Sales call was great and informative. Price was reasonable. The problem was the scheduling. Was told scheduling would be 2-3 weeks from purchase and I would receive an email notification prior to service so I could prep the lawn and insure my pets were not exposed to chemicals. The service happened less than a week from purchase (generally a good thing!) but receive no warning or communication that the work had been scheduled early. I was not able to prep my lawn for overseer and my pets may have been exposed to the chemical treatment inside the no exposure window.

I have used this service for the past year. My yard has deteriorated in that time. I called him out to kill the weeds and they are not killed. Recently I asked him to kill the weeds and to let me know when they were coming out so I could point them out. Although I was assured that they would let me know they didn’t and all the weeds weren’t killed. I called them again and they asked me to give it several more days and then call to have them come out again. When I called again several days I was told that they couldn’t spray for weeds because my aeration and seeding had just been done that day without them notifying me. So I’m stuck with planted grass that will come up without eliminating the weeds like I was told. Very unsatisfying service especially with regards to communication.

I was told that if weeds were not taken care of at application I could have them come back. Experigreen came out a second time weeds are getting more and more prolific. Called again and the representative told me I was due for next application and was told I would have to pay. I am willing to pay for normal fertilization but the weed control should be more aggressive and at no charge.

My first impressions of ExperiGreen Lawn were very positive. Matt and I talked about my needs for quite sometime. He answered all my questions in a very professional matter and in return I sighed up for your services. Great service. Very professional. I would recommend Quentin Billington if you live in Indianapolis. He does a great job.The only suggestion is regarding their text messaging about the upcoming appointment where there is no indication of what will need to be performed that day. I scheduled overseeding and aeration last fall with a guy who said he was the local franchise owner with a British accent. He told me he wouldnt sign me up for reoccurring service.I received a text notice of service being performed today. Concerned, I called customer service as I didnt schedule service. I couldnt reach service (I would press 1 for existing customers and no transfer would happen) so I talked to sales. I talked to the Indy Remote Sales Manager, Scott. Scott was very short and put off that he had to address my call. He was mad he missed a call while addressing my issue.He did tell me that the person I talked to in the fall (with the British accent) wasnt the owner and only a sales rep. Scott said he has had to tell his employee to stop telling people (to induce a sale) that he was the owner. He laughed that this happened. He was very unprofessional and obviously put off by addressing my call. Scott did say that he canceled my service scheduled for today.I thought I was speaking to the owner and this was one of the reasons I purchased services. He then signed me up for reoccurring services when I told him I only wanted a one time service.I would not recommend using this company and suggest working with a local company who cares to be honest and at least polite. Look elsewhere for your lawn care needs.

I used Experigreen for the past year including fall aerating and overseeding. We hired them after a referral form a neighbor who had great success with them. The tech who serviced our yard was always kind and courteous.This spring, the first treatment did little to nothing from my perspective for prevent or treat for Crab Grass, Dandelions, Clover, etc. With an actual weed puller, I pulled 2 trash bags full of dandelions. A month later, I treated my own weeds with much greater success. I decided to cancel my service at this point as I didnt feel the value was there. The girl processing my cancellation at the office was also extremely nice and didnt make the cancellation difficult. At this point, I had already planned on overhauling my lawn over the coming weeks/months so I didnt need Experigreens services nor did I want to risk their treatments interfering with my work.About a week after cancellation Anthony, the new manager for the territory, called me to talk through why I canceled. He explained that if there werent results after 12 days, theyd come back out and treat again at no additional cost. He also offered some more competitive pricing. Due to my plans to spring overseed, I didnt want any preemergent put down again. He said usually they do it this second treatment, but we could do just fertilizer and post emergent. We talked through my entire plan for the yard, he acknowledged I had a good plan and he guaranteed they wouldnt do anything to negatively impact my work. Based on his guarantee and our interactions, I decided to sign back up for service. Anthony told me to reach out to him directly if there were any issues. Next service was to come out a week later on May 9th. After the call, he texted me from his cell so I would have it. I texted about a referral a few days later which he responded to. He also called me back from this number a few days later to follow up on the referral.Come May 9th, the tech comes per usual. This time they didnt knock on the door and let me know what they were going to do today like they used to. I figured since I just talked to the manager and we agreed to the plan, all would go as planned. Later that day, I received my email stating they had put down preemergent this treatment. I immediately reached out to Anthony to get clarification. Radio Silence. I have since reached out 4 times with no response. I tried to be reasonable as I understand that mistakes happen. I wanted to find out how this happened, how we prevent it from happening, and what can be done to offset for the work and money I spent that was negated with their treatment. For reference I dethatched, raked and bagged it all, put down starter fertilizer, aerated, scarified, mowed and bagged everything, fresh topsoil in worst spots, overseeded the entire yard (.3 acres), worked seed into soil with oscillator, and peat mossed in bare spots.At this point, this is my last option to get a response from Anthony as he is avoiding me and my inquiries.

