Everyone was very friendly and made me feel welcomed as soon as I walked in. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful and the atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. They did not try to upsell me or push me to purchase more, but did offer some guidance and information about other treatment options that was very helpful. Can wait for my next treatment!

Long story short, I’m almost finishing my body treatment, signed up for the diamond facial membership with Stacia, and got another package for my face and neck. I also got the cosmetics to use at home.To invest time and money in ourselves isn’t always an easy task. At least it hasn’t been for me over the years. However, I am extremely happy I took that decision and wanted to say that I have had a great experience so far and intend to be a long term customer at LightRx Indy. “Confidence is Beautiful”.

The facility is clean and tidy and all the staff is professional, friendly and energetic. Ive made some progress in the treated area (laser lipo) in combination with diet and exercise.

Most unprofessional rude staff Ive ever had to deal with. Multiple calls to their corporate office and emails have been sent to never receive a response. One of the worst experiences ever. One time they run out of supplies and gave me one piece of paper towel to wipe 3 different areas of the gel and not only that but they were taking gel from one area to use on another.THE ABSOLUTE WORSE PLACE.

Appointments are quick and on time. Don’t always have the same person doing your treatment. So settings & methods a little different. Main draw back is located in crowded strip mall and at some times during the day, finding a parking space is a challenge.

I have only had one session of hair removal so I cannot speak to the effectiveness of the procedure. What I can say is that this facility seems to be staffed by highly competent and friendly people. I was greeted warmly upon entry and the technician that performed my treatment kept me informed on what she was doing during the procedure.

This is a very affordable and friendly place of business, and I honestly would recommend it to anyone.

The staff is friendly and competent; the office is clean and sanitary. I went through several months of procedures to get rid of a small belly (probably from chocolate, butter, and wine!) The process was not effective. I work out 3-4 times every week and during the process made sure to do cardio the same day, as advised. I drink 7-8 glasses of purified water every day (before this process and after). It just wasnt effective for me.

This is literally one of my favorite places to be! I have been going to Light RX for several months now and have experienced several different treatments. I can’t say enough about the professionalism of the ladies at the Indianapolis clinic on 86th street! They are soooooo AMAZING! They listen and are so helpful! I feel welcomed every time I am there! I have seen a significant difference in my body in a positive way and I would highly recommend anyone who needs or desires their wide range of services to give this a try! In my opinion they are the gold standard in customer service and have treatments that ACTUALLY work! I love my Light RX girls! Thank you Gail and staff for always being on top of your game! The ladies there are very nice but all they do is try to up-sale you and tell you that laser lipo essentially does nothing! On top of that it left black spots ALL OVER MY ABDOMEN. They said that is normal for people with darker skin and it should go away in a few days. It’s been 2 weeks and the spots are still everywhere. It looks like I have burns all over my stomach! I don’t know if laser lipo works or not and I’ll never find out! It is not worth having all of these burns all over my body! Total waste of money. I bought 8 sessions and only went to two! Waste of money! If you have brown skin or any melanin at all I would not recommend this!!!

Absolutely love this place! I had a tech named Brittany who is so wonderful. She is hilarious and makes a huge effort to keep you comfortable during the procedure. I wish I knew their names, but the women in the front are also super kind and also talk to you as you wait. I also have seen great results from the first session and am excited to continue coming here!

My daughter and I love this place and the staff! Gale Bruner is the Clinical Director and is very personable, professional, and kind. Her entire staff also displays the same characteristics. We have had an excellent experience with Laser Hair Removal, Skin Tightening, Venus treatments, etc. The team is making me want to continue to back time and time again. Love my results! Recently they started doing Botox and Fillers as well. I will continue to go back due to the result of the work they do as well as feeling comfortable and at home with the Technicians. Abbey deserves a shout out as she is one of my favorite Technicians there!

The person who did my treatment last time burned me. I told her it hurt but she kept going. Now I have a scarred underarm. You’re better off going to ideal image.

