Ive never had a personal trainer before, but my experience so far has been great. My trainer took the time to get to know my goals, my current fitness level and issues, and has designed a program tailored to my particular situation.Janice encourages me to push myself, but also to modify as needed and take a minute to breath if needed. Ive had a very positive experience so far!
Great place for women to workout. Safe and clean atmosphere. Staff is friendly and helpful. Would recommend for everyone of all ages.

Awesome classes! Ive been a member 5 years and I love working out at So B Fit. All the trainers are great, every trainer has their own format for train so theres variety. I feel that have over exceeded my workout and weight loss goals and I plan on continuing to be a member.... its like having another family:)Christina
I have been working with Karena for 4 years. She has a keen sense for individual work outs...never boring, always challenging. She has been able to structure a full body work out despite bad knees. Last but not least, we have a good time!
