I teared up as I saw how clean and fresh they made our home! They were so nice and really helped me so much! Just feeling so grateful!

This was a horrible, completely unacceptable experience.First, they parked on my driveway, blocking me in so I couldn’t get my car out of the garage. They should if parked on the street. There is no problem in my neighborhood with street parking.Second, they neither knocked or rung the doorbell before entering my home. I could have been inappropriately dressed or worse when they entered.Third, they made the bed wrong. It’s not rocket science, and I don’t have an unusual or out of ordinary bedspread, but they managed to put it on upside down, not once but twice! If they paid attention to how it was on the bed before they started replacing the bedding, they could have seen how it should be done. It is an ordinary bedspread; how they could not have been trained to do it properly escapes me.After they left, I had to remake the bed myself.Fourth, after they left, I had to go through the entire house resetting blinds, and returning items that they moved to their original positions.Fifth, and this is most important—when the supervisor came by, instead of dealing with my concerns, she started arguing with me, telling me that other customers don’t have these concerns. And when I called the office to complain, instead of dealing with my concerns, they also started arguing with me about parking, doorbell ringing and bed making.The attitude was clearly, “We do it our way, not how you want it done. Blocking my vehicle, not ringing the doorbell, making beds improperly and arguing with the client are all part of the service they provide.

I have been using this service for years and am always pleased with the results. My team is awesome and they are always willing to help where needed. Will use the Cleaning Authority for a long time to come!

Cleaning very efficient and detailed. I was impressed. Also, the day before a night lamp decoration had fallen off and I couldnt find it. Not only did the cleaner found it, he/she also re-attached it. Great job!!

The Cleaning Authority has been cleaning my home for several years, but of late, every other time that they come, I find something broken or malfunctioning after they leave. Whether its a picture knocked off the wall, a vase knocked over and broken, a window blind that no longer can be raised or lowered, or a toilet left leaking. It has been troubling and disheartening, especially since I live alone and no one other than the cleaning ladies are ever in my home...I cant even blame it on someone else!!!!

It doesn’t smell clean. Doesn’t have that antiseptic smell you should have when the job is done. And I had requested by phone weeks before that they clean the sink in my utility area. And they had not. I made them do it before they leave. But they had said they had done it which they had not. I’d say the effort was average. In my kitchen floor looks clean but you know it’s it’s just not the effort I expected

Overall, happy with the cleaning authority. I like the new features like call ahead and the app that lets me add on rooms. I will say anytime I’ve had issues they are always very responsive. Generally speaking beyond a random item put in a strange spot, they are effective and do a good job. I have recommended. Sometimes their prices seem high when compared to an individual, but they are bonded and insured and include special items like apps that make it nice to do business with them.

We have used this Cleaning Authority for 6+ years, every other week. They are always very professional, and quick but thorough. The cleanings are priced per room which I prefer because some cleaners charge per hour which seems like an incentive to go slowly. The cost is very reasonable. In 6 years we have had two times that the cleaning was not up to snuff and I called and, after apologizing profusely, they sent a team out within hours to fix the issues. They use green cleaning solutions, not sure what, but they always do the job without leaving noxious smells behind- this is really important to me. Right now our team is Carolina and Delia and they are the best team we have ever had in the 6 years. They vacuumed all the white dog fur off my navy blue couch- this is such a pain of a chore! They also scrubbed my stainless kitchen sink which gets hard water deposits. Its nice to come home to a sparkling house.

Weve used the cleaning authority for several years now, transitioning from a dad and three boys house, weekly clean to an empty-nest couple in a large house with three levels. We enjoy the flexibility they provide, with 3 different prices for our stand clean, a clean before/after guests which includes additional bedrooms and another bathroom, and a whole house clean as we get done before Christmas or doing home improvement projects that make lots of dust.They always do a good job, are friendly and efficient in their work. They send enough help to do the job right. We have the same team every clean and that is nice to see mostly the same faces again and again.

The friendly ladies from the Cleaning Authority come once a month for a thorough cleaning and do a beautiful job. The price is reasonable for the size of my home. What I like the most is that they do a deeper clean on different target areas each time they come, so after the first few cleans, there are no hidden spots that need cleaning (baseboards, tops of doors, undusted nick knacks, etc). I wish I had the money for them to come more often!! Would highly recommend them!

This was our 2nd cleaning. I did not receive a call about scheduling. So I called in 2 days ahead of when I thought I should have the service.Found out that I was, infact, scheduled and someone would call the next day to give me a window of time the crew would arrive. I never received that call. The crew simply showed up. They did a nice job but appeared really rushed in the last 20 minutes after the supervisor showed up. Im still pleased with the work performed.Very pleased with the 3rd cleaning. The Supervisor asked me to walk around with the ladies to check everything out before they left, But they were out the door before I could do that. Other than that everything went very well and the house looked very nice.4th cleaning went very well.

The Cleaning Authority does a great job helping me keep up with the bathrooms and general cleaning. Evezola and Marisela are courteous and thorough! We have 5 pets so there is a lot of pet hair find! The floors look great when they leave. The best part is the cleaners they use don’t leave a strong smell. The value for what they do here is amazing!

High on my wifes list of favorite experiences is the moment every two weeks when we return home after the Cleaning Authority has done their magic. Everything just sparkles, including the stove, refrigerator and sinks! Now, we keep a pretty clean home, but its still worth the money to put it over thee top every couple weeks.

Always do a very good job for the most partI decided to go ahead and give them a 5 rather than a 4 because of some minor issues1. Usually find some instances of dust or dirt present on surfaces that were supposed to be addressed2. Have had to repeat several times instructions on the cleaning of the main floors and application of a particular product that I provide3. Despite wanting the whole house done they always seem to do a “ rotation “ month by month on what areas they give more attention to.Overall it’s worth it, some would say it’s not I am sure, but I’m a clean freak and it’s not like the wife or the kids are actually going to do it the way I want it, so the $ gets spent on the cleaning rather than on something else and yes, I’m the one paying the bills :)
