I am retracting and deleting my earlier post. After posting my concern a Lawn Pride representative contacted me. He was very informative in helping me understand Lawn Prides process and application. This is a company that is genuinely concerned about their customers satisfaction and their product. All though my experience has not achieved the results I want as of yet I clearly understand Lawn Prides approach and I am on board with it. I am staying the course with Lawn Pride for my lawn service and I would recommend Lawn Pride to anyone one of my friends and neighbors because they understand customer service and I believe they are committed to providing a quality product and will do what it takes for the customer to be satisfied. Tim and the manager that came out to my home were very professional and helpful. Thank you

Been using them for a long time. The price for the lawn treatments are about the same for the chemicals I used to buy and apply to lawn myself. Happy with the service they provide.

TERRIBLE, yes the customer service seems to be not as bad as the field techs. I had them treating my yard for weeds and fertilizer. Going on month 5 now, I still have just as many bare spots and I have twice as many weeds in my front and back yard. I’ve called multiple times and keep being told about how you can have them retreat after 10 days of the treatment. I’ve asked multiple times for them to retreat my yard and they haven’t. They just came out today to do the $160 aeration/seeding…. Well my yard was aerated, but only about half of my yard was aerated, they put plenty of seed down (I’m guessing to try and cover all of the ruts they left behind from aerating within an hour of it storming). Needless to say I have called and cancelled the service. I understand 5 months in, my yard isn’t to look great or anything, but for me to have more weeds now than I did when I moved in is terrible.. specially for $50+ each visit and then the $160 aeration charge. The weeds should at minimum be wilted or half dead by now. Nope not at all, the weeds almost look healthier than my grass. And when I called I got every excuse as to why the weeds aren’t dying. Needless to say I will be having a different company treating my yard next year possibly myself since I could do a better job than what was done this year. Good luck to anyone that decides to join Lawn Pride, you will need it unless your yard is already good and they just maintain it.

Our technician did a great job on the lawn. He was also kind enough to knock on our door when he noticed that our dog was loose in the back yard. If he had opened the gate in the back yard, our dog would have darted out into the neighborhood. THANK YOU THANK YOU for your clever thinking!

Lawn pride came out and sprayed the lawn and put two holes in my siding from the machine they used both the exact same height. The manager came when I wasnt home and left a note saying they didnt do it. Well when I left my siding was fine and when I came home after they had been there two holes miraculously appeared by themselves. I have used them for years now I may have to drop them for the competitors now.

We’ve been using lawn pride for two years and love how they’ve made our yard look! In a neighborhood where the ground and dirt are hard as rock, our yard looks beautiful.

I was a Lawn Pride customer for 9 years. In the early years they were super attentive to my needs regarding my yard. Even to the point of asking everytime if there was anything I needed with my yard, anything they could do better or different, and returned their phone calls and emails in a timely manner. Professionalism was of the upmost importance. Our neighbors commented on our yard, how weed free and green it is, and how much it felt like carpet when you walked on it. We were the poster lawn for our neighbors and we were proud to refer Lawn Pride. Not Anymore!Over time Lawn Pride had a management change, hired service providers that were lacking knowledge of their products and why they were applying them, and the equipment they used. I saw the review that a person posted that their siding was damaged and Lawn Pride denied doing it. I had a similar incident with my fence gate. The guy riding their machine stuffed it through the gate having complete disregard to the machines width. The machine left black tire marks on the side posts. The manager at the time per my request came out, assessed the marks and said they would come back to remove them. They never showed back up and the marks are still there. By the way so are my weeds and crabgrass. Lawn Pride told me via Susan that their weed control they use does not control all weeds. That makes the customer feel at ease especially when paying $97.00 per treatment that keeps rising like the cable bill. Their service that Lawn Pride claims is number 1 does not improve with their price. See their cookie cutter application system that they apply with their cookie cutter products to all of their customers yards is their one size fits all approach to lawn care. Well all soil is different, grasses are different, and sod that the builders buy for cheap and charge you top dollar for is also different. Sandy told me if I did my part and watered more which inspired me to get an irrigation system installed, she said that Lawn Pride would do their part. She also gave me a complimentary seeding and aeration. If doing Lawn Prides part means even after they did their so called weed treatment that I would have more weeds then ever will she lived up to her part. Thank you.Lawn Pride unfortunately has become so big that their family style approach that they started with from the beginning has become a business like most businesses concerned with just making money and completely forgetting why they started their business in the first place.If you need an example of their outstanding service, my neighborhood at Wynton Meadows in Avon, Indiana will give you that example as there are many yards that use their services.So buyer beware!

