3 out 4 tires were delivered to my house on Wednesday. The last tire was scheduled to be delivered Thursday. Did not arrive Thursday. Scheduled to be delivered friday between 12 and 4. Tire did not arrive. Called customer service and a representative assure me that my tire was out for delivery and that it should arrive before 9 pm on friday. Call customer service again at 8pm the same day for another update and this time a representative said that the tire never was never placed on the truck today. Despite the website and customer service rep confirming that the tire was on a delivery truck today. Ask if i can come and pick up the tire since they have the location. The representative said no the tire had been sealed in 1 of the 2 trucks that are ready to be delivered on Monday.

This location is awesome! Awesome customer service and a great wraparound drive of the building. Plus they have a dropbox which is super helpful for when they are not open. They also sell packing materials which is helpful when needed!

3 days straight attempted delivery between 1 and 3 pm. If i wasnt home the first or second time why would i be there the third time in middle of day when NORMAL people work? I signed the slip twice so they werent liable and could leave the package. NO! They want to return to sender instead. I called and complained then had to contact the sender to tell UPS to hold my package and let me go pick it up ON THE OTHER SIDE OF TOWN. Email said it was ready. I drove all the way there to find out it was NOT READY. I had to drive back over there the next day and then they couldnt find the package. The woman was calling another office and told me they wouldnt call back for 10 more minutes. The guy started poking around the computer and showed her that she had checked the package in herself. They finally found it.... After about 20 minutes. I would NEVER choose to do business with UPS AGAIN!

I was picking up a package for my girlfriend and after driving 50 minutes to pick it up, I was informed my last name and address have to match the recipients on the package despite UPS website saying if your info doesnt match you will need the info notice left on your door which I had (both notices) Wasted gas and time. Do business elsewhere

Went there today at 4:30pm to drop off my package and the white guy at the desk was very rude. I didnt get his name though. Now I know that the covid-19 is going on but this guy as soon as I came to the desk he was like stay back 6ft (like a drill sergeant) he didnt touch my package and he acted as if I had the cooties or something. It wasnt the fact of him saying it, it was how he said it that was in a rude way. Then he didnt hand me my receipt he placed it on the counter and I had to pick it up. I will not be back to this location.

Driver do not follow their own policies. They are lazy. They dont deliver the packages correctly. They do what they want when they want. It doesnt matter if they dont get it there when they are supposed to. LAZY DRIVERS WHO ARE SPOILED. LEARN HOW TO FILL OUT DELIVERY NOTICES CORRECTLY!! This one is EMPTY!! That is your job. SAME DAY WILL CALL = Leave it at the counter, not throw it back on the belts.

Had a good experience here. The man that helped me had to search for my package and it took him maybe thirty minutes but he found it and then apologized for how long it took. Which was very nice of him. Second time there and they are always nice.

While they do have markers on the ground for people to stand six feet apart, the only person interacting with the public/handling all of the packages, during a pandemic, was not wearing a mask.I sincerely hope this was an employee not following company policy, and not actual company policy, as you risk infecting a huge number of people otherwise.

Its strange that you have to wait while they go to some other building next door to get your package. They come back about ten to fifteen minutes later with it and it was beat to hell. Luckily the item was fine and the people working were kind.

Lost my package. It was and continues to be nothing but a horrible experience over a week later. Ill never in my life use ups for a damn thing ever again if given a choice. I had a shipment I expected to receive a day before my flight out of town. I tracked the package and was able to see it had arrived to my local distribution center as scheduled. From there I received hours later a notification stating my shipment had a processing delay and my shipment would be late and/or rescheduled for delivery. I immediately reached out to live chat via their website under customer service. I talked to a live agent. He apologized profusely. Explained the delay was because after arriving at the distribution center.. It just didnt get sorted. So I said youre telling me the reason Im not getting the service I paid for is simply because you guys just didnt do it?? Unacceptable. Again apologizing profusely, I was told someone from the distribution center would call me within an hour. I was assured of that. It didnt happen. I called this time into customer service and had an identical conversation with a representative now over the phone. I was again assured someone would call me within an hour. Again... Nobody ever called me at all. So I went to the local distribution center, in tears. Explained how badly I needed my package before my flight the next morning. The young lady behind the counter assured me shed make some calls to see what could be done, asked me to sit down. Before my behind hit the seat of the chair I was abruptly informed, my package had been lost and there was nothing to be done. I asked for a manager.. Rehashed the entire story to him.. Had to ask him 3 times before hed even agree to call the on site warehouse supervisor directly. He called 3-4 times before informing me he wasnt answering on the other end, and that was that. I still havent received my package 7 days later!!!!

