Very pleased with PDR! Their employees like Keith, our detail-oriented Adjuster; and Zach, our knowledgeable Project Manager were easy to work with and responsive to our questions and needs. They work with very skilled people who do the job correctly and professionally. Very good experience! Would definitely recommend. And I love my new floor!! Just one small area yet to be corrected, then were done. 👍🏼

They arrived within 1 hour of me starting the claim, began cleaning/demolition, set equipment, and came back everyday on time to check on equipment. They communicated clearly, set proper expectations, and went above/beyond my expectations for water mitigation. They are pet friendly, courteous, and were very careful with my belongings. As I never want to deal with this again, if I did, I would use Paul Davis Restoration for their mitigation work! Good job and Keep it up!!

Our experience with Paul Davis Nothern Indianapolis was AMAZING! We had a 60,000 pound tree fall along the entire home. Paul Davis was there quickly to stop water coming through roof and start cleanup. Our lead people: Keith Christopher and Zach Arvin are the most professional and knowledgeable people to work with. They worked so hard to find all damage and get everything back to better then before. We chose to add on remodel items to make the home even nicer and they knocked it out of the park! They are absolute the bottom of the barrel. They will hire any bum they find on the street willing to cling onto their hopeless company. The way that they disrespected my property has left me deeply concerned and disquieted

100% would NOT recommend this company. We had a mold issue and our insurance company suggested this place. After mold remediation was complete, it took WEEKS to get just an estimate on the remodel . They then had to get a 2nd estimate and the guy told my husband he would send the estimate the next day. Almost a week later, they call and say they wont be doing the work. They said distance was an issue and they wouldnt make enough money.... Why didnt they just say this from the jump? Instead they jerked us around and prolonged our time away from home.My family has been out of our home for 2 months now and have to start from square 1 AGAIN. Do NOT use this company!!!!!!

Just called to get a quote for restoration of my home from flooding after being ripped off from my last contractor. The lovely Emily asked me extensive questions about my last contractor stealing money from me and responded with Well my concern is how does Paul Davis get paid?? With the money I WAS going to give you for work on my home Emily! But thanks to your attitude I will be calling another contractor who will be paid instead.Bye EMILY 🙋‍♀️

Worst experience with a restoration company. We had a fire beginning of 2017, and this is middle of 2019, and job is still not completed. They hire the cheapest contractors, and so much had to be done twice. we were out of the home for almost a year, and they said 3 months! yeah right!! Would not recommend this company at all.

It was a very transparent and easy process. Basically, I was explained what they were going to do, how much time it will take and everything went according to what I had been told, and what was supposed to happen. I would say that I am highly satisfied.

I had an excellent customer experience and would highly recommend Paul Davis to anyone needing restoration services. Sean and the staff were friendly, professional, responsive, prompt and did excellent work. When my basement flooded, they responded quickly to assess the damage and schedule the needed restoration tasks- moisture remediation, dehumidifying, demo, drywall, carpet removal, carpet reinstallation and painting. They also worked with my insurance to make the process simple and without hassle for me. There were many choices of carpet in the Paul Davis showroom and we picked a style that looks great- Big City Nights - Bosie. My basement now looks better than ever and the carpet feels so soft and pleasant to walk on! I am planning on some bathroom remodeling in the future and will definitely hit up Sean @ Paul Davis again for that project. Thank you for your excellent service!

Thank you, Paul Davis, for their great work when our basement flooded! Their response was very fast, and their team were extremely prefessional (they helped calm my wife who was very upset). Travis, in the water mitigation department, worked with us and our insurance company to make sure everything was handled properly. They turned what could have been a nightmare into a very managable job. I would certainly use them again, and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Would not recommend the effort of attempting to work with this company. We called 7 times over a 2 month period and each time were told that they would be calling us back, each time they did not. The last time we spoke with them after two months, they told us that the project manager was going on vacation and that they had recently taken on a lot of water damage jobs and that we should take our business elsewhere. Waste. of. Time.

The single most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. If you have any issue with them good luck getting it resolved.

If zero stars were an option, I would choose it. We had trouble getting Paul Davis to come out to our house in a timely fashion. They never did put the final strips at the top of the basement stairs. The hardwood floors they installed in less than one day started to separate and move apart within one month. Paul Davis has not stood by their warranty. I couldnt get anyone to even return my phone call until I left a comment on Facebook. PDR was hired by my insurance company. I really cant imagine why. PDR charged our homeowners insurance company $13,000. The final bill PDR submitted to us was $7,900. Our insurance company paid PDR to replace the hardwood flooring, possibly at a $5,100 premium, the floor separated, and now we need to replace our floor AGAIN.
