Quick response even though I didnt use them.

Super fantastic.My parents who are older had been waiting for over 5 hours for someone they hired to come and plow the driveway. After no response and the work not yet done we turned to Plowz and Mowz and it was a great decision! They were very quick and kept us updated with emails the entire time and even a picture when the job was done. Strongly recommended to all. Thank you so much

The provider pulled our gate closed, but didnt latch it. It was latched when they arrived. As a result, our dog got out and was running loose in the neighborhood. I was running around looking for him for an hour. Luckily, he was okay. I told them about it. They apologized and promised it wouldnt happen again. They following week, I checked as soon as I got home. They had, once again, left the gate unlatched. I just feel like it isnt a difficult task to latch the gate when you unlatched it to get in the yard.

Didnt think anything of the service as I had seen advertisements...but then got into a serious pickle where my regular landscaper was hurt, and I needed service badly. I called over the phone and was advised to go to the app or website. When i downloaded the app, I figured I would check it out and maybe purchase if it was easy. Not only did I purchase, but I found out you can order recurring service for every 7 days, cheaper than what I was paying my landscaper. I immediately ordered and was sent a great gift in the mail upon doing so. If I could give 10 out of 10 stars, I would.

Canceled service but they still charged me even though they only mowed half.