I have been using this company all year. Lacey is very polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. I explained my concerns to her about my yard and she walked me through the process of what I need to do to get the yard I was wanting. I give her the go ahead and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Lacey is very respectful of my property every time she has been here. Lacey has always let me know when she was going to arrive so I could let my dog out before she got here since she wouldn’t be able to go out for a couple hours. I don’t know that I could ever have anyone but Lacey treat my yard. Her customer service and professionalism is top notch!

We used experigreen for over 5 months and have nothing but awful things to say. My lawn looks the same since the start of their treatments. They then charged me for a service I did not request and later said I “forgot” I spoke to a lawn tech when I wasn’t even home the day of question as I was AT WORK. They then tried to retain my business by offering me 50 percent off one service when they already took 50 dollars from me for a service I didn’t ASK FOR. They’ll look out for themselves and money. I will never do business with them ever again since I was called a liar. Do not use them as you will waste your money!!! Go through a legitimate place like Trugreen.

Im sure the treatments themselves were quality and overall their pricing is quite competitive, but I cancelled service with them last year and they came out and treated my lawn anyway this spring. I called again to refuse service and now they are harassing me for payment. I am on hold for customer service to tell them for the FOURTH time that I do not want their service. RIDICULOUS!

Our yard had been fried by the misapplication of lawn fertilizer by another company. Over a period of two seasons this company has reversed our yard. Some thing we were told might not be possible. We now have just about the prettiest yard on our street.

He is very friendly and polite and always knocks on our door to let us know he will be entering our property. During COVID19 he has always maintained appropriate distance from the door. I initially received a recommendation to use ExperiGreen from a landscaper friend. Was told their value, and quality couldnt be beat. I have had multiple weeding/feeding treatments this summer, and multiple pest control applications this summer, however. My initial contact was with Andrew, a sales rep. Be basically told me what I wanted to hear, to get me to sign on, only to find out later on, he basically lied. I was promised a specific price, which was to include pest control. It did not. I spoke with a different rep, who got me in contact with the owner, who after a healthy discount, was able to add in the pest control and retain my business. Fast forward a month, I get a call about scheduling to spray for mosquitoes. I figure, well I dont want those, find out its another service, and fee. Which I did not purchase. Fast forward another month, I get a call that its time to schedule for a grub treatment, cant have grubs. It is yet another service they are offering for sale, which I did not buy. Fast forward a month, its time to schedule for aeration and seeding, at an additional cost..... See where Im going with this.Now, as far as the treatments, I have seen a dramatic reduction in clover, dandelions, and weeds. Id hope so after all Ive paid them. The pest control is useless, after multiple applications, I still see ants, spiders, and now black crickets everywhere. Id call them to complain, but Im sure its just another service I have to pay for.Lastly, the tech. Darren seems like a nice guy, he has respected my distance during Covid, which I appreciate. However, this guy sends a notification that he will be performing service at my home the next day, and then just doesnt show. This has happened in the past, requiring a reschedule, and a call to corporate, this time however, he has missed two appointments this week. I called into the office to find out if my tech was indeed coming out today. I was told he was not. I have decided to cancel my services with ExperiGreen and will choose another service to finish out my treatments.

SUPER SHADY!!! Last year I contacted this company for a ONE TIME aeration. I never entered into a contract nor agreed to annual service. Never once was it explained that they would show up the following year stating that they had already charged my card (that I never authorized them to keep on file) and that you’re automatically enrolled in annual service. They said they tried to call, which when they did I assumed they had a wrong number because they never stated my address or any name when I let it go to voicemail. When I called regarding the poor business practices and the illegal charge they just kept repeating that it’s an annual service. I never received an email of the charge or notification via email prior to service as well. If a customer doesn’t answer or call back, that doesn’t mean you just charge them and proceed. Again super shady business practices which one of there workers said happens all the time 👎

Lack professionalism in providing services/billing. Difficult to stop the service. I canceled service after a bad fertilizer application to my front lawn. They billed me for two additional applications and were not flexible in the dispute resolution.

