Tracey is probably the most heartless person I have ever come into contact with when it comes to a staffing agency. She does not care what personal situations you may be dealing with at home, she will cut you off from getting a job in a heartbeat.So, a HUGE thank you to Tracey for putting me down during a pandemic when I can hardly afford to take care of my 3 year old daughter. She wouldn’t offer me another position because of a misunderstanding. I had explained to her that I was experiencing a lot of difficulties in my life and she did not care. She told me she wasn’t going to help me find another position after she said she understood life can be difficult sometimes, and did the exact opposite. So, I’m glad you still have your job, Tracey. And have no worry in the world on how you’re gonna feed your children day after day. This woman should be fired and I will be reporting her to a higher chain of command.Edit: another reason as to why this is the worst staffing agency I’ve come into contact with... you post the problem we had on a complete and total public website, trying to humiliate me, and not knowing what I have going on here at home behind closed doors. Totally unprofessional, and disgusting.

Infinity Staffing is a very professional staffing agency if you need a job come on out here for a very different experience than other staffing agencies they take the time to get to know you and what you are experienced in to make sure you get in the right job so you can make it your career. Come on out you want be disappointed.

The people here are nice but I think they should give you an opportunity to buy your steel toed boots and give you a chance to prove yourself like I was supposed to start work here the other day and I had no money to buy my so told but I did tell them that I could get them today and I still cannot go back to work here because of that reason I think that is wrong they should give you a second chance

At first I was super skeptical because of my past experience with agencies, but I can definitely say that mindset didnt stick around for very long. They recommended jobs that matched well with my resume, personality, and the type of jobs that I was looking for. Direct deposit took nearly three weeks I received several checks late and they dont tell you that Walmart will not cash their checks stood in Walmart line for 2hrs just to find out I couldnt cash it there and the personnel at the agency are very rude the women. The men are cool they talk to you respectably and they are well mannered but the women have horrible attitudes especially the lady Tracy she very rude the job they put me on was great just having to deal with the agency people will definitely disappoint you thats customer service and to me that is everything when it come to any establishment and Infinity Personnel needs better customer service

I wish i could say my experience was like everyone elses but it absolutely was not. I came to them for a job a few days ago. They had a job for me and I thought i was only waiting for my background to come back so i could start. The next day i get a call from them asking me to find people to go to their job fair. I was nice about it but i rubbed me the wrong way. Then she says before they do my background check she wanted me to take a tour of the place i was going to be working at which is where they were holding the job fair. First of all i came to them for a job not to find other people a job and wouldnt you think it would be more appropriate to run a background on a person before anything else. I just felt like this was a waste of me time completely. Ive worked for several different staffings agencies and none of them made me wait days to work. I alaways started that same day or the next one. Step it up infinity people need to work!

They are really nice people it can be very busy but they do help you as fast as they can. More organized than most places I have applied to.

Office personnel very rude and was not professional at all.I called twice to see if they had any jobs available, first time phone kept ringing no voicemail, second time Diana answered and stated my boss told me to tell you that you dont have to keep calling its ok to leave a voicemail. I told her the voicemail never picked up she said Im just telling you what my manager said. Dont deal with this staffing company!

They were going to find another position for my daughter as the job she had caused her to have very bad headaches the guy put her off till he transferred then the office told her they couldnt help her had a very bad attitude

Office people rude as hell. Would not give me my w2 and told me to leave they will mail it. Still no w2. I also had three checks bounce when I was working for them. Do not work for them bad people
