I had a GREAT experience with Becht!! B and Theresa went above and beyond in their cleaning. I had some rough spots in the bathroom that I havent been able to get that they were able to clean no problem! They were quick and efficient and finished early. Before they left they asked if I needed anything else, on top of the list I gave them, because they had more time. They also asked me to check areas when they were finished to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. I really appreciated that. Every time I checked something that had been cleaned, it was perfect! I will definitely be using Becht Pride again and when I do, I hope B and Theresa are available to take my appointment, they were WONDERFUL!!

Becht Pride Home Services have been tremendous to work with. We had them do a complete shower remodel using marble kit we had ordered. In addition they installed new tile floor and toilet. Very professional job, and much more reasonable than your typical bathroom remodeling companies.We also had them do some various home repairs that we needed done prior to putting our house up for sale. Ben and Brad and the crew bent over backwards to fit us in their calendar though they were already booked for the time period needed.Great people to work with for whatever you need done around the home. I purchased a Groupon for 6 hours of cleaning. I had previously purchased Groupon for this company. In the past they split the time into several visits as it only tool 2-2.5 hours to clean my house. This time they refused to do that and advised me that the Groupon stated that the hours must be used in one visit. I requested the Manager call me, but he has not done so. The women who came did a good job, but even taking their time they could not stretch it to 6 hours. I am very disappointed in this companys management.

Kaylee and Emily did an excellent and efficient job of cleaning my three bedroom home including vacuuming dusting mopping floors and cleaning the bathrooms and kitchens. They left it sparkling and smelling great. They wore masks and followed social distancing as needed but remained pleasant throughout their stay. It is always a good day when Becht Price comes to clean.

Spent $350 for a 10 hour deep cleaning. They were very friendly, but did not seems to know how to clean very well. They asked my wife to inspect each room and each time she had them re-clean or clean things that had not been cleaned. Of course she could not inspect everything multiple times and things got missed. Ended up with a bleached bath mat and a not very thoroughly cleaned house.

The ladies were so nice. They did a great job. It seems like the company didnt provide them cleaning products when it comes to wood floors and stone flooring and countertops. They need to make sure they have these products. You cant have them use any other products dealing with material like this in homes. They used my product because I wanted the ladies do a great job and not harm anything. Company should make sure they are well equipped. I felt bad for them.

I scheduled a deep clean and the crew did a fantastic job! Very thorough cleaning on every area of my space.

Prior to moving into our new house I bought a voucher on Groupon which was a 4 hour regular cleaning. The house was not dirty but just needed them to clean for us before moving in. I was very specific as to asking them to dust my ceiling fans, bathroom lights and cleaning the bathroom sinks. My fans and lights were not dusted at all, and I texted them complaining about that and no one has answered me back since then. I will not be using them again. I really wondered if they did anything. I was not home to inspect otherwise I would have told them again to dust my ceiling fans and lights. I was really disappointed

I’m on a monthly cleaning schedule. The first crew I had did a great job. The second month was more of a spot cleaning vs. a thorough clean. Will make sure I’m more specific next month. Both crews were prompt, courteous & professional.

Had carpets cleaned and they look brand new. Nice and fluffy again and smells great. Use them often for cleaning but this was the first for the carpet cleaning so would recommend them.

The ladys did a great job cleaning. I also have to tell you they found some money under a rug easily could have take it but they called me and asked me where I wanted them to leave it.... I had this company quote a fence for my daughter. They came in at 2 times higher than any other contractor. It was actually 3 times more than companies who JUST do fences. I was stunned. Highly recommend shopping around before going with them on anything!

Wish I could give negative stars. Please stay away from these people. They are completely unprofessional. I made this appointment one week back to get my home cleaned in Indianapolis and was confirmed the same. Today, just two hours before the appointment they called me to tell me that they have to reschedule me 1 week out. Completely irresponsible. I had to take a day off from work and they messed up the entire plan including my move in forcing me to continue to stay in my rented apartment longer. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these unprofessional people.Edit 1 - Response to the vendor - You could not find it because I had booked my service through groupon. I just cancelled the groupon and also informed Groupon how unprofessional it was on your part to reschedule my appointment 1 week later. I understand with Pandemic going on, someone might be sick but then you refused to reschedule even later this week. I really think that it was because I had purchased the groupon and you want to give preference to your direct customers who probably pay more. I wasted lot of my effort/time/money because of this rescheduling and recommended that groupon blacklist vendors like you who act unprofessionally. I will be happy to share information with others so that they can save themselves from hassle.

Becht Pride Cleaning was on time and courteous. The ladies worked efficiently during their time at my home. I felt good about the quality of work they did. There were a few items they were not willing to do without an extra charge. As a result, I didn’t use the full amount of hours I paid for. The company offered to come back to clean again to use the remaining time I paid for with my Groupon so I’m pleased.

We scheduled to have our house cleaned today because we are hosting a party. The cleaning crew was punctual, arriving within the time frame given. They reviewed my priority list with me, toured the areas of the home to be cleaned, and got to work, after quickly giving my dog some much craved attention. They worked very efficiently, completing all tasks on my wish list within the four hours I had scheduled, even though I was sure that the list was too long to be completed. When they had finished the list, they had me walk through the areas they had cleaned to ensure that I was satisfied. The crew was a team of three women for an hour and twenty minutes (4 total man hours). My husband and I have already discussed looking into utilizing their services regularly. I would be more than happy to have the same team come again.

