Superb customer service and more than fair pricing. I ordered online for my nephews birthday party after speaking with the owner on the phone (less than 3 days prior to needing it for the party). He helped accommodate my need for something that can be used with “water”. I got way more than I expected from their website and had it all weekend for a very reasonable small fee. They communicated well before drop off, helped me decide where to put the slide because it’s massive and does need some space to get some speed if your an adult or older kid. He gave some great tips and directed his crew on where to put it and ensured the tarp under was placed properly and ensured cords would not get run over by kids. Pick up was quick and hassle free. These guys are too notch and I will be getting more this fall if we don’t get a chance this summer!

We rented a bounce house for Memorial Day weekend and Doug was beyond helpful and super accommodating with this last minute request. He was super friendly, his staff were timely and easy to work with. This was our first bounce house rental and we will definitely do it again! Ordered via Groupon and when I tried to redeem was told I couldnt chose the services I wanted for my daughters birthday party. I sent the screen shots of the fine print to the owner to verify that it was not explained and they replied with its company policy. No apologies or trying to correct the issue and not even enough decency to call me back after I asked to speak to the owner. I am appalled by how unprofessional and unfriendly this company is and how it was my burden to even have to screen shot the fine print to them because they didnt seem to believe me. Once they were proven wrong they still did nothing to remedy the situation. Buyer beware.
