Don’t hesitate to let her know if you’d like more hair removed or a higher arch, she’ll gladly do it for you! I travel 12 miles every so often because I love her service so much and she’s such a sweetheart.

It was my first time going today. Pam was exceptional with her service. I was in/out in less than 5 minutes. The only thing that happened wrong, I put in their address not realizing it was inside the BP gas station. I will definitely be going back!

I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and she took my brows down from bushes to manicured like a pro. You cant beat the price and cant beat the service Pam gives... shes an expert at this. I didnt have to tell her what I wanted or how I wanted them shaped, she followed the natural shape and arch of my brow and gave me a trendy brow shape and look. Shes amazing... like others have said, dont let the location sway you! Shes top notch!

I don’t get my eyebrows threaded often but when I do I go here. Pam is very polite and takes her time. I use to think it was so painful when I went elsewhere. It’s definitely worth giving her a try!

What a horrible customer service. I seriously don’t understand how she has good reviews. I wish I could give zero stars. We moved here to Indy recently and have been looking for a place to get my eyebrows done. After reading reviews for this place, I decided to give it a shot. As soon as I entered, no greeting no questions no inquiry NOTHING of what I need. She had a customer before me and once she was done, she asked me to sit on the chair and still no inquiry of what I am looking for, just went ahead to do the threading. I needed upper lip and forehead threading as well. Once she was done with my eyebrows, she just gestured to get the money. I had to later go to another place close by to get my upper lip and forehead threading done. Will NEVER go back. She amazingly has no clue to make her customers happy.

Couldnt even find the building. The person who answered all but hung up on me.

I’m not one to leave a review but after going here about 10 times for my eyebrows I feel like I have to. She does an AMAZING job and I won’t let anyone else touch my brows anymore (not even myself). Fast, affordable, and a fantastic job! I was a little skeptical at first Bc of the location, but you shouldn’t hesitate to go here for your brows. You won’t regret it!!

If I could give this establishment negative stars, I would. My girlfriend read that Pams Threading was the best around from this website. These great reviews are absolutely bologna. Instead of treating my girlfriend (a first time customer) as a new client, she proceeded to rush the job and completely ruin the appearance of her eyebrows.After the appointment, my girlfriend was furious because her eyebrows are very thin, uneven, and so ugly. She has interviews for DOCTORATE programs starting next week and is entirely devastated. We will never be returning. We are new to Indianapolis and if this was the best, I am very concerned.

Pam is the only person allowed to touch my eyebrows from now on. I’ve been to mannnny other places and she’s the first one who’s actually shaped my eyebrows in a trendy way that suits my face. She really does have an eye for eyebrow shaping and I understand why she has so many good reviews. Process was really quick and easy. We were in and out in less than 15 min. (That’s two eyebrows + upper lip service. How fast) Great prices too. You can’t beat it. I told her we are only going to get our eyebrows done from her now lol

I dont think Ive ever written a review, but this woman did such an awesome job I had to! I was in the area and saw her reviews, and I needed them cleaned up asap. My eyebrows were pretty messed up and kinda thin already but she shaped them beautifully and totally fixed the look of them! Best threading Ive ever had done. So glad I went here. Its located in the BP gas station, but DO NOT let that stray you. Amazing, seriously.
