We have used Fabric Care Center for over a year now to get our Softball Jerseys dry-cleaned and they do an outstanding job all the way around. They are timely, great communication and cant say how happy with are with how our jerseys turned out! Would recommend them to anyone!

Fabric Care is fantastic! They look after some of my laundry. ... what I cant or what I dont want to deal with myself. They do all of my Dry Cleaning. A great service oriented organization..... always very quickly responsive with appropriate results. I have nothing to say, but positive comments. I recommend Fabric Care all the time.

Pick up and delivery services are great! They service downtown Indy ans surrounding neighborhoods. They send a text reminder asking if I have clothes for pickup and never complain if I forget to respond and cancel them. I’m sorry I’m not sending as many clothes through them because of pandemic working from home, but I’m happy they still offer these services as it prevents me from needing to remember to stop in at the dry cleaners.Now if you really want to scoop the competition, switch to reusable wooden hangers (which my former dry cleaner did in Minneapolis) and you’ll really be the bomb!Also, they use new bags that double as a return cover, eliminating the plastic film. Still use wire hangers, though.

My wife and I have used fabric care over 30 years. We have tried other cleaners but they dont get your clothes back in a timely manner and provide the great service that fabric care does. Many times I will drop my dry cleaning and be able to pick it up earlier than I thought I would be able to. I have recommended them too many friends

I’ve been using Fabric Care Center for a few years now. They consistently do a wonderful job at cleaning my clothes. Their app is easy to use to ensure I can schedule pickup/delivery as well as provide any notes pertaining to the clothes being cleaned. I’ve rarely had issues with any of my cleaning, but they’ve always been quick to respond and offer professional solutions in the very rare occasion when there has been something that needs attention.

Fabric Care Center is an excellent dry cleaning and laundry business. I have used their services for several years. I use them primarily for shirts and also for household items such as comforters, sham covers and small wool rugs. Their pick up and delivery service is dependable and reliable.

Fabric Care Center picked up over 30 dresses from my school in northwest Indiana and transported them to Indianapolis where they hemmed them and then brought them back up. They were finished in less than 2 weeks and the fee for each dress was minimal. I have never been happier!

Tom and the FabricCare team were incredible partners for the city, the NCAA and the Indiana Sports Corp in helping us handle a huge portion of the March Madness laundry for the 68 teams living in the bubble. They did whatever it took, including rushing to help in their personal vehicles and extending their hours, to insure that team and personal laundry was properly and promptly cared for. As the head of the Laundry Committee, I was thrilled to be able to spread the economic impact of March Madness to a handful of different locally owned laundry/dry cleaning businesses. Tom and his team hustled like college basketball players going for a loose ball, to earn the lions share of business from the event. They were simply amazing.

One of the worker there doing laundry for March Madness participates was EXTREMELY RUDE. She stole my cart snapped at me for using a dryer with a sticker saying In use by staff. Then she told a young mexican gentleman he could use 2 of them. I wouldnt have used it but was empty out of 40+ dryers 18 had this sticker. She wasnt wearing a name tag but shee was mexican and had really short hair.

Attendants that I have had help me are always friendly and helpful. I almost always find the washers clean. Only time was on a Saturday and they couldnt get to it before the next person grabbed. Much cleaner than other laundromats Ive been to.

Get the laundry done quick...bring own detergent and bleach. Sanitize what you use.

I have been provided great service for many, many years with Tom and the friendly family team at Fabric Care Center and the staff (including the tailors). Good advice and help on the occasional self-inflicted problem. NEVER an issue with their work and they try to accommodate as quick a turnaround as you need. Highly recommended - give them a try.

Fabric Care has been my trusted and best dry cleaner for more than 11 years. I would not trust anyone else with my garments and other items. They are the most responsive provider I have experienced. James Belt is also the most accommodating vendor you could ask for. James is an awesome person.

I had to change washer 4 times and washer number 3 caught fire with r close in it the lady Ashley was great she is the only thing in this place worth 8 starts I will never come back here after today I will not recommend this place to any of my friends to come here ever if I could I would give this place -1000000000000 starts

Really inexpensive prices and speedy service. I took a pair of pants in to have the zipper repaired late Friday and they were ready for pick up the following Wednesday. They also have text notifications and reminders.

I use their laundry facilities which is never really overcrowded. They have a really nice staff. Same owner for both places. I know they have a great dry cleaning service because I have used them before. If you enjoy tanning as well they have some very good tanning package prices. $10 for a week of tanning and $20 for a month of tanning. They might not have all the different fancy beds but their beds are still good beds.

Very clean and 1.50 washers during the week . Great place to do laundry or just play catch-up while my daughter plays upstairs or watches TV . Sometimes theres a lot of dryers out of order but no biggie just take em home and dry .

Hours on Google say they close at 7pm. Wrong, they actually close at midnight. The sign on the door states clearly, Last load must be started by 10:30pmThey are polite, clean, convenient and cheap.

Ive been with Fabric Care for nearly 4 years now. They take excellent care of me and my dry cleaning needs. Five stars all the way!

I will never use their cleaners to clean anything if mine. Not because of a poor service but because of the recklessness of their driver. I live by Ben Davis High School in a family neighborhood where the speed limit is 25 and watch for children signs are everywhere. About 2pm today, one of their trucks flew down my street at about 55 to 60mph. There is absolutely no sense in that. My nephew is 3yrs old and plays out in yard all the time. My daughter gets off school bus on our street. If the kind of people they employ are reckless as their driver, I dont want them near anything I own. Thats my personal opinion.