UPS and Fed Ex are both examples of privatization of government services that have failed. Here is my story, abridged for brevity.I have worked with USPS, Fed Ex and UPS. The USPS is by far the most superior supplier of mail delivery.I work 24 hr shifts for the fire dept. I was on duty on Thursday when my UPS package arrived, requiring a signature. No one was home so I got aSorry we missed u sticker on my door. When I tracked the package online I had the option of having it dropped off @ the nearest UPS facility to my home. It was in fact, dropped off @ a UPS hub on the opposite side of the city from me (approximate drive time 1 hour).When i get a required signature package from USPS and no one is home it simply goes to my neighborhood post office and I can pick it up anytime.This is why privatization of government services does not work when it comes to things like mail, education, medical needs and public safety.Corporate profit margins will always trump public service. Mail must be local with local mail people, local post offices, and local mailbox locations.

They have failed to deliver my package for THREE DAYS STRAIGHT! The third day I was fed up I requested it to be sent to center for me to pick up. They refused to send it to the center even after confirming that they would. The people at customer service were unprofessional and very unhelpful. They wouldn’t give their whole name or work ID number so I can file an complaint against them. Pretty much wasted my time and gas driving there when I could’ve just called the general line customer service. This has to be the sloppiest UPS I’ve been to. They lost me as an customer for good.

I try to call and the computer operator never understands And when she does listen she doesnt give me long enough to even finish my sentence before making me repeat it. Why cant I talk to a REAL PERSON who speaks fluent English and can understand clearly. You guys have poor service and I will be shipping with FedEx from now on

On 12/14/12 Friday I was at home the whole day waiting for my package. When I opened the door for USPS I received a notice from UPS letting me know that the package will be delivered at our apartments rental office. I went to rental office. Unfortunately the rental office closed on that day. Then I called UPS and asked them I could go and pick the package at the center on that night. The customer specialist said I could pick up after 7:30 pm. I got there around 7:45 pm that night. The lady told me that she did not have any request to be picked up with my name.The center is 15 miles one way from my address. I as mad and called UPS again. I filed a complaint and also requested the package to be delivered to my address on following Monday. Today is Monday and the package is still at the center. Since I am very mad I decided not to talk over the phone. So I chat with UPS. They do not see any record that I requested the package to be delivered to me. They mess up the delivery of my package again and again. I think what they do is trying to dump all the packages at rental office. It is very very bad experience. I wish Amazon do not use UPS. This is my second time experience in one year. Filing a complaint didnt even help the process. Bad luck for me !

In the past two weeks Ive received two packages damaged by UPS. One was a stove that left broken glass on my kitchen floor. Today, my daughters 3rd birthday present wasnt delivered on the day it was promised because the driver couldnt find our house even though UPS had delivered to our home twice in the last week. These orders were all sent by amazon. Ive requested that they stop sending packages that require this UPS to deliver them. Horrible experience! Im now waiting at the depot for my package, which was promised to be held here 30 minutes ago. No one can find it....

If I could give 0 stars I would...An overnight package never came, was to be delivered before we left for vacation. I tried everything I could to pick up the package myself but they locked it in a trailer at their warehouse and refused to look for it. Then when I got back in town they refused to deliver as their supervisor promised telling me I would have to pick it up. I am completely angry and disappointed in the service and would prefer not to continue doing business with them.

Rude staff. Poorly marked entrance and heaven forbid you not have your item packaged right. From the little to no help given as to what is exceptible and what is not. Add to it the fact that theyd rather do it for you. No charge other than ypurour unexceptible parcial being torn open all of its contents unpackaged and then a customized box being created to the exact dimenssions of the freight... the brow beating and the man handling (mind you of a package being returned to amazon. Having followed every detail of the instructions amazon enclosed in the return shipping paperwork. So this item was shipped to me exactly as i was bringing it back to be shipped for return. Uet suddenly it wasnt right... I was not told anything ... The entire journey to have Brown do for me with such discern... When maybe they feel every package is an act of terrorism and every customer looking to send somerhing too toxic to be package by the novice at home.Thumbs down go with a company more customer service oriented.

