LOTS of great stuff, incredibly priced in this place. You will leave with more than you meant to buy. The greeting card area in particular is great (way better than paying $4-$6 per card anywhere else). Some of these reviews left by others are ludicrous. I dont know what people expect at an extremely discounted store chain like this -- its not Beverly Hills Boulevard in there -- its everythings a dollar, and its a tiny little corner mart, in an aging strip mall. Theyre doing the best they can. Keep it in context when you shop there, and youll be pleasantly surprised.

I had four items I waited in line for almost 20 minutes because there was a error at the register I was at so the manager opened a register called for next in line and then after that person was checked out the manager took all the other people that piled in the line so I walk over and she refused to check me out said she wasnt taking anyone else I explained that she had taken all the other people and she then tells me it was my fault for not moving to her line fast enough when again I had 4 things so not like it would have taken that long I have never encountered anyone as rude and hateful as she was she had NO people or customer service skills at all. I work in customer service and if I ever thought of providing that level of service I wouldnt have a job

Total mess, need some more Employees. Cashier was very Sweet.

Always messy, every isle blocked with boxes full of things that need to be restocked but they’ll sit there for days. Shelves with random things like automotive parts in the makeup and cleaning supplies in the toys. A lot of opened items you can see people stole. Many employees walking around the store but when I stood to check out no one would assist me. Took about 10 minutes before someone came over. Go to the one right down the road, much better.

Tonight I had the worst experience with store manager Cindy. She acted like she was intoxicated or on drugs. She was not making any sense and accused me of moving the store around every day. I told her I have never been to this store as I am from Alabama. She basically called me a liar. I have never had a more inappropriate experience in a retail store. If this is the manager, dollar tree has bigger problems.

After reading recent reviews for the past year it is clear that my experience here today was typical. The store manager has no people skills and hates her job. I walked out without making my purchase. She was yelling rude comments as I did this.

Cashier was nice and she was busy. I was looking at the kitchen stuff on the wall and 2 people were talking in the area who I thought were customers. Come to find out that 1 was an employee and when he decided it was time to work again. He also decided I was in his way. Spoke to me like I needed to move out of his way. Only then did I realized he worked there. I was not done shopping the wall but I walked away after the way he talked to me. I know that they seem over worked ever time I go in there. Need at least 1 more employee per shift to really make that store look nice and clean. But that is just me and my thoughts. I still go in from time to time due to being able to find what I need or want if I am in that area.

Its like any other except this one had what I arrived to find.

Some good stock, but Ill give this place credit for keeping it the best they can while understaffed and shoppers(some) just move and displace items to any aisle they want.

The older gentleman working the register tonight at 9:15pm was an awesome employee. Talkative, positive, and obviously enjoys his job and retail. I’ll be back to this location. Most other locations the employees act miserable when talking to them or asking questions. This one was great.

Its a big store with alot of opportunities, But when I went in it looked like it had been ransacked. Alot of messy or empty shelves. There was only one cashier on a busy Saturday afternoon.

Its only 10/3 and their Halloween selection was practically non existent. But their Christmas selection was coming on strong. And you would think that Thanksgiving was just a figment of the imagination. SMDH. And back in true Dollar Tree style 12 deep is the line and only 1 cashier open.

Quick and Easy place to go to get some name brands but off brands are just as good sometimes..I recommend you to go there..

Worst dollar tree ive seen in some time. Smh. You can tell Cindy is running the place. I didnt even bother getting half what i went there for (because you cant find it) all i can say is WOW. Get new management and stock help. This use to be a decent store but Ill never go back there.

I love shopping at the Dollar Tree. They are always very friendly and helpful.

I was able to buy Dawn dish soap and Golden Crust Jamaican meat patties. Of course eyeglasses are also $1.

This is one of the nicest and neatest Dollar Tree that I have been to. Usually they seem to be messy but they are still worth checking out. The employees here are very helpful and extremely courteous to their guests. I usually can find what Im looking for with no problem. Nice selection of items. I love going in here.

Stopped in on our way home to get a dog toy for our pets. This store is a crazy mess! We could not find anything or get to any shelves due to stacks of boxes everywhere, hard to move through the aisles. People digging through boxes to find what they are looking for. One of the worst Dollar Tree stores I have shopped. Nothing was organized, the shelves were under-stocked. On a good note, the lady who checked us out at the register was very nice and polite. Too bad she was the only one working in the entire store.

Went in here and asked for change for a 20 dollar bill and was rudely told they dont break bills on the weekends unless I buy a product per policy whatever! Will never come here agai .

My husband and I stopped in to this Dollar Tree location to pick up a few activities for our kids for this coming weekend. We made one lap around the store and left. There were, no exaggeration, 12 people in line and only one cashier. There was another employee there but she was blowing up balloons. The store was the messiest I have ever seen it. And there is a sign in front of the bathrooms that say there is not a public restroom, that the city is working on it, and to either go to Walmart to use the restroom or go home. Seriously? As a very large chain, someone from your corporate office should be ensuring that the restroom situation is fixed immediately. And until it is fixed, telling your customers to go home is rude and Im sure the exact opposite of what you want your customers to do. This store is in dire need of new management, and definitely needs more than two employees at 3 oclock in the afternoon.

My favorite store if you have kids or grandkids great crafting supplies . Awesome for the holidays. I go about two to three times a week

They have everything i need and i save a lot of money over the supermarket prices.the big dollar trees have cooler and freezer . Sell 1 dozen eggs or 18 in carton for only 1.00.they sell name brands as well as genrics.its a great all around place to shop. My favorite.

I didnt find what I was looking for

I just discovered the Dollar Tree stores about a month ago...impressed with some of the things I found. However, I was not familiar with the return policy of exchange only and no refunds. I had purchased some items at a different store, but went to this store in the Wal-Mart plaza to make a return. I had three small sacks of items to return. It was pouring down raining outside. I grabbed the sacks out if my car in a hurry, handed them to the cashier and went about doing more shopping. when I got to the register, I discovered, I accidentally had grabbed a sack for Meijer, leaving one of the Dollar Tree bags in the car. They made the exchange and I paid an extra $13 in cash. I mentioned all this to the cashier and told her I would go back out to get the third sack and bring it back in. I did just that...and that is when I discovered the return policy. They refused to give me a refund, but I had just been there less than five minutes after checking out. I just feel in this particular instance I could have been given a refund of about $7, when I had just paid more than that. I didnt need anything else to purchase at that time. I was cold, soaking wet, plus Im handicapped and walk with a cane or a walker. So inconvenient and irritating. Both cashiers were very rude. I just feel like before the initial purchase was rung up and the cashier pointed out to me about me accidentally bringing in a Meijer sack, I could have been informed about the return policy and given the opportunity to get the correct sack from my car before the items were rung up. It was after all this I read the receipt about no cash refunds, but I honestly didnt know about it and frankly I bet not very many people read the small print on a receipt. Im sure I just folded the receipt and placed it in my wallet on my way out the door. A couple days later, I just happened to be telling someone about this incident and this person just so happened to be a former District Manager of the Dollar Tree Stores and had managed six different stores in the Indianapolis area. She told me in an instant like this, exceptions can be made and a refund can be done. Of course this would have been a one time thing and now that I understand the policy, I will abide by that policy. But due to the employee rudeness, I will not shop at this particular store again.

Dont expect too much but in a dollar its sufficient for all basic amenities. They have very nice staff.