First I would like to say the staff is wonderful but I am VERY disappointed with the results I received after spending a lot of money on the service. I received a Groupon for RXLipo as gift and started the process the beginning of June 2020. I wanted to see if this could help with my mid section before I went through with abdominoplasty. I had spoken to Gale about my concerns and she showed me before and after pictures of someone who had Sculpsure along with the Venus Legacy and told me this could help. She was very convincing that the results I was looking for I would get with those 3 services. At that time I had already made an appointment and put a down payment for my surgery of which I canceled because of the conversation me and Gale had. I really believed and trust what Gale had sold me. Once I had my first Sculpsure it was very painful and I was skeptical about having the second one but I was told they were getting another machine and it would be better. Throughout the whole process I voiced my concerns with the staff as well as with Gale that I was not seeing any changes. Everything they told me to do I was already doing, drink plenty of water, exercise, cardio after the treatment and I also changed my diet completely. After voicing my concerns the response I got was “I needed to wait a full 12 weeks after the first Sculpsure to see results”Still no change.... I continued my Venus and received my final Sculpsure Oct 8 and I voiced my concerns again. At that time Gale took pictures and compared my before and after. The results “I” saw was not $3,600 worth. I took measurements and seen little difference from the time I started. The lifestyle changes I did for myself I believe gave me those little results. Gayle again told me at that time I still had time for results to me shown. I was offered several comps of Venus Legacy and another Sculpsure, but after 7 months and still have not got the results I was told and expected to receive I don’t feel more services is needed. These services are for ones that are already slim and not for those who has extra weight on them.

Light Rx is Amazing! The ladies provide excellent service and are extremely flexible with your schedule. Ive been getting laser hair removal on my entire face, for the last six months, and have noticed an amazing difference since my 1st appointment. Im Indian descent and I get pretty dark hair growth on my face. Since Ive started the treatments, Ive noticed less growth and the thickness has minimized. Im extremely glad I went for it. Its a little pricey, but well worth it! They even have great payment plan options if you need it. I did my research before signing the deed, and realized that Ideal Image offers the same service, but for double the price. I never have to wait once Im checked in, theyre always ready for me, which is great! Also, since now that Im a member, I am able to get discounts on other treatments. I am currently getting my face and bikini area, and Im in and out within 30 minutes. Face only takes 15 minutes 😄 Im super happy with Light Rx!!

The staff were very friendly and kind. They assured me that because my fat was not too extreme, that I would have the results I desired. I received the SculpSure treatment on my double chin. I was very excited. The staff told me that the results become visual at around 6 weeks, with final results after 12 weeks. Before my treatment, and every week after, I took photos to track the progress, and became more and more disappointed each week. Even after seeing no results after 6 weeks, I continued to take pics and still had no changes by the 12th week mark. My chin looks exactly the same. Ive tried to reach out to the business three times now, via email and phone call (since theyve reopened), hoping for some sort of partial refund or something and have been ignored. Now I am in debt nearly $1000 for, literally, nothing.

I would just like to say that i have been going to this place for almost a year now and I am super happy from the results. Everyone has treated me really well and answered all of my crazy questions about the laser hair treaments. At first I was skeptic with all of these new treatments Ive read on and I felt really insecure before getting treated, but now I feel like a whole new person. I definitely recommend this location because of the customer service and care.

The staff at this facility is very nice. Theyre very professional. The service they provide, however is very disappointing. I feel their advertising is very misleading. They advertise minimal pain and almost no downtime. During my first procedure, it felt like I had a blowtorch on my stomach. They know how painful it is because the tech I had specifically stated I know it feels like were burning your skin off, but were not. They have pre-made ice packs ready to put on your abdomen during the procedure. When I told him that I didnt want to continue with any more of the procedures because it was so painful, i asked for a partial refund of the treatments that I had not had. They refused to refund my money. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I do not recommend this facility!!! I cancelled all my services. I have not received a single treatment and I have been waiting for over 1 month to have the full payment refunded. I call everyday and no one returns my calls as to why my money has not been refunded. I am beginning to think this is a scam.I am only giving it 1 star to be able to submit this warning!!!!

Premier Laser Spa of Indianapolis is top notch! Everyone is so kind, professional, and knowledgeable about laser hair removal. The facility is clean and the lasers are high tech and very well taken care of. Having a licensed RN do each procedure is a step above many other laser hair removal facilities. As of now, Ive completed 3 of my 8 sessions and have seen great results. For those of you who think laser hair removal is expensive, give Premier Laser Spa of Indianapolis a call. They have great deals! I would recommend this facility to anyone.