Three times in the last few months UPS has failed to live up to my expectations as a leading shipping provider for my business. The first instance we had a package overnighted to us from California and paid a hefty sum to do so. When it didnt arrive the next day we called to find out what was going on. After talking to several different customer service representatives we finally found out that our package was sent to Indianola, Iowa instead of Indianapolis, Indiana. The package was addressed properly when we finally received it, three days after it was supposed to be delivered.The second instance a package that was supposed to be delivered next day as well somehow didnt make it onto the truck that morning and we had to go pick it up at their main hub location.The third and most recent instance is still ongoing. We have a package out there somewhere that was supposed to be delivered yesterday. The package did not come. We just saw our UPS driver drive by our store without stopping, so we called to inquire what was going on. Apparently our package is missing and they have to do an investigation that takes up to 8 business days! In every one of these cases our business and customers have suffered because UPS cant deliver the packages on time. We do a lot of shipping and receiving and have never had a problem with either USPS or FedEx. UPS continues to disappoint and cost us money and frustration.If you have a business that requires timely and accurate shipping, do NOT go with UPS.

Would have given zero stars if I could. Failed to deliver a package to my apartment because the women working was TOO LAZY to ask if someone over 21 could sign. After two failed delivery attempts and my calling and complaining and asking that they please deliver the package since someone over the age of 21 is always present so there really should not be an issue, I was alerted that my package was damaged. Seems awfully strange that after being in the hands of UPS for three days that it broke. Sounds like you just cant do your job.Please for your sanity and for the respect of your time, use any other service but them.

UPS sucks. My package is sitting at the hub, but they wont go get it. They failed to deliver it yesterday as scheduled and it sat there all day. Now they wont let me have it because they are too lazy or stupid to get it. They said it is scheduled for Monday delivery, but I am freaking here now trying to get my parts I need TODAY. I wont it to be know that I had the worst service in my life from UPS!!! I had a package to be delivered to me and I was told that if I was not home it still would be left, needless to say I got home and the driver left a note saying that he would leave it at Metro pcs . I call UPS to ask if my package was there at Metro the lady said yes I ask her three times to make sure and she said yes. I go to pick it up and it was not there. I call UPS and ask what happened they said it wont be there until tomorrow. I will never use UPS again..... And in between all that I have said more things happen but time will not allow me to tell. But I will say this UPS has gotten to big to give good services. I will use other carriers.

I live at a good size apt down the street from the ups center (28 e 16) and cant seem to get packages delivered to the apt building with the number clearly on the front of the building or when i put the name (Piccailly) of the apts on the address to be delivered. all other packages from Fedex or us mail seems to make it there fine. This really bites! not a fan.

Medical supplies were supposed to be delivered three days in a row. On third day, driver knocked once, son was almost to door when he saw driver getting back in truck and he left. Medical supplies are for at home treatment ordered by surgeon. Called UPS twice and was told they would call me back shortly so that delivery could be made today. That was 45 minutes ago and still no call. UPS has gotten to be VERY unreliable and this driver needs to be slapped in head

I just want to know how this company is still in business? They cant (or refuse to) deliver within the time frame you pay for, they leave notes on your door instead of actually delivering your package (even when youre home), and they have the worst combination of rude employees and bad customer service. Seriously, they are committing fraud, and false advertising. A company cant promise one thing that you pay for, then not deliver (literally). Dont use ups. Especially if you own and operate a small business that depends on happy customers, because if you rely on ups, they will not be happy due to being lied to about project times and you will lose money. The usps is so much better. Never thought i would praise the usps, but there appears to be no alternative.Edit: 2 weeks later and they still havent been able to get my package to me that was paid to be delivered in 7 days. Ups tendered it to the usps. Its almost funny how bad at here jobs ups is. Almost.

We are a small church on the Southeast side of Indianapolis. We are considered a business to UPS. As such, they wont leave the package at our location even with our permission. I have contacted our main suppliers and ask them to use only FedEx or USPS. Unfortunately, one of those companies will only use UPS. I have to drive all the way Downtown to pick the package up.

They lost a 400$ package and never called. They keep changing the delivery date from day to day saying it will be delivered today, it will be delivered today but never comes.
