Beware if youre buying something at Ashley and picking it up inspect everything make sure every piece is there and make sure its not broke because they will not take it back and you get screwed in the end I will never buy anything from them again this place is a joke

Great customer service! She was able to solve my problem with an online order within minutes!

The distribution center was very quick this Tuesday morning. They got our furniture out to us within 20 minutes.The only down side is that only 3 of our 4 pieces were there. We didn’t receive a call or email but that was not the distribution centers fault. That was corporate. We are requesting our last piece to be delivered for free.

So we ordered a couch an an ottoman. We were supposed to pick it up yesterday. We called to let them no we werent available to pick it up an that it would be a day or two. They never said our items werent there. So today we drove almost in hour to go pick it up for them to tell us its not even in there warehouse, and that we should have got a call informing us. The truck should be there tomorrow with it but they cant be sure. Very disappointed. Diesel fuel aint cheap!!

This place isnt very easy to find cuz its stuck way back in a corner and they dont have very many signs to point you in the direction to where you need to go. But the place is ran well and you get your furniture very quickly. They have good help that basically loaded for you.

Good but prepare to wait, they will help load your order but get busy on weekends.

The staff is very polite but poorly trained, management is nonexistent. From a warehouse perspective, I showed up for a pickup order with my truck and trailer and only 1 small kid came out with a forklift and asked me to help him load some large and heavy furniture (200+ lbs). This type of lifting was okay with me, but I feel sorry for a small woman or older person who chooses Pickup instead of Delivery.From a sales and corporate perspective, Ashley is a disaster of a customer-oriented enterprise. They will sell you furniture thats on a backlog without disclosing the potential delay, theyll call you and delay your order multiple times which completely annihilates any trust that their projected delivery date is in any way factual, and they will prioritize with customers who complain louder than others. To prove this fact, my order was continually delayed for over 3 months with 7 separate calls informing me of a delay in production. They told me it would be yet another 2 months so I told them to cancel my order and give me a recommendation of a competitor. They worked some computer magic and in less than 5 minutes had my order scheduled to deliver 1 week from that day. I feel bad about this because I know its someone elses order Im taking, but this speaks to the poor customer service of the company, because I guarantee my order was delayed so far out because someone else took mine...There is no excuse for this, and nothing that will convince me to return to Ashley - upsetting, because I generally purchase in bulk.

Very long and unnecessary waiting to pick up furniture. I would not recommend choosing this route to buy and pick up furniture.

Kinda sucks to work here but everything else I dont know about.
