Amy was phenomenal with keeping me informed of when she was able to get a crew out to my house when they were slammed. She provided informative advice. Let alone she was the most professional and helpful of all the companies I contacted to assist with clean up of my basement flooding.Jack, my mitigation technician, was beyond amazing with answering my questions, working around my WFH schedule, and being nice to my dogs.I would highly recommend!

We had water damage in our kitchen. Service Master promptly got a plan together and started to work drying up the damaged floor and cabinets. Juan arrived, masked up and ready to go. He was beyond helpful and very knowledgeable about the situation. I felt comfortable welcoming him into my home and handling the situation. Now that it is dried out we will get on to repairs. Highly recommended!

I had a glass clean up from a broken window. Billie was wonderful. So meticulous in her work. I would recommend them anytime I had a chance.

In April, we had a toilet and sewer back up through both of our upstairs bathrooms. It ended up destroying both upstairs bathrooms, part of our bedroom, our ceiling, entire kitchen downstairs and floors downstairs. After the team came and removed everything damaged, we were left with not much of anything. It was bad and we were defeated and felt totally helpless. Our insurance agent got us in touch with Service Master DSI and Cameron introduced us to Tim, the construction lead. He was honest and upfront and said that it was a big job and it was going to take a little time, but he wanted our house to be our home again. Tim put me at ease, he allowed my wife and I to care for our family and he and his team, began to put our home back together. His team was amazing these guys let us come in and do what we had to do to keep our lives going while they were working. They explained anything we had questions about and they were just great guys. The way our house looked after the flood and after having literally everything thrown into bags and boxes within 24 hours had the rest of our house a wreck. But there was no judgement, they totally understood. I must tell you, that when I say our home is now beautiful and everything they touched is beautiful I mean it! We spend hours just looking at our home now. Tim, took the time to listen to my wife and make sure that the little things that she wanted were addressed. When we walked into the finished product of our home, we were in tears. I want to again thank Service Master DSI and the team of Cameron, Tim, Shawn, Jeremy and Hunter. They took care of us and not only did they make our home look amazing, I have found a new friend in Tim! It is a true blessing when good, trusting people are introduced into your lives! If you ever have any needs I would encourage you to contact Service Master DSI first, they will take care of you. I know I will and they will be back when we are ready to do our next project!

We had a rep out to give us an estimate on a minor flood from our dishwasher. He came out three weeks ago and weve not heard anything since. After a couple emails, we found hed never submitted his estimate to our ins agent. Later that evening, we get a email from the service master rep that hes sorry but cannot help us. We waited all that time for that....To add to that, when Brian the rep came to our house to do the initial estimate, he had the nerve to ask my wife if he could watch the Trump tv speech. I dont care about the political, but thats not what hes there for. I spoke to Cameron the supervisor and he could care less about his employees lack of communication and actions at my home. Now Im three weeks without a kitchen and have to start from scratch. Thanks service master. Ill spread the word to anyone who will listen about your business.
