THIS LOWES’ NURSERY SECTION!!!! i was able to pickup a beautiful birds of paradise & a croton. both beautifully taken care of. this is always my go to location for plants & plant supplies! this location cares about their nursery cate & presentation

Of all the employees we came across in store, only 1 knew where anything was located. When going up front to check out, yet still trying to find 1 more thing, we came across 2 more employees who couldnt be bothered to help price something we had in hand, let alone step 2 feet over to even allow us to look at anything on the shelves.. all of them were rude, and definitely made you aware theyd rather be elsewhere.

I just had the WORST shopping experience in my life. I bought a refrigerator from Lowes. and they basically destroyed our basement staircase as well as the new refrigerator. Now a dent is left near the bottom of the left door, and the two doors cant be even due to the damage. I understand that nobody wants this happen but caused me excessive amount of destress.I just had a car accident thanks to all this mess. I feel so sorry that I chose to shop at Lowes. I will absolutely stay away from this store for the rest of my life.

Lowes is not the store it was ten years ago. It seems they could care less about the customer now. Nearly all aisles are partially blocked, fully blocked, or closed due to restock. Pallets blocking sections (where the thing you want is located) is really annoying. Getting a flat cart around is a logistical nightmare. The entire store is a mess with stuff everywhere creating an obstacle course. Employees look and act like they could care less about you, or their work. But hey, the cashier was friendly. No wonder I stopped coming here unless absolutely necessary.

Unlike Glendale, this Lowes is worth shopping at. Helpful staff and great selection. Due to pandemic supply issues they didnt have the shower part I needed, but the guy made a great effort to look for it, both personally and with other employees. Ill drive the extra 5 miles to continue to business with THIS Lowes.

Rude staff and ugly attitudes! Lady at the paint department was rude when asked if she was able to mix my out paint.

Mo, the manager at this Lowes, was very helpful. I asked for a loading cart because I was buying a dehumidifier. Mo found a cart and brought it with us to the area I needed.I was pleased to have a manager take the time to help answer my questions and help me thru the whole process of choosing a dehumidifier, checking out, and loading the box into my car.Awesome job, Manager Mo.Before I arrived I had done some homework about dehumidifiers. I also chose a week day so that there was a chance I would find help.Humidifiers are deal breakers for keeping a basement and other areas dry.This Autumn I will use Kilz to paint the basement. This was an earlier purchase from another Lowes location.Being a homeowner means that every purchase must be affordable and great quality.My purchases today met and exceeded those qualities.Thank you to Mo and his team members doing a great job with their customers in their hearts.

Tea in the paint department WAS FABULOUS! She was friendly, she even smiled, and super helpful!(My last visit in the paint department wasnt so great. They have a lot of variety. I can usually get excellent help in finding the right bolts and screws, but sometimes its hard to find someone whos available to help.

Pleasant experience with staff. Rarely in retail are you greeted unless there is a greater at the door but I was welcomed coming in the door (no greeter) and was told to have a nice day as I exited the store..nice job!Clean and lots of stock in the store

Defective microwave out of the box was refunded in full but what a pain..

Customer service was very nice and helpful, however the employee in the garden department needs to be retrained. Her people skills are horrible. Asked for help and she acted like I was being a bother. Actually, she was quite rude. Decided to take my business elsewhere.

Went in for house plants a little pricey for the quality they had, some had way to much water in them, didnt find what I was looking for but did find many I liked and bought

The assistance at Lowes is pathetic. Doesnt matter what location I go to. The only redeeming factor is the availability of items and the selection differing from other businesses.

I ordered an item from them on May 8th. And received the order on the 20th of this month. And the explanation given to me on why it took so long made absolutely no sense at all. So Lowes lets work on this because its not hard to get items when ordered within a few days. Ive been in transportation and manufacturing for over 30yrs lets STOP! Playing games.

Good staffer stayed with me for electrical, then another stayed with me in plumbing. Very good help, found what I needed and out the door

If youre not familiar with the store it will be a challenge finding what you need. I shop at this store because its nearby, not because I have loyalty to it. They have the massive selection of products that you typically find in a big box store.

Great for all needs excluding lumber materials, unless you only have intentions of constructing boats. Its nearly impossible to find a decently straight piece of lumber.