Lawn Pride has serviced two of my residential properties in the last four years. As long as the customer waters regularly or as needed, Lawn Pride formula will give you a beautiful plush dark green turf like look. Make sure to stay patient and trust the process for those stressed lawns. My first property was a new build lawn and it was trash but Lawn Pride restored it beyond expectation. Although my current property lawn is fully established, I’m expecting the same results as before. Thank Lawn Pride!

They have amazing customer service. Guy missed a part of my yard and noticed after he loaded the rider. He unloaded and made sure to cover it. I didnt even mention it, just great dedication to their job

Lawn pride was spraying the neighbors yard, I came home, didnt know he was spraying the yard next door and let my dogs out. A few minutes later I went out and there he was..spraying towards my fence and spraying my digs through the gaps in the fence. I thought why do you have to spray my dogs with your chemicals. They should not be allowed to spray, people and pets with their chemicals. I have tried to talk with them and it does no good. I dont use these chemicals and dont want my family or pets to have lymphoma or tumors. Lawn pride should be responsible for checking to make sure there are nobody or pets or put so notice so a person knows they are there. Dont kill my family and pets with your chemicals that are blowing in my yard

This time of year the lawn care companies are competing for our service. Ive learned that all the treatments in the world may not help if mother nature and her weather takes a toll on an otherwise healthy yard. The year before last we lost a big part of our grass on the hill out back. There were many bare patches through out our acre yard, so we had Lawn Pride seed our yard. I as well placed additional seed, because I know i have some responsibility in maintaining my lawn. This year, i see a tremendous difference, the hill is coming back green. The personal cards are a nice touch, compared to the competitors form letter. Cant wait for the first application of the season.

I have used Lawn Pride for 2 years now and they have been a fantastic addition to my yard repertoire which and has turned my yard around. They have always been kind and professional when dealing with one of their representatives and they are prompt with their scheduled sessions (which I dont have to schedule :) ). They are quick with their work and have always provided great detail with what is required or steps to take to continue to maintain my yard in the best way possible. I highly recommend them for those that wish to provide less work to their yard for an affordable rate, but receive great quality in return.

I signed up to use their services. Was scheduled to come out before all day thunderstorms, I had to call and ask for a different day and was told it would be another 5-7 days before they could get back out. I received another email saying that they would be out the following day. That was fine, but they never showed up. I called and talked to the lady that answered the phone, and was told she didn’t know why they didn’t show, so I just asked them to cancel their services. Brand new customer and already getting the run around.

Lawn Pride has been a very nice company to work with. They made the setup process very easy and they came out and took care of my lawn in very short order. My lawn has looked fantastic ever since. I am really happy with the results.

We just had them for 1 year as we recently moved to the area. Lawn Pride did a fantastic job servicing our lawn this past year. The weeds stayed away and our lawn stayed green even through the dry times in the summer as long as we watered. They have great customer service; they take care of any weeds or problems in between applications if the need arises; they have answered all questions and concerns I’ve had this year. I appreciate that they clean up any extra spillage of product on driveway, sidewalk, etc each time too. I’d gladly recommend them to anyone looking for great quality lawn care in the future.

We absolutely love lawn pride we figured we try it for one season as our lawn was a mess and after one year we realized it was so worth the money. We will absolutely be continuing for years to come. Lawn pride had shown up and it just was not a good day for us as we were having a yard party and they had no issues rescheduling and they came back in a few days. Their customer service was excellent and I feel like for the price you cant beat it.

