Horrible customer service and refusal to refund deposit. I spoke to Kenneth Blansette on a scheduled date to set up service. I explained the day was important as I work from home. Scott guaranteed a date but could not confirm a time so I requested 8 hours of leave from work. As it was later in the day and I have not heard anything I e mailed Kenneth to ask when they would be at my residence. Kenneth replied sorry we are having issues they can’t come out today. I took 8 hours of leave which equates to 217.00 and no service. I cancelled the service and now they are refusing to give me deposit back when THEY are the one who did not follow through with their service. I do not recommend them to anyone.

I went through LifeGrid and I (and my gaming son) couldnt be happier! The whole process was easy and quick thanks to them! I would highly recommend! They were very knowledgeable on what I needed for my household and the price (especially for a single mother) is outstanding.

There are two things that I really appreciate about LifeGrid. First, I have been with them for three years, and they have never raised my rates. Second, the customer support is terrific. My calls get through to a person immediately, and issues are resolved in a timely manner. I am treated as a valued, long-time customer. This never happens with the big ISPs.

I write this review after leaving LifeGrid Internet. My time with them from beginning till the end was outstanding. Even when there was a mistake, they corrected quickly; Well Done LifeGrid keep going strong!!!

We switched to Lifegrid for our home business internet a few years ago. The pricing is great, they dont try to sell you things you dont need, and they have excellent customer service. It is a relief not to have to deal with the call centers and wait times and constant price negotiations of other internet providers. We can easily recommend Lifegrid for home and home business internet.

We have used server colocation in the LifeGrid Indianapolis datacenter since 2005 and have never had an issue even one time other than issues with our own equipment needing rebooting. Ken and his team have been a great asset to keeping our services up and running. Highly recommended.

Awful service!!!!! They only communicate by email. They will not call you back.Look at their web site how antique it is. Havent even updated the web design page some of the customer links dont work.

I have been with LifeGrid Internet for almost one year now. When I first contacted them I was a little skeptical about not going with a major internet service provider instead. I was not expecting to receive the type of great service and customer support at such a great price. Choosing LifeGrid was an excellent decision. I have children doing online school and for anyone that does or has ever done online school knows that having great internet, that works the way it should, can make or break your experience. LifeGrid has me as a long term customer, as I am very pleased with their internet service and excellent prices.