I hired a cleaning crew to complete a deep clean of my house in preparation for a party. The girls arrived in time. They were all very courteous. After completing the upstairs they had me do a walk through to make sure I was satisfied. Everything was perfect. After they finished the downstairs I walked through again and found everything to be just right guy as well. I will use you again for periodic deep cleans and can definitely recommend you.

I’ve had Becht Pride Cleaning out a handful of times and each time was very happy with the service. We recently had an appointment for a 6 hour clean and returned home to find that the house hadn’t really been cleaned beyond a notable difference with the stove and minimal vacuuming. I immediately contacted the schedule manager and they got a team together to come and reclean at no cost to us. The team that came to correct the problem was kind, hard working and did a fantastic job. I’ll always support a company that takes ownership when things don’t go as planned and correct the problem. I’ll use them again for our deep clean before moving next month!

We want to start out by saying we wanted to give a fair and honest review of the service we expected.We are very disappointed with the service we received is an understatement. This was the first time we used this company and will be the last time. We are not sure how they received the Goggle reviews they have here. We cant recommend this company to anyone and will not be using them the future.We spent $350 for a 10 hour deep cleaning. We had moved out of this house and there was no furniture or appliances in the home. Three women showed up and they werent at the house more than two hours. They really didnt do a a deep clean, but more of a light clean. They swept, mopped the floors and vacuumed.They ran a swifter duster along all out wood trim they left material behind that made all the trim look like it had cob webs. There were actual cob webs on the walls where the future set. The laundry room also had its share of cob webs behind the inside top of the bi-fold doors. The wood trim really need to have a damp rag ran over it and along the baseboards.A couple of kitchen cabinets drawers were not cleaned and the kitchen floor along the edges. Tops of the kitchen cabinet doors had not been touched and had a good layer of dust and build up on them. A cabinet that had a trash can in it had not been touched. The kitchen floor and laundry room where the refrigerator and washer had sat, had areas where something had been spilled that running a mop over didnt clean.We paid to have them clean windows but they only did the inside of the window. This was not explained to us when we asked for the service and were told when one of the women starting cleaning the windows and we noticed that the outside of the windows had not been touched. We have a single-story home with newer tilt-in windows, so cleaning them is very easy.The only areas that had been cleaned well were the two bathrooms which looked great.We called and left a voice mail message about some of these concerns after the crew left. The crew was sent back. They seemed a little less thrilled they had to return. We mentioned several several areas of concerns which they seemed to address. We were busy working on other parts of the house, so we didnt follow them around. We did reinspect the areas we mentioned, which then seemed OK, but then discovered other problems after they had left the second time.Upon receiving a text about the service we received, we voiced our concerns to what I assume to be the owner. We then received a reply of were sorry; we can have $50 off the next service and they would send a different crew next time.We spent 2-3 hours cleaning what needed to be done, what was missed, cleaning windows inside and out, and picking material off all of our wood trim from the Swifter.No, thank you. We will use a different cleaning company in the future.

This was the 3rd one we tried while shopping for a regular cleaning service —the 3rd time is the charm!Jasmine and Brandy arrived exactly on time. They were well-groomed, dressed appropriately, friendly, and professional.Everything that they touched was spotless. I was amazed at how much they accomplished in only two hours. Most importantly, they were sensitive to my allergies and need for them to use specific cleaning products that we had on hand.We are signing-up to have them clean regularly.We’re very grateful that they had a Groupon so that we could try them out and that they gave us full service even though we bought their service at a discount. Now that we’ve signed on, we’re also very happy with their regular fees which are fair and affordable.

Cleaning crew is friendly and punctual. Sometimes the cleaning is a bit too superficial; floor still dirty after mopping, not terrible, but noticable. Company policy of not using steel wool pads on the range leaves it requiring more cleaning by me.

The team (two women) did a great job cleaning the house. I amended my initial low review after communicating expectations and giving the company a chance to make changes. They made the beds, got the tubs sparkling clean, and had the house looking and smelling great in a short amount of time. Communicate that you need deep cleaning if you need baseboards and windows done, etc. I get the same team in my home each visit and feel safe with the staff.

Vacumming cold be better on the carpet in the living room. My couch and chair in the LR are not getting vacummed at all. Kitchen floor and cabinets cold do a better job. Bathrooms were good and bedroom is good.

The first visit was ok; however, was told they do not clean underneath glass pieces i.e. coffee tables and dinette sets...who cleans the top but not underneath, especially knowing one can see fingerprints, etc. through the glass. I was told by staff they would let them know it’s a part of the job. The second time was ok but they had to come back a 3rd time because they did not give me the 4 man hours I paid for the cleaning...they did not clean part of a few rooms vs completing/cleaning one room and going to the next. Ran out of time and left. I’ve asked for a call back by the owner and no response. Unfortunately, I cannot show the photos. Needless to say I’m not a valued nor pleased customer. Very professional staff! Bless their hearts my house is always a mess when they arrive with four kids and two dogs but they do a great job and go above and beyond what I expect of them. Benjamin, the owner, is super easy to contact and if there is a timing issue always lets you know.