The employees at Fabric Care Center do an exemplary job under the tutelage of James Belt. On my route, they pick up on Monday and drop the cleaned clothes off on Thursday. Ive never been disappointed. The tailoring service is particularly welcome. They have recuffed pants that the end of the legs that have frayed or were too long. They even repaired the lining to one of my favorite corduroy coats that I had held onto because I liked it so much. Then I though, Ill see if they can fix it. They did a great job and fixed the hole in the pocket. They are, price wise, very competitive, and the convenience cant be beat. My delivery driver James is very friendly and gets everything done that I put notes on. I highly recommend them.

What you expect of a laundromat in this area. Several machines didnt work, the facility wasnt particularly clean, and dang it was crowded. But the machines that worked worked well and no one tried to steal our stuff. The worst part is getting in and out of the parking lot.

Tom is a super nice guy to deal with, but he allowed his counter girl to be RUDE and tell me I am ignorant! I have dealt with them for YEARS, and when I told him his counter girl owed me an apology, he told me he wasnt going to tell her to apologize. As long as she works there, I will take my business to a different cleaners!

A lot of machines have some sort of problem/problems, luckily there are a lot of machines. Got lucky and went at a slow time early evening, and was done within just over an hour. Place was cleaner than Im used to seeing it, and didnt spot any bugs. Laundry was clean and dry, and I am o.k. with my visit this time.

My husband is very tall man (73) we took his pants to be hemmed..paid and took them home for him to try on well would you believe, nothing was done..waited over a week for nothing..the lady was very rude and make me feel that it was my fault..she pushed back when I said that I need them this afternoon..my husband picked them up and the whole time the lady was rude and fought we them on paying for pressing of his BRAND NEW pants..they where shipped that way. She rude and asked him all the normal tall guy questions before she would hand over his pants. He tried to grab them and she took them away from him until he answered her questions. Tried to push to have him pay again!**Laundry mat side of business SUPER clean and SUPER friendly staff..used many time to wash bigger items.**

This rating has Nothing to do with the entire business or the staff. The staff was extremely kind and everything else was clean and ran nicely. The one star is to bring attention to the tanning.The beds here are terrible. The acrylics are cracked, the bulbs are very old, the beds don’t even begin to warm up until 10 minutes into your session, and the doors don’t work. You can find beds 1000 times better for the same price or a couple bucks more. To my understanding they are shutting down the tanning section soon so it’s not in the owner’s focus to update or fix any problems there but it’s shameful to take money knowing what the customer is going to walk into in return.

Best washer prices in town very busy place every day of the week. Largest load washer in the city, great for those items too large for a regular or large washer.

If your washer breaks down or you have to do laundry out of the home, it is fairly inexpensive to do it here. They even have days where each load is $0.25 cheaper depending on the machine you use. They have front and top-load washers and they even have a large washer where you can wash multiple loads or several blankets or comforters. It is only $12 for the giant washer. If you dont have time, they can watch it for you for a small price. There are tanning beds which I have not used, but there is also a play area at the top of the stairs off to the side period they have televisions and vending machines. I would stay clear of the ice cream however because it was very hard. The reason I gave it a low rating is it seems very outdated as far as the Interiors go. It could use some updating. There are places to sit and places to fold your laundry as well. If you watch where you sit theres even places we can plug in a phone or tablet.

The last few months this laundry establishment has gone down poorly. They were a great place for laundry but poor management lately. It seems like half the machines are out of order since thats all you see are machines with out of order tags on them. Also dryers are not drying good like theyre not emptying lint out of them properly. I would find somewhere else to do laundry until owners and/or manager can learn how to get this place back into they way it used to be ran.

Washer was junk & couldnt find attendant for 20plus minutes & then they wanted to act like it was my fault the cups were in the wrong place on the super washer.... maybe ur attendant should check that once in a while & be around to help customers when u dont see soap in the window! There goes a new bottleFinally after 40 minutes (entire time of drying) the manager finally apologized & wanted to make sure everything was clean yea i was a bit bitter had to wait another hour Ill never get back.... its not the customers fault there wasnt a regular attendant working... now they have one so hopefully things will get better

Dirty most of the time and a lot of the machines are in disrepair. Hard to find a place to sit. Place looks like it hasnt been cared for in ages.

Fabric Care Center is amazing Ive helped in there before seeing as my grandmas the manager their they hit a few bumps along the way every me and again but that never affects the customers . It was nasty. My kid crawled into the play place only to come out covered in urine. The manager was arguing with a teenager over 50 cents. The washers all smell like mildew because they keep the doors shut when they are wet. The tanning salon attendant was hi on heroin and passed out in the corner. I ended up with rust stains on my work uniform from their unattended machines. Do not come here . Run away

I left some clothes at the laundry mat and i called the next day to ask about my belongings and the man that was on duty and took my phone call was very rude and i do not appreciate the poor customer service.. i am going to assume he wasnt trained correctly and if he was then he just may need to find another job...!!!!!! Have a nice day....!!!!!! Other than that expeirence I really enjoy this laundry mat... and the staff ...

Horrible place. All my gf and her sons things were stolen after the attendant shut the place down 20 minutes early and she couldnt retrieve them until the next day. Unfortunately someone beat her and has stolen literally all her and her 3yr old sons clothes, blankets and towels.