I started working with Lawn Pride Fall 2020 to start a lawn maintenance program at my new home. First service included aeration, overseeding, and fertilizing. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Have been a customer now for 4 years and looking from google you can see our lawn is greener than others. Whatever they put in keeps it green and the lawn has more density adn stays green longer when dry spells hit. I have had to call to apply fungus control -extra cost-(they do a great job with notes left after each service) that got it taken care of . I am renewing again after considering skipping a year because i dont want to allow weeds back in like it was 5 years ago.

Lawn Pride in just a few short months starting in October has completely changed the way our yard looks. Living in a newer neighborhood with new grass it was very sparse and full of weeds. Now even in January you can tell how full it will be and there’s no weeds in sight!

I have used Lawn Pride for 3 years now for all 3 of my Fishers rental homes, as well as my personal property. All of my yards look great, lush, green, no weeds. For my personal home, I just built brand new 2 years ago. Rather than having Sod installed, I choose to go with Grass seed from the beginning. The call center people are very friendly. The people that come out and do the treatments like to spray your yard for about three seconds and bill you for a full treatment.

I have been with Lawn Pride for over 4 years now. I am basically happy with the services they perform. This last year in 2020 we had a couple issues that were due to what i believe as new technicians. We had a n issue with the aeration service to where they had way to much pressure on the machine. It caused the machine to penetrate my soil by almost 4 inches deep which was ripping out chunks of my lawn (Not just the normal Lawn Plugs).We contacted Lawn Pride after the procedure was completed and notified them of the issue. Within 4 days they had a manager onsite at our home to survey the issue. They fixed the situation by filling in the up-rooted lawn areas and over-seeding the areas covering them with topsoil filling in the gouges of lawn that was removed. )Issue Fixed Satisfactory).Other than the above issue mentioned we have been pleased with the services offered by Lawn Pride.

REVISION....SUSAN WAS GREAT. WE TALKED IT PUT AND ALL IS GOOD.Was a lawn pride customer for the last 3-4 years. Never really had an issue until this year. 2 out of the past 3 services werent actually done on the first trip. I was charged for services that my yard actually didnt receive. Why you ask? They did the yard next door on one visit and the yard across the street on the other visit. I understand things happen but 2 times in 3 visits is kind of a lot. Proceeded to cancel my service and lady on phone literally made no attempts to keep my business.

I live be in a neighborhood where many of the yards are treated by Lawn Pride. What people put on their yards in their right. I do not, however, like that the treatment that was designed for the yard ends up all over the sidewalk and road. As a dog owner it really sucks to deal with yard treatment. Maybe work on keeping the pebbles in the grass and off the public spaces? It sucks enough when I cant walk them on the sidewalk because this stuff is everywhere. Lately, I can barely walk them anywhere without getting it on them. (Its hard to see, but all the white specks on the road and sidewalk are yard treatment.)

Love Lawn Pride! We used them two years and switched to TruGreen because they were a few dollars cheaper. TruGreen just did not do as good of a job and we switched back mid summer. Our lawn turned right around. Will never go with anyone else when it comes to our lawn!

I just saw Lawn Pride out putting a Pre-Emergent application on a neighbors lawn. The current 24 hour ground temp average is 49 degrees and the 5 day average is 48 degrees. It is too soon to be out putting these apps down. I hope they don’t charge my neighbor.

This is my first year with a lawn service.Ive signed on for the recommended 7 visit annual plan.A couple weeks ago, they treated 5 minutes prior to a 45 minute rain storm. (Even after questioning the rationale) Took them 14 days to get back out and retreat. I always feel like I am an inconvenience. Expect sales calls regularly. Secretaries and sales guys dont have any power or knowledge concerning treatments. I still have weeds in the yard. Not impressed.I went with this company based on Google reviews. Ever since.. their reviews have been dropping... Makes sense to me.

Called for pre-emergent treatment of weeds and dandelions... came out did one application. Called back to express concerns with weeds, was told a second application would be scheduled and they would come back... they haven’t and neither will I. Calling Tru-Green now.

