The ladies were very prompt, courteous and thorough in the cleaning of our home. We were very pleased and will have them come back.

The two girls they sent did a great job and we have nothing but good things to say about the job they did. It was set to finish by a certain time and she came and advised us they could finish and what the charge would be. Very professional and we couldn’t be happier with their services.

Team Three came in and made our house spotless! Not only that, they went the extra mile to leave beautiful designs on all of my toilet paper rolls and paper towels. It’s the little things. I commented to my husband that I’ve never seen our mirrors or our glass light fixtures so spotless. I have no idea how they work their magic, but they did! 10/10 recommend, will definitely be using this service in the future.

Team 7 was very sweet and did a great job! They were quick and they even happened to have a same day opening.

The team arrived at about 0900 and immediately started to clean.They did a fantastic job, in fact the house is so clean you cannot even see it anymore from the street! They collected (and removed) my trash, carried my laundry and changed the bed-linens, as well as wiped down the base-boards and wood trim; the kitchen and bathroom sparkled! Few pleasures are more deeply satisfying than the pleasure of a quiet, sunlit afternoon in a freshly cleaned home. Peace is priceless. Even though the cost of the cleaning service was slightly more than my previous company, the level of clean (an no residual smell of cigarette smoke!) was worth it.

Disappointed. The cleaning service started out great a few months ago but unfortunately became sloppy and skipped multiple areas of my home over time. I requested a new crew which was worse than the first. I wish I would have shopped around more.

I typically do not get cleaning service, and I didnt explain fully some specific areas that I wanted addressed initially. Team 4 came back another day and took the time to complete what I wanted done. They were very helpful. I will call them again next time I need cleaning service. They did a good job.

Today was my first experience with Molly Maids. I have established a regular schedule for them to come. Today they wisely recommended a deep clean and the ongoing will be routine cleaning, I am thrilled!! Shanna and Lluria arrived on time, were very relaxed and friendly and eager to get busy. Molly Maid of Carmel, Fishers and Geist is outstanding! Team 7 came and cleaned today at my place. The apartment is spotless! They even vacuumed all of my furniture, my bed comforters, and area rugs. In addition, they folded my towels, re-made my bed in the master bedroom, and washed the windows. I am impressed!

I started using Molly Maid after my previous cleaning service shut down due to COVID-19. I have been extremely please with Molly Maid. They do a much more thorough job, such as cleaning all baseboards, the sliding glass patio doors, etc. I strongly recommend them.

08-24-2020Great Job from Team 9 today, particularly with dusting.I have been so pleased with the service of Molly Maids. They are on time, efficient, and task focused. I have never once seen any of the young women on their cell phones! They are flexible and will work in an order that accommodates the containment of my dog. Mandi is always so pleasant, and Edulia and Amaya are as well.

They immediately sent out a very experienced and knowledgeable staff member to take notes and give us an estimate, which was exactly what we were charged. They are VERY affordable (HALF the cost of other cleaning services we investigated!)! They have an amazing coupon for $20 off each of the first five cleanings. They did a wonderful job. I have had wonderful interactions and experiences with Tracy and Malou of Molly Maids. They arrive and start right away. They take the furniture away from the walls and vacuum underneath everything. They clean the fans, baseboards, blinds, etc. It’s very thorough. By the time they leave I feel like my house is crystal clean; much better than I could do! They are life savers.

Gave chance after chance for them to fix issues I had with the quality and thoroughness of cleaning. Over the course of about a year I had to have them come back again and again to clean areas that had been missed during initial, scheduled cleans. They broke items as well. Overall just careless and slow to fix issues with more than a sorry. Were never able to keep the promise of having the same team every month. Super inconsistent. Very displeased and finally fed up enough to fire them.

Team 5 went above and beyond! They were very prompt, quick, and left my home looking great so we could put it on the market.

Tammy and her Team 9 crew cleaned our whole house last week. We were very happy. They were friendly, cleaned everything including things like base boards, which often get overlooked, and really went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied!

I decided to go with a insured bonded company because in the past I’ve been burned by a cleaner who damaged my carpet. This time, on the first cleaning, they damaged my shower - and worse - didn’t say anything even though my husband was right there. I had to call them and report it. I have an email from them admitting they scrubbed too hard and made a hole (?!), but that they also contacted a bathroom refinisher and they were told it was a ‘common issue’ with these showers. Regardless - I wanted my shower fixed. Two months later and I’m told by the insurance company that the insurance company is unable to get a hold of the woman who did the actual cleaning. And two months later Molly Maid still hasn’t tried to reach out to me - instead it’s me to them. If they would have agreed to pay to fix it on the spot - I’d be their client today because I know mistakes are made. Instead it’s just been excuse after excuse. I’m with Merry Maid now and really happy, and waiting on my reimbursement from Molly Maid to fix damage they caused. Beware.

I hired them for a move-out. Id done a lot of cleaning before I left so the apartment was in pretty good shape to start with, but even so, they charged me at the upper range of the quote they gave me.They did a good job. Just dont expect to save any money.

My very first experience with a cleaning service was extremely dispapointing. I was approaching major surgery & needed cleaning done . The vacuuming &mopping & some of the dusting was done ok. However, things were Not put back where they had been & many items had been left unplugged. I was not aware I needed to do a walk thru & double check everything to see if all was ok. Alarm clock had been knocked off nightstand & was buried on floor under a bench. Since mobility issues was one of the reasons I needed help, this was not easy to fix & took considerable time. I will Never use this service again.
