out, so that there was never a hint of salesmanship. Honestly Ive never had a more professional experience with ANY contractor as I had here with Window Makeover from beginning to end. from my initial inquiry and setting up a quote to ordering, providing status updates and actual installation... was super easy and the result was great!

I have used this company three times now. Initially for a simple sill replacement on a casement window and window glass replacement in another of my casement windows. Once I saw the craftsmanship and quality of the materials I used them for more extensive restoration on some my older casement windows. They do exceptional work. Windows that I thought I would have to replace are now good as new without all the hassle and expense of full window replacement. I highly recommend this company. They are professional, punctual and well worth the money as opposed to full window replacement.

I initially had some concerns after the work was finished, but WM sent out two guys who addressed all of my concerns! We met with Dave to see if his company could repair our existing windows. We determined that the best option was to replace the windows, and he had the idea to make them large picture windows, effectively halving the number of windows, but making each window twice the original size. We LOVE our windows!!! We did not realize how just changing the windows could alter the entire feel of the room! The work was completed promptly, the price was fair, and it was a pleasure to work with this company.

Im not a handyman. One of our windows had a quarter-inch gap several inches long when closed, like the frame was too wide for the window at the bottom. Nate from Window Makeover quickly determined the problem: turned out to be a minor issue with a sash pivot pin. No pressure, no overselling - just a fast, honest, and friendly repair. If we have any window issues in future, I know when I call Window Makeover well be treated right!

The guys fixed out bay window, replacing quite a bit of wood rot, and were able to salvage the existing windows. I was very pleased with the finished product, and they were able to complete it in one day. The price I thought was not inexpensive, but probably fair. We have a few more windows we will probably use these guys for in the future. Recommend.

Since this is the 2nd spam reminder to give a review of this company, I will oblige you. This company was chosen by the seller of my home to do some window replacements and repairs. The sales person forgot to include an operator handle in the estimate that the seller was crediting me. I refused to to pay any additional money for a new operator handle because it was in my contract to have ALL windows in the home repaired or replaced that were in disrepair. The window company was at fault for that oversight. Instead of owning up to his mistake, the salesman lied to me and gave me excuses. When I tried to contact his boss, I was put into contact with the owner of the company. He did not look into my problem either and also gave me the same excuses. I had to threaten to leave a bad review before anyone would take me seriously. I finally had to get in contact with my realtor, who got into contact with the seller and her realtor. The owner did the right thing in the end by crediting me the handle, but not after this very frustrating and drawn out situation over a stupid $200 operator handle!

Price was very reasonable. They rebuilt the rotting sills on 3 windows in my sunroom. Work was very efficient and now windows work like new.

The installation/repair of 2 windows was completed quickly. The window makeover repair professional was experienced and proficient.

We used Window Makeover for a window repair which didnt last very long and the warranty was not helpful. We then decided to give them another chance and hired them to replace the same window. The window began to leak and the warranty team came out and caulked the window. They used white caulk and not clear which they assured my husband that they were using. The window now needs painting. I have emailed and called the office several times and have yet to hear what they will do to take care of this issue. It has been a disappointing experience to say the least. I would not use them again.

Well, it didnt start well but it ended very well... We were negotiating the purchase of a home and asked WM to come out and give us an estimate to repair or replace some damaged windows. Salesman Kyle said it would be almost $18k, which the seller balked at and the home purchase almost fell through. A savvy realtor asked Dave (WM owner) to come out and he determined there was only $7k worth of damage. He walked us through the entire inspection and explained what was needed with every window in the house. The home purchase went through and we had WM replace/repair the windows and they did an amazing job. They even discovered a VERY minor problem with one of the replacement windows, so they reordered and reinstalled it when the new one came in. Dave was great to work with and the installers were professional, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. The windows are great and alls well that ends well (I wouldnt let Kyle quote another window job for me, tho).

Made appointment for estimate 3 weeks in advance. I had taken a personal day off from work. Called after the scheduled appointment time saying he was running late approximately 40 minutes. Frustrating that a company does not respect your time!!!!

There were couple of problems but the company promptly rectified both issues.