We have used this service for 6 months. We have been very happy. We were having an issue these last two weeks with our lawn, a manager came right out and diagnosed the problem explained the issue to us and treated it right then! Very Professional and very nice! I highly recommend them!!

I have had Lawn Pride for a number of years now. During the years I have had them, they have been the best service I have had in the 20+ years I have been in our house. I have never really took the time to watch all they did but this morning I happen to have stopped for my morning coffee at the same time they were here. I watched the guy work and was fascinated by how meticulous he was in making sure there was full coverage. He added some spray in places where weeds could start up and then went back around and hand sprayed anything that had popped up - including the grass growing between the seams in the driveway! Mind you there are not any weeds in the grass in the yard. I went out talked briefly with the guy as he was starting to put the equipment up. He was so nice and took the time to explain what all the machine did and why. He was obviously VERY proud of it! I went back in and he finished up by blowing all the granules off of the sidewalk. All I can say is WELL DONE! Now I know why I have kept you all these years! (Besides the just the nice grass)

The service is quality but per other reviews, watch the fine print. All services are auto renewed and it is your fault for not cancelling services. I want more transparency and less hidden charges.

After one year of using Lawn Pride our “ new” home’s lawn is weedless, green and filled in. We have the nicest looking yard in the neighborhood. People actually stop to admire it!

My yard needed a lot of work - after only 1 season of using Lawn Pride, Ive been able to see improvement. Im sure Its going to take a couple of seasons to get it where I want it, but its getting there!

Last Fall, I hired Lawn Pride services to help with caring for my lawn. At first, the service was great and the customer service was pretty good. Over time, the services provided and the customer service started to deteriorate.Over this summer, the Represenative who would come out to fertilize my lawn damaged my metal fence with their machine due to be careless when riding it around the yard. On two separate occasions they broke the metal hinge to the gate and severely bent one of the panels.Because of this, I cancelled all current and future services. Well, they proceeded to provide an Aeration charge after I cancelled and when I contacted customer service about paying foe the damages of my fence and taking care of that bill, the customer service representative said in quote, “My hands are tied.”For a company who prides themself on their supposed great customer service, they are doing a really poor job. All I want is my fence fixed and the bill taken off.I highly recommend taking your service somewhere else when looking for lawn care.

We are on year four with them and each year our yard has looked worse and worse. More and more dead grass. Weeds growing. I dont believe they do my easement. We paid for reseeding and aeration two years in a row and there has been no improvement. We have called the office and voiced our concerns year after year with their word it will be better. Our yard is not better. For a company that has the word pride in their name, they should have more pride in their work. Our neighbors have Lawn Pride and their yard has a lot of weeds too. There are many complaints regarding Lawn Pride this year so somewhere they seem to be dropping the ball. Our experience was not one where I would recommend them.

Lawn Pride has been treating our lawn for over 20 years. We have been approached by other lawn care companies in person and by flyers many times, but have continued to use Lawn Pride because we feel they are the very best!

Lawn Pride is a great company with stellar service. Our lawn is still green in December. The staff is professional and knowledgeable. The did some minor damage on my fence that i didnt even notice and they came out and fixed it within a week. Most companies would not report it but Lawn Pride did. I thought that was admirable of them. Highly recommend this company for all your lawn care needs.

I just got off the phone w/a lawn pride rep who informed me I owe for new services...contract rolled over from last years contract that I PAID IN FULL to avoid these type of contracts. I was charged, without my approval, for another treatment. Their policy is, if you dont call and cancel, even though you said you do not want to renew, they will automatically send someone out. Was told I cannot talk to the owner...he/she doesnt take calls from clients. I will not ruin my great credit score on this. If 43 dollars is worth losing a customer and a bad review so have it. I will take ownership of my part...I dealt with a company who offer these types of services/contracts that they, I feel, hope ppl will forget about and they will at least get one payment out of them. Just an FYI to those who do not wish to fall into this trap.Update: I had a great conversation with the office manager who I felt handled the situation very well. I am considering using their services again based on her professionalism and the outcome.
