On my experience I got pickup at this facility, and they are loaded my trailer very fast. Just one thing, they need all information for the pickup, and your ID

They told me to come at 2:30 for 4pm appointment, gave me dock right away but start loading me at 6pm . I was out by 6:352nd time pick up 3.5 hours

Lady was good at front desk.Took 5 hours to load.They want more straps from you and will put only one .

Very Neat environment and the Staffs too are friendly.

Unloading was fast. Receiving, West side of building by door 35. Shipping, west side of building door 1.. one person at the time inside for check in..

Quick loading in and out in about an hour..my load was already picked and ready when I got there

Quick loading. Appointment was 10am reached there 9.45am and got paper work after loading at 10.30am. Polite staff. No complaints

They are stealing the load bar or load locker be careful when you come here check your load bars and straps.. I don’t recommend this place.

Staff is really good very helpful. Come straight down to 84th street then you can see sign board of heartland food

Got here 2 hrs early, not busy at all. But they are still holding me to my 7pm appointment. Just very trashy place, ask if there was a chance to be loaded early and was told yes no problem. Just another company to put on the no-no list. Lol

They had me loaded in less than an hour. Lots of doors, easy parking. This is apparently the major distribution warehouse for Splenda sweetener products. They usually have very light loads here. Good experience overall!

Arrived at 11:15 am, the appointment is between 1200 1800 its now after 22:40. Im here 11.5 hrs for one load. This is place is unacceptable and unprofessional to punish drivers like this. Where is the management for this type of treatment or the management/logistics is the problem. No one should wait for a load 11.5 hrs.

Receiving was extremely nice and polite and unload time was a little less than average places. Down side is there is no restroom for drivers, but they let me drop and there is plenty of food places right around the corner. Another downside is that the entrance for trucks is on a side street and not the actual street address.

Do not arrive earlier strictly by appointment today I spent 7h here

Work by appointment. Can take a couple hours at times or more. When coming in turn right and 3/4 down the building you will see the shipping/receiving signal on the building.

Receiving was ok l, got a door right away n I get unloaded in less then 45mins. No problems at all easy in n out dc.

Unloaded in 30 minutes on Saturday delivery! Good place.

TRUCK DRIVERS beware this place apparently either has no bathroom or the people have no respect for basic human rights for when i asked to use their bathroom I was informed that i could not so having to go i told them i could not hold it anymore and really needed to go they said no again and if i went in the parking lot they would call the police ... So even if you have an appointment time stop an go before you get there.

Lady in receiving was very friendly and the people unloading me were very quick. Maybe 25 minutes tops for 60 pallets.

Stopped in to pick up a load for California. on time for mandatory appointment, in and out.

I have been here since 10am this morning granted my appt. Wasnt until 1pm so i have been waiting patiently and it is now 5pm and still not loaded. Avoid hauling for this place if you hate sitting for 5 and 6 hours to get loaded.

Avoid this place if you are a truck driver. Super slow everything! Slow check in, slow loading, and slow getting paperwork. This place isnt trucker friendly. No bathrooms no vending and did I mention they were slow?

If you have a feeling you even might have to use the restroom, go before you get here ! BS !