So we bought a washer and dryer at lowes michigan road,Indianapolis.During installation the floor was badly damaged and we lodged a complain in store. We were tossed around between the kitchen unit and customer service department.The lady sounded like she was doing us a favor.We had a very bad experience and were treated poorly.We waited more than 1.30mins for someone to attend to us.I personally would not recommend any one visiting this store.

Waited over 30 minutes just to get help buying a water softener. Grill guy was awesome. Then took 20 minutes to get checked out. Not one cashier. 15 people in line before they opened a register.

The clerks were rude and dismissive. Three separate clerks ignored me after I waited my turn to be assisted.When I asked one clerk if she had a moment, she replied, I know you aint talking to me. I dont expect to be fawned over, but simple customer service is expected.

Millwork Desk: waited 15 minutes after multiple overhead calls were made. I went back to customer service who radioed the manager for that area who also never responded. I wasted almost 30 mins and all I needed were house screens... poor customer

Ordered something online for pickup. Went to the store, presented my paperwork and got what I ordered. Fast and efficient!

They had my stuff in the lockers all I had to do was scan the bar code and the door opened

I warn you against using them for online order that you pick up there. I have tried it a few times and each time there has been a problem or a wrong item. Today it was one out of two items that as wrong. They asked me to go get the right item. I told them no, that someone there needed to get it. I did not know where they were in the store and that I had ordered online ahead to pick up to avoid that in the first place. It took a lot of time for three people to figure out what to do and for two of them to go find the item, get it and come back with it. It wasted a lot of time for a supposed quick pick up! And good think I looked before I left the store!

I found what I needed, but their wood-cutting area always seems to be broken down or unattended. The saw wouldnt cut all the way through my boards and the employee ended up finding a hand saw to cut the rest of the way through.I also couldnt find the right quantity of black iron pipes I was looking for. There was only one 24 section of 1 pipe so Ill need to find the rest that I need somewhere else.

Lowes at 86st and Michigan rd does not have enough personnel to deal with clients. I have come at different times and always find difficult to shop because there in no one to help.

I called and asked if they had space heaters and they went and checked they did told me were they would be went i got to the store and were to look the person was very nice and everyone had a mask on and they have signs up someone came in behind me with out a mask and they asked them if they had one or not they had some for people who think they dont have to have one they are doing a very good job trying to keep everyone safe 🙂

I have never been hung up on so many times in my life and been given the run-a-round over a delivery. I spoke with someone claiming to the manager, Nick, when he asked me to yet again wait on hold I did only for him to hang the phone up or end the call.

Always a free for all. Know what your looking for, and don’t expect to find it where it’s supposed to be.

Busy...Sunday afternoon...looking for help a fat 0! Only scanner and no help from any employee. Finally a customer came to my rescue to scan a #50 lb.bag of cement and mailbox post. I dont like having to scan purchases...I usually will go elsewhere if store doesnt have a cashier.

Its a pretty good hardware store. The staff is pretty friendly, and they have a good selection of merchandise. At least in my case when I was looking for plumbing supplies oh, they had everything I needed.

I was looking for a color of paint and other items to up grade our home, My wife and me.

We stopped at our local Lowes to buy a dishwasher. It wasnt in stock. We were asked if we wanted to order one which would not come in until the 13th of October. So we went home and looked at the Lowes inventory in surrounding areas. Lowes in Carmel said one was in stock. Turns out it wasnt and we were told none of the other stores in the area had any. So I called Lowes in Indianapolis. Manny answered my call and found the dishwasher we wanted. He was extremely helpful and courteous. Thank you Manny!!

One negative. You cannot find help anymore. Wandered all over for help in plumbing. Finally found a person in Appliances who had someone paged. Ridiculous.then they didnt have the washer I needed. 20 minutes wasted.

Everyone is always helpful here. They have polite workers and they go out of their way to help. I have also not had problems with returns. Even during COVID, they have adjusted quickly and wait times are not long at all during checkout.

I had great service when I was there to spend my money, but once I paid for my special order I was put by the wayside. No one contacted me to tell me my item was there, i had to call. First time I called they hung up on me, second time told me my item was there. I went to pick it up and used the curbside option and they gave me a hard time for not having my email confirmation number... but they never gave me it. The guy came out finally with my order, no hello no anything. Snapped at me because I didnt tell him it was a special order vs online order (apparently there is a difference) then stormed off. No good bye no thank you for shopping Lowes-NOTHING!

For a big box store will stocked with anything and everything you might need lighter plants have tools lumber.