I recently moved to Indianapolis for work and was a client at Premier Laser Spa of Louisville. I was told that my file would be transferred to the location in Indianapolis and I could continue w all my treatments there. My transition was very smooth and the girls at Premier Laser Spa of Indianapolis made it so easy! Kalee was very professional and I really felt comfortable knowing that she is also a nurse. I have noticed such a decrease in hair and I really like that they offer a guarantee in case at the end of my sessions the hair is not gone. So worth the money! Absolute scammers unbelievable

Let me save you the trouble of shopping around for laser hair removal treatments.I spent weeks going to consultations and Premier Laser Spa won in every category. They have the best prices and they are often offering deals (buy two areas get one free etc.) The costumer service is great, they talk you through everything and explain the process. They are open to 7pm some days, and have weekend hours.As for the results I AM LOVING IT! I have had 5 treatments on my face and 3 on everything else and hardly have to shave anymore.

Ive been going here for years because of the quality and great results. Also they have amazing customer service, and are very accommodating.

All the technicians are very friendly and respect your comfort zone no matter what areas you are treating. The facility is clean and bright. I always feel welcome and comfortable. They offer the most treatments per package than any other facility Ive researched.

(So, three areas of your body hair-free for the cost of one!) Its a super great deal for anyone who has been thinking about becoming hair-free on a budget. As for the treatment itself, it was quick and really pretty painless. (best described as a VERY slight flick with a rubber band) My tech, Kathleen, made me feel very comfortable with conversation and before I knew it, it was over. HORRIBLE COMPANY !!!!! I dont even want to give one star.... so all my money has just drained over one text that Light RX Indianapolis location is closing down. The company didnt even have a courtesy to call us ahead of time. When I called the corporate office located in Michigan; they informed me that someone would call me with the amount I will receive for the treatments I have not received. No call as of now and no one is willing to help even at the corporate office. Is there a way we can report this issue somewhere I have lost a lot of money and I am sure there a plenty of people in Indiana might have gone through the same Fraud. Lets work towards resolving this as a group.

I had little to no background knowledge about laser hair removal, but was quickly educated on the process and equipment Premier uses after I came to my first visit. The facilities are very clean, the people are friendly, and Im in and out quickly. I was pleasantly surprised to see results after my first couple of visits, and feel like it has definitely been worth the money and time.

I attended a laser party with a few of my friends and received a free treatment on my lip. At first I didnt want to do it but after the first two weeks I noticed a big difference. The hair was thinner and started falling off. I still wasnt sure and then I noticed that my hair wasnt growing as fast or thick. I have always had really THICK hair and was sometimes hesitant about shaving. Waxing and threading was too painful that I didnt want to bother. I am happy with my first two treatments and I cannot wait until I get more. I recommend this place, great employees and phenomenal service.

My first treatment session went great! I thought having a Brazilian was going to be very awkward. However my technician made it very easy and super comfortable. The people there were all very professional and I was in and out in 30 minutes with having a Brazilian and my underarms done. This place has awesome deals all the time and I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants their hair gone permanently. Its was a little uncomfortable but nothing compared to waxing and in half the time!

When I first arrived at the spa I was greeted by Karen. She is very intellectual and friendly. She answered all my questions. I am in sales myself. She has the same approach as I do. The no pressure approach. I ended up buying a package. I love coming in now and chit chatting with Karen. She is great to talk to! Cathleen, who does my treatment is excellent. She makes me feel so comfortable. She too, is very friendly. And knows her stuff!! I would definitely recommend Premier Laser Spa.But, what makes their spa spectacular is Karen and Cathleen. I started my treatments over a year ago and was pleased with the services initially.Monday during my treatment I was burned. The size of the burn is about the size of a nickle. I was given verbal suggestions on products to purchase to treat the areas by the staff. I have purchased the items and the area continues to get worse. I called leaving messages and sending messages and after a couple days received a return call. I still havent spoken with the nurse practitioner, the expert burn nurse.I am totally dismayed by the turn around and the post treatment care after a burn. I can not safely recommend this place for treatment. To start off so well, this is definitely frustrating to end my services on such a hurtful (literally) note.

