I applied online and got a response by text from Hope. I was asked to come into the office to fill out some paperwork and take a drug test. While taking my drug test I asked Hope if they had any better paying jobs and she checked and the answer was yes. She told me that it could take up to 3 to 5 business days for my background to come back but surprisingly it came back in less than 24 hours and I start work tomorrow morning!! Any questions that I had or have I just shoot a quick text and within minutes I have an answer. I wish more places had the type of customer service that she provides! Thank you Hope and Spherion for getting me a great paying job very quick!

Friendly and helpful, the office personnel really did everything they could to obtain a position I’d like. They have great positions in amazing companies and really want to see you succeed. One associate here in particular Chris, really helped me through the entire process while being extremely funny and knowledgeable. Loved the environment and the job they found for me. Thanks!

This has been the best staffing company i have ever worked with, bar none. The staff are quite friendly and professional, and work very quickly indeed.

I had been searching for a job for months... even with the market how it is it was hard to find a job that would pay me enough more than just to survive and give me respectable hours. I worked with Leah Rodriguez and within a few hours she gave me multiple options for jobs paying $18-$22/hr. All I had to do was come in and do some quick screening. When coming into spherion worker Chris was very friendly, welcoming and professional .

Very unprofessional I’ve been calling, texting & emailing them for a week now with NO RESPONSE. They don’t even answer the phone they just keep replaying the same automated voice message over & over. I used to be able to get a text back at least but now all they do is give you the run around. Haven’t had any real communication with them the last two months.

The work is fairly easy. The work is just really boring. Turnover rate is through the roof. I was one of the ones that kept showing up but never received a badge to enter the building/ or to clock in. That was week number 3! You receive little to no praise for doing a good job but you hear it all. One of those jobs you get while your looking for another. Appreciate the opportunity but things need to change around there.

Fake jobs that dont really come around. I have applied to not one but two jobs and both were fake. Dont bother to apply if your older they wont work you. Update after passing a drug test that was for the job, spherion read my review. They called me up and then told me I had to do another drug test in order to beg for the job. I have no problems doing that but it just proves my point, in order to prove you are worthy for this company you have to beg for this 12 dollar a hour job. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Update I had a background check done on me so I could receive the two jobs, nothing was found but that wasnt good enough they claim I a american citizen violated the patriot act and that is why they wont hire me. Sure spherion whatever helps you sleep at night.

My initial experience was good. I was presented with what appeared to be a welcoming, energetic and professional staff that was anxious to place you at an assignment and they did. After that I experienced a borage of commication issues and an avalanche of different recruiters with many different answer different job offers. I and another Spherion emplyee were left waiting for jobs for weeks with the promise of a well paying job which fell through. Finally I know of an individual that had to rely on an recruitment with another office to get a good assignment. It turns out they will mislead you on the assignment they advertise for to fulfill one they are having trouble getting people for. . This staffing agency was the worst with information commication and placement. It is lower quality than a Manpower Ellwood Kelly avoid unless your not serious.
