Scam! Please beware. Leslie has never been a model - she goes on the local news station with girls modeling regular clothes. Mother Agent is a scam. You do not need a mother agent to find work at all. $1,000 for some sort of camp from people that she knows that more than likely do not have the experience either. No idea how this place is still in business. Instagram has fake photos. The good reviews on here are also fake. Beware.

Lmodelz has flooded their own review listings with at least 30 reviews in the past 3 days that were all obviously written by the same person. All 5 stars, all with the same words & phrases used over and over. If you want to be a model in Indianapolis, and be a part of what limited work is available here, you get with either Helen Wells or IndyModels. Its been that way for 20+ years. If you want to play like a model, and never make a dime doing it, lmodelz might be a perfect place for you. Its all up to what you want out of modeling. Then you try to get with an agency that can make it happen. But you have to wonder about an agency that feels they have to post 30+ fake reviews to make themselves look good. It seems desperate.

I was shocked how phony this agency was until I did a better job of researching it. They constantly post things on Instagram and Facebook that they had nothing to do with so they can look like they have work. They often dont even know the model and stole the picture off the Internet. Dont be stupid enough to get involved here. They scam a fortune out of foolish girls and have nothing to offer but an empty bank account.

Theres a lot of negative and positive opinions about lmodelz. I personally have been signed with them going on four years. I have seen numerous girls come into the agency and numerous girls leave. Fashion is a rough industry there is no way around it. Most people leaving negative opinions are past models or people who got rejectedLeslie does a really good job at developing models. When most people leave they are freelance models or move to an agency that specializes in booking local jobs. Once you start modeling its not hard to find out how to book jobs in the local market. Most people walk away complaining, but wouldnt have ever modeled, even on the local level, if it wasnt for the connections and education they received at Lmodelz. A lot of opportunities outside of Lmodlez costs additional money. Lmodelz isnt making money off any of their developing girls. Yes, some photographer will shoot for free. If you are a freelance model who wants to spend the time making those connections yourself, you might save some money. In reality, theres a endless supply of pretty girls wanting to model, but a more limited number of highly qualified photographers who are willing to shoot for free. Its simple supply and demand. Models that have no experience need a experienced photographer to work with. This is the industry standard for how things work. Keep in mind that some people dont follow this traditional path in development. Thats neither bad or good.Lmodelz places girls in bigger markets, if they have what it takes. Traveling to different markets cost money, and the majority of people will spend for these opportunities. Lmodlez does book jobs for models, but its competitive even in Indy. The reason I have stayed so long is, because being signed offers me benefits. Being signed is more of a business relationship than being an employee. I send clients to Leslie sometimes, and Leslie books me jobs. I dont travel a lot, because I cant afford to travel. Leslie works with me on my financial situation. She still offers me opportunities regardless of my finances. If you have money to travel things will happen faster for you. If you are a freelance model looking to sign to Lmodelz consider how you can befit each other.Lmodelz is a good agency for some people, but its not the right fit for everyone. If your considering signing do your research and look at your options. I personally think lmodelz is a good agency for girls who have no fashion experience (need developed) or are current freelance models who have money to invest and want connections to get to bigger markets.Lmodelz is what you make it. Leslie will support you as long as you give the same back to the agency. I have learned a lot from Leslie. Im probably a pain for her to deal with sometimes. Leslie can make things happen in your career. The key is communication. If theres something you want to pursue in modeling talk with her about it. She probably has connections to make opportunities happen for you.

My daughter has been asked by quite a few agents to sign with them ... but, our struggle was that we were just another number in their quest to grab what models they could off the market of mother agents and sign you into a contract and leave you and your profile on their site to do the work on your own. So we waited, and “waded” and we “WATCHED”. And by luck found Lesile with @Lmodelz.Definitely standing out from the rest a mother agent that stood along side you. She has been wonderful and an ACTIVE participant in placing the girls with upper class agency’s. Taking the time to find each girls particular market that they appeal to and then grabs her girls and hits the markets with face to face interviews.Lesile starts this process by her boot camp giving the girls personal, patient, instruction and bringing in and hiring experts to come and teach and educate the girls prior to taking them on “go sees”. This ensures the girls are prepared, equipped, confident, and ready for whatever the industry has to throw at them. Highly impressed with this young lady and her quest to give these girls opportunities of a lifetime ... if your serious, this is a great place to start.

Lmodelz has changed my daughters life and launched her amazing career. She signed with Lmodelz 3 years ago and has had nothing but positive growth and amazing success because of it. She was taught all about the industry and guided and encouraged and worked very hard to get to where she is now, signed with 3 more major agencies in Miami, LA, and Chicago. She is a succeful working model and wouldn’t be where she is today without Leslie and Lmodelz. I can’t say enough good things about this agency. She PAYS these people to be friends of hers on social media. Ask yourself....why would lmodelz have to post 20 bogus reviews, all on the same day, if business were going great for them? Ive learned so much about modeling since getting involved last year and signing with another Indy agency. Make sure you do the same before getting involved with a scam.

I dont support any agency that tells a teenage girl she looks puffy honestly so unbelievable. Also to be angry at one of her models going out to eat and munching on a burger. Honestly shows what you put your models through, furious. Do you have no idea what an eating disorder is? telling impressionable teens those words can cause one, unrecommend this agency and any agency that does the same.

We went here for an interview but the pitch was way too fake for me. They couldnt show me any actual proof of ever having booked a model in a job yet they wanted a fortune to sign with them. We found a better agency for a LOT less money. Do your homework.

Just FYI - I stopped here about 3 weeks ago to get info and it appears they have gone out of business. I was told by another business in the building that they hadnt seen anyone there in a long time. The place is kind of creepy anyway.
