Great company. Would love to power wash for them

Joke of a brokerage. Had load posted for $1300.00. I call and Joe Perretti answered. Explains the load and then tells me $1000.00. I told him it says $1300.00 online. He then says OK 1300. I said alright lets book it. 10 mins later I get a rate con missing addresses and pick up numbers. I called back for that info i get no answer. Perretti then sends me a other email saying LOAD IS CANCELLED. Load is then back on the load board for $1000.00. I called Joe again, on that same load. Now he wont answer. I send him an email asking why its been reposted if it was cancelled. He sends me an email saying OUR RATE WAS 300$ TOO HIGH! Mind you this was their POSTED rate. I did no negotiations. I called back again and he answers as rudely as possible. Says I WONT GIVE YOU THIS LOAD, STOP CALLING ME. and hangs up. Weirdest encounter of my life as a dispatcher, this man is obviously troubled and I dont want to work with a brokerage that hires mentally broken brokers. Joe Perretti should not be a broker. Maybe waste management would suit him better.

Not a review of services, but a criticism of the driver...9.13.16 at approx. 7:14 am i-65, mile marker 139. I was entering i-65 behind two other semis. 1st semi accelerated slowly, so I followed 2nd semi into middle lane, Whiteacre driver coming up behind us at a high rate of speed (when we moved into the 2nd lane he was well behind us), so I moved to third lane. Whiteacre driver accelerated to the point where I could anticipate his cutting ahead of me in 3rd lane. I was already going 78 mph and he did, indeed cut me off and did not use his signal.. There is no excuse for this sort of aggressive driving during rush hour. I understand the drivers need to make their metrics on their trips, but it should not be at the expense of the public.