This review is long overdue. I can agree with others that the staff is friendly, but that is meaningless if you dont get the results they claimed others routinely achieved (and believe you were misled).At age 60 I signed up for the RxLipo (laser) Abdomen 10 treatment package for $350 (which included I think 3 extra treatments, or 13). Next, since I was Highly Motivated to see my stomach get smaller, I agreed to spend an additional $1,500 for two $750 treatments because of the benefits and results I was told (misled) so many other Light Rx patients had (allegedly) achieved.I was not informed that Light Rx is a PAINFUL process (alternating from cold to HOT temperatures). I was also not informed that my results (allegedly) would have been improved had I regularly used saunas (NOT available at Light Rx despite their very high prices).Although I worked out diligently (several times per week), including abdomen exercises, and LOST weight, my 39 waist and 42 stomach did NOT decrease one iota. (The before and after photos verify.) I was told, well if you went to the sauna....if you sweated profusely...if you...However, my net worth decreased $1,500 + $350.After seeing no results after the first $750 treatment (and about 6 or 7 laser treatments), and asking for a $750 refund, I was orally assured that Light Rx patients ROUTINELY saw significant results following their second round of HOT/COLD treatments...and that I needed to complete the second treatment to achieve favorable results. However, that did NOT occur despite my high motivation, regular exercising and weight loss.Furthermore, the HOT/COLD Light Rx treatments are PAINFUL...and I while duping me into not securing my $750 refund, I was MISLED and told that I should expect my body to tolerate the treatments BETTER the second time. That was FALSE. In fact, it was so painful that my jerking body movement caused a Sensor to rip/pull off of my body and had to be held by hand to complete the second treatment. My skin was VERY red for 24-36 hours following the second treatment.Thus, I wasted A LOT of time, driving back and forth about 16 times.Based on the above, I believe the Light Rx treatment to reduce stomach fat in a highly motivated 60 year old man is NOT EFFECTIVE -- and that the nice people MISLED me to believe my results would be similar to others -- likely younger female patients. (Yes, told me what I wanted to hear and then make you sign a form that says they do not guarantee results.)WARNING: Ask for a LIST of the names of all the customers (within the past 6 months) who received the specific treatment you are seeking, and ask them to allow YOU to pick the names of 5 customers to call. (Of course, they might only have a 50% or less (zero?) success rate but will only give you the names of customers with a successful outcome.)When I sought a refund, I was told tough luck. First and foremost, the best part about Premier Laser Spa is the people! Outstanding customer service is very essential to me, no matter what type of business I am at. All of the staff have always been welcoming and professional. My personal technician (which I love that I have been able to see the same person and develop a relationship with her over the time of my treatments) is always friendly and engaging during my visits - making the treatments even more comfortable and pain-less! I would say safety and courtesy are where their focus is always at, which is demonstrated consistently by their routine questioning for concerns and cleanliness of the facility. After only about 4 treatments I am having amazing results - I was extremely excited and pleased after my very first one!If you are seriously considering laser hair removal, please do yourself a favor and go see Karen, Kalee, and Genesis at Premier Laser Spa!

I shelled out 2800$ for a package to have my legs, Brazilian, and under arms done. It took them two years worth of treatments to finally go bankrupt and lose their Fort Wayne store. I showed up to my appointment and the facility was gone, no warning, no call to inform me my appointment was not only canceled but that the entire store would be closed. I am waiting now on a refund that I’ll most likely never see and the treatments did NOT work. I still have full hair growth underarms and legs and my Brazilian is patchy. I highly recommend not going to this place. They take advantage of you and offer you nothing in return. If you think a two hour drive is “close” then yea your office is close. I will not be driving four hour a day just to be majorly dissatisfied.

The staff here is always courteous and friendly. They remember my name and details about me from past conversations.Being a female with unwanted hair has been hard for me for years and years. Its hard having to think about and deal with it so constantly.My first treatment had significant hair loss. I look forward to seeing the full treatment results. If the following treatments are anything like my first I will be nothing short of thrilled

After they closed and reopen, i dont think they have any business. I hate going there,they gave me some free sections, but the sculpsure never worked. I had a deep talk with the manager then u came back the wk after, she doesnt remember me at all. I gave up and i dont even need the free sections anyways cuz it was not working. For spending tat much money, the environments just looks pathetic and cheap.

Paid for laser hair removal and it didn’t work at all. Staff might be nice but this service was the worst investment I have ever made. Fake.

I went for the first time 3 days ago. One - registered nurses performing the treatments. Two - its a medical facility as opposed to a spa. Three - hygiene and sterile technique are their primary concerns. SOLD!!! They were willing to negotiate on the pricing and even offered 0% payments. Maybe I have a high pain tolerance but the procedure itself was a breeze. They offer a 2-year guarantee which tells me they believe in the work they do. 5 stars and my highest recommendation.
