I started out modeling in Indianapolis at a different well-known mother agency- only to have to front tons of money just to sit on their website and not work. Rune does not work like that. Josh actually CARES about his models and wants us to succeed. I’ve been signed with Rune for over a year and my career has rapidly grown successful. I am placed in L.A. and am actually booking clients! Rune represents the whole midwest, not just Indy or Dayton or Chicago separately. Josh has been in the industry for a long time and has so many connections, along with our other wonderful agents Cecilia and Abbey! Overall, I’m so happy I signed with Rune and look forward to continuing my modeling career with them!

Great representation. Audition within 2 weeks of joining. We have been super happy with Josh. They sit down and work on an individual plan for each person that is geared towards what you need. They only get paid if you get work. You do have to get photos and things yourself but that is only if you want to get nationally placed.

Rune has been such an eye opener in this Industry for me the past few months! The agency I was with previously for 2.5 years showed me the worst side. After less than 2 months with Rune, I am signed with another agency in the Midwest Market and I am happier than ever! A year ago, I was not in a good place mentally or physically. I was putting on this facade of being confident in my body and my looks. Only wearing wigs and all kinds of shape wear in an attempt to conform to what I thought was an ideal beauty standard. I was hiding an eating disorder, depression, and substance abuse under that mask. During the first interview when they asked what my “brand” was, the answer I gave was one that I had only wished was a reality. When I got signed, it felt like they literally stripped me down and it was hard. I had to get rid of my wig and wear my natural hair. Minimize the amount of makeup i wore. I had to learn and force myself to truly start taking care of myself. It was A LOT of work and pain, but knowing that they believed in me and they had my back, I knew I had to keep going. And in turn, I’ve learned to love and embrace myself and I don’t think I would be at this point If I hadn’t signed with them. The brand I described to them is now my reality. Knowing that they thought I could go far, really forced me to believe I was capable of going further than I had previously thought. Now I feel f***ing amazing! Lol. Both mentally and physically. They made me realize I was enough. now, I’ve booked Finishline. There are other big things coming down the road. Things I didn’t even know were possible for me. I don’t think they understand just how much they saved and changed my life... in less than 6 months. I am forever grateful for this family that they’ve welcomed me into. Long story short: they got you! Something not so common among other Indy agencies. 🙃
