After some health issues, it was time for using a house cleaning service. I have seen the Merry Maids car in the neighborhood, so I called them. I wanted a deep cleaning of my home and then a regular standard cleaning schedule. I was appreciative that Sherry visited my home and then gave me an itemized proposal. A three member team of Merry Maid cleaners arrived the next day and thoroughly cleaned the house. I was very pleased and I now have the service scheduled for standard cleaning every other week. I am very happy pleased that I chose Merry Maids.

I signed my mother up with Merry Maids a couple months ago and regret that I did not do it sooner! They are terrific. They have been to her home three times, three different crews, same very good service. I have them coming once a month but I believe they could come more often if I need them to in the future.

We have different maids all the time and they dont know where everything is and what they are supposed to do. We were told that we would have about 4-5 maids and they would then know the house and would clean the same way each time. They do a good job on what they do but not everything gets done each time. Im handicapped so i dont follow them around and i dont think i should have to. All in all they do a pretty good job.

Very caring and hard working team. I like that team, s manager will come to make sure that their employees are doing their job. I will recommend merry maid to my family and friends. Heather is the best. Keep up with your hard work . I am very pleased with her work👍

They generally do a good job. Occasionally they miss some of the bookshelves and other furniture while dusting and I wish they would get closer to the walls and corners on the floors (particularly the bathrooms) but, overall, I am pleased with their service.

The thoroughness of the ladies we have had at our home has been absolutely awesome. We have truly enjoyed coming home from work to a clean house and knowing it has been done to our expectations.

In general, the ladies are all lovely and the cleaning well… In the last few times though that they’ve come to clean, they have forgotten a little bit of the basics such as the shelf that my TV sits in the living room, and some of those things that need dusted but don’t seem to get dusted.

I dont normally write reviews but i really wanted to share my experience. i was looking for a cleaning service for my parents. I called Merry Maids and Shelly met me at my parents house, she explained what the cleaners would do when they arrived. on the day of service they showed up on time and did all that they promised. i appreciate how they treated my parents with respect. would definitely recommend this service to anyone who asks.

Ashley just cleaned for me on Monday, July1st. She did an amazing job & was extremely friendly. Missy cleans for me often, but if she cant Id love to have Ashley back!

Heather always provides 5+ service, she does an amazing job. Thus the reason I have always specifilcally requested her. Heather never does anything other than bust her tail from the moment she walks into my house and she always does a fantastic job. If I were rating Heather alone, the rating would be a 10!

My wife and I called them last minute and they were able to show up on time and professional. They cleaned our house as if it was their own and did an outstanding job. 5 stars isnt high enough. They were also just a little cheaper than the other services we called who could not come out. Very impressed. I will use again and recommend to friends and family.

My wife and I moved into a rental home in need of cleaning. We asked for items like window sills and inside of cabinets/drawers to be cleaned even if it takes away from the normal cleaning areas like carpets and countertops. The cleaners did clean inside the oven and refrigerator as requested but ignored the other requests. We wish they would have listened to what we wanted cleaned instead of doing the normal.

Merry Maids has been very accommodating with rescheduling and relexibility. Their team has done a great job cleaning around our 2 large dogs.

I have had several cleaning companies over the years and Mary maids has been by far the best, they have a very strict routine and they are very consistent, the two girls that clean my house do a great jobD. B.

Had the team of Kayla & Tara come through and clean the mess out of our 2BR condo. We had just closed on a condo where the previous owners did very little cleaning. The tub was a mess and everywhere there could be dust and grime, there was dust and grime. Tara made the tub and sinks look like new, and Kayla cleaned the heck out of the areas in the laundry closet and the garage. Cant thank those ladies enough. They put in some serious work and cleaned some serious dirt. Well worth the investment.

Cleaning is unpredictable. The woman who cleaned my house on January 3 did not empty all of the waste baskets and left the kitchen floor wet when she left. The floor was sticky when it finally dried and I had to mop it again myself.
