Two stars because there are very good coaches here. However they arent usually around and are usually selective with who they train when they are. Pretty disheartening when you show up to the gym, jump rope for 30 minutes, shadow box for 25 minutes with minimal instructor input. If I had no experience Id be totally lost, possibly solidifying bad habits cause no one is looking. Might as well just work out at home.

Great experience with wrestling! Had to join after seeing their children wrestling at a meet. They teach what others dont. Could not ask for more!!! Great coaches & staff!