So I recently got recommendation from my friend to get my lawn care services from ExpriGreen and I called them. I got connected with Eric Anderson and it was pleasure talking to him. He explained every aspect of lawn care and most importantly listened to my needs the best part of the conversation was that he connected with me on personal level I felt like I was talking to a friend and not to a person who tried selling me services. I purchased the entire year of service upfront so looking forward for the great relationship.i will surely recommend reaching out to them if you need your yard to look great year around.

The experience so far has been great...........called for a quote, talked to a gentleman that was pleasant and informative. The quote was very cheap to other places that were less informative with what they were going to do. They came and applied the first treatment within a couple of days, of first contact. HAPPY SO FAR!!!

They do not call before they come as promised. lawn still has weeds and clover. they use weak ingredients on lawn. I could do better myself. they need to comeback and redue application. I paid in advance for whole season--I did my part-- now do yours

Built a house last year and was told by this company that they would get grass growing guaranteed. They promised they would come out until it grew.Today they told me that their company is not made for housing additions like ours. Well why are you out here then. Beware if you are a new house with no existing lawn. They will spin you some tails to get your money. The price is great but you get nothing for it.

We moved into our “new build” during the hottest temps of 2019. The beautiful sod had suffered terribly and we didnt know where to begin. One day I came home to a flyer in my door from Experigreen that said “I can help your lawn”. I laughed because they knew we needed it! We called and got several treatments set up and now, nearly a year later our grass has improved exponentially!!!!! My husband and I are so pleased and impressed. I really wish we had before pics to show the vast improvement. DON’T GET their service! They advertise $29.99 for 1st application, but they freaking charged me $82.82. I paid, but I pray/ hope Karma strikes their business one day. Their lawn care Service is terrible too. I had to cancel after the first treatment.

These knuckleheads burnt my lawn on the second application. My lawn was lush green beforehand but wanted to try a new vendor. After I called, they stated it was a disease. But the symptoms were completely different. It’s been five weeks and the large burnt areas are just starting to finally grow out. I’m going with another provider

The owner was professional when talking on the phone. Setting up the services went smooth and easy. They send out a text 24 hours in advance to remind you of them arriving to perform the service.

Experigreen is a lawn services company in Indianapolis who treats your lawn with great care. Our lawn is looking much greener and better than last year. Darren is a pro lawn servicer, he makes sure to knock on our door every time and explain the treatment, he even treated the weeds growing in easement area.

Had our last application 3 weeks ago. I pointed out to tech crabgrass and some weeds still growing in yard. He did spot spray on them after treatment. Well 8-8 days later still green and growing. Came back out and resprayed them. Well today is 10-11 days out and they are still green and growing . Not a dead weed on the whole lawn!!! Not happy . Called them again. All she could talk about was to redo at our next treatment. Told her NO, there will be no other treatment if you can’t kill the weeds after 2 spraying! I’m moving on. Have had this service for 2 years. Must be using water as weed killer!!

I tried this company for the first time this season as I was wanting to save some money. They beat my previous lawn care company price and gave me a discount on top of that for prepaying for the season. I couldnt be happier!!! They have been doing a great job and i decided to add mosquito control after getting some additional information from them I would definitely recommend this company to anyone my weeds are definitely even better under control now and I thought before was good with previous companies.

Eric did a great job of of learning my needs and structuring a plan and price structure specific to our yard. Pleased to be a new customer.

A lot better than the last couple of lawn service companies. The weeds have been kept under control but there are several bare patches that do not seem to be growing in. There is also a problem with consistency in doing the small side yard that runs between my driveway and my neighbors. I asked that the neighbors small part be included in the regular treatments and it does not seem to be happening on a regular basis.Otherwise I think I will stick with these guys another season, the best so far.

My lawn technician Lacey Wilson is always professional and top notch. We have also added the pest control service and have been very pleased so far.

They are treble my yard looks awefull since they started treating it. They cant even kill the weeds and they have came mutiple times between treatments and weeds continue to get worse. Ive had to fire them and now trying to treat myself and its a mess.

Aside from a few communication issues (as a newer company, one expects a few hiccups), service has been affordable and very impactful! The lawns on all other sides of mine just pale in comparison- I can see the difference these regular treatments make! Dusty worked hard to clear up some confusion about services rolling over into the next year (suffice it to say, once youre enrolled you are never UN-enrolled) and now I am one happy customer.

Love my lawn care specialists. Always dependable and gets the lawn looking great . Helpful in every way . My gal Lacey is above and beyond amazing . Always delivers excellent care for my lawn .
