Theyre rip offs, their e-file is garbage. I filed my taxes there using theyre e-file program and its been 2 months already and I havent received my money. I cant even get a refund status online. Plus, theyre so unorganized and unprofessional - they have people walk in without advising them there is such thing as a sign in sheet. they dont even have a sign up to notify customers to sign in as soon as they arrive. Last time I file with them for sure!
