My experience with them has been very poor. Have played the hurry up and wait game. Their communication is terrible.

Dont waste your time!!! I trained, took a drug test and did all my paper work and no one ever called me back. Left several emails and messages. Very unprofessional!!!! I see why their ratings are so low!

I applied for the front desk position they emailed me i did an interview. basically said i got the job and had me fill out my direct deposit info. i emailed them several times about my start date and they never contacted me back. so basically a waste a time and i could’ve had a whole other job by now if it werent for them.

Regarding all the shots, they are required in the state of Indiana to work in most doctors offices and hospitals. Plus we are certified by the Joint Commission and we require it on top of our clients requiring it. We always offer suggestions of where you can have most of this done for free or at a very limited cost - if we are asked. I checked all our records and found the following: We wanted to schedule you for training at our cost. You did not like that the training class had a waiting list, so we offered for you to pick up shifts with our Perdiem recruiter until your class time was available. You did not like the shifts that he was offering. Each encounter with you seemed to bring on anger, so we suggested you reach out to us when you were ready to work with us within our process. We would be happy to have you return, but we must always encourage willingness to work with us while preparing you to represent us at our clients. What we see in our office is what will be carried forward into our clients offices. We treat everyone who comes through our doors with respect. Personally I have been in this business for over 40 years and as the President of the Indianapolis division, I would have been happy to listen to your concerns. Because our process is detailed, sometimes we are just not the right firm for a candidates immediate needs. In that case I can always recommend local firms that do not go through the detail we do.

HUGE negative review to this company, they acted extremely interested in hiring me for an LPN position, gave me a list of things i needed to get done (physical, shots, ppd) that i paid out of my own pocket for, they never call or keep in touch, its just a run-a-round with them!!
