First off Steve was extremely kind on the phone and even gave me his personal number to remain in contact with him. He worked with my schedule and had us in and out in no time. We came in to get my Engagement ring sized and we were expecting to pay full pride plus and wonderful tip for his amazing service…..but to our surprise he didn’t even charge us a penny and when we proceeded to offer a tip he refused say only “it’s my good deed of the day”! I came to Steve in a bit of a pickle: I had planned to propose to my girlfriend on Saturday, but had only purchased the ring on Thursday, and it needed to resized in less than 24 hours. After calling nearly every other jeweler in a 15 mile radius, Steve came to the rescue telling me he could have it done in an hour. After bringing him the ring, he resized it in only 30 minutes at a fantastic price. Not only that, but he was the only jeweler I visited who wasnt a sales representative but an actual person whos an expert in their trade and understands design and metallurgy. Steve created us a beautiful custom engagement ring after we had shopped at numerous stores and could not find anything that we wanted. His customer service was outstanding. We walked in and immediately felt like old friends. After a bit of discussion about how he runs his business and ourselves, we described the ring we wanted to Steve and pulled out the Cubic Zirconia imitation of it that we had been testing out. Steve looked at the ring and said it would be a piece of cake to replicate. We were only in town for a few days around the holidays and Steve went above and beyond for us. After our initial walk-in, he got in touch with his contacts to try and find us the perfect diamond. A couple days later, he had 3 options for us in store to look at. We rushed in and found the perfect center stone. Steve measured everything out perfectly and made a replica of the ring we wanted scaled up to fit the stone we had picked out. We left Steve with the task on 12/4 and he had the ring perfected for us on 12/21 - what a great Christmas gift! Upon picking up the ring, we were both astounded at just how gorgeous it truly is. To this day, we still are in awe of the beauty and great work that Steve did on this piece. We have recommended him multiple times to friends and family already and will most definitely be back for our wedding bands later this year and any jewelry needs in the future.Additionally, I know that I touched on Steves great customer service at the beginning of the review, but I would like to re-iterate that out of all of the jewelers we met with, Steve by far had the best customer service. He was constantly in contact with us throughout the process, consistently kind and professional, and overall an absolute pleasure to work with.

Im from Texas, but I walked into Steves shop on a whim while on a trip to Indianapolis. I was hunting for an engagement ring and was having difficulty finding that perfect ring. Steve showed me some of his work and said if I had a design in mind, just shoot it to him via email and hed at least give me some friendly advice.I sketched out a design and sent it off to Steve with a budget. I work in the Columbia Club building, so when I needed to get my engagement ring rhodium plated, it was extremely convenient for me and looked like a reputable jeweler. I came in, and was greeted enthusiastically, and they got the plating done same-day. It was beautiful work, and then he gave it to me as a gift! Didnt ask for any payment. I came to Steve to have some work done on my engagement ring (sizing issue and some loose halo diamonds) that was purchased from a different seller. He was always so quick with the work and very reasonable on price. Due to some other issues with the ring we were going to have to essentially make a new ring while keeping the original center stone. The end result was fantastic! He managed to keep the unique pattern of my original ring and aesthetic but somehow made it more beautiful. I could not be more pleased! Thanks Steve!!

After going to Steve I realized the difference between a company that puts the customer first and those that dont. I had been multiple jewelers and department store jewlery sections and while they all tried to help me it seemed like they were trying to influence my buying decision. Since I was buying two birthstone rings as a gift for my cousins Quinceanera(Sweet 15 birthday celebration), I needed something simple but trendy. From the moment I walked in Steves customer service wowed me. He made sure to get to know me and my cousins and educated me on ring designs and the cut of stones. As we talked he would show me designs that fit my cousins expectations. He encouraged me to also explore different designs. When I decided on the final design there was only 5 days left until my cousins birthday. He was also able to make sure rings were ready for thier Quinceanera! But thats not it! He made sure to follow up with me to make sure they were pleased with the rings in thier birthday. Part of the Quinceanera tradition involved my sister and I presenting the rings to our cousins after thier Valz (Waltz). The rings were a hit!
