I went here on this past Saturday. Everything seemed to being going fine. The tax preparer stated that the return would be checked by like a second reviewer with them and would call to see if I would want to move forward. No one called, so I called. They filed my taxes with the federal government. The amount was very low. My name was spelled wrong on the return even though I brought my social security card and drivers license. I have not filed single since 2003 and they filed single. I have been head of household since 2008. I called yesterday, first time they said they would call back in 5 minutes. Called back 20 minutes later, the girl sound a little irritated and said would call back. That is how I found out it was sent to IRS-the messed up one. On top of that, I have to bring a 12 month lease and a divorce decree (divorce since 2013) for them to fix my taxes. The girl told me, the manager would call me at 630pm yesterday. It us 12:44pm on Wednesday and my phone has not rang. Next year, I will probably do my own (like I have been doing because I got more money on 3 comparisons) or go back to H&R Block or Liberty. Tried calling today and was sent to voicemail after a free rings. Anyone know if I can call IRS and stop this bad filling? Thanks!

Go somewhere else! A month ago, there were only a few reviews with no commentary. After a bad review, they magically added a few words. I am a single mom and pay everything myself. They filed my taxes before I could review them. I picked up my Federally refund. $493 of which they took $150 for my messed up taxes that I will have HR Block fix, $14 software fee and a another fee. I walked out with about $289 and some change federal refund. My refunds are usually $1,500 or more, federal only. This pay year, I ran the numbers myself and I should have got about $1,100 with Trumps new tax law. I believe they should have given me a discount being that they ruined my taxes and I now have to mail in a amendment (long time to get my money now). To this date (filed about two weeks ago), the owner/manager has never called me to make this right. At least if I filled at HR Block, Liberty or another larger company....they would have made it right. Who messes up taxes and still charge you full price! What a screw up! Never again. I have told my whole network NOT to go here!!!!

MY FIRST TIME FILLING HERE WAS MY FIRST AND MY LAST TIME, 🤬 THERE WAS AN ERROR ON MY 1040 THE AMOUNTS THEY SAID I WOULD RECEIVE WERE WRONG THEN PAID THEM UP FRONT 170 TO SEND OFF my taxes BY MAIL I SET UP DIRECT DEPOSIT MY MONEY WENT TO THEM THEY NEVER CALLED AND NOTIFIED ME OF MY CHECK BEING THERE AND CHARGED ME AN EXTRA 150 when I received my check but they gave me the 150 back cash
