Owner was rude and insulting from the very first interaction. Do not do business with this man. Hopefully he we get some mental health help so that he can learn to better control his temper.
Owner is just plain rude! Instead of wasting your time and money with this company, cut out the middle man and order from the mold companies themselves.
If i could give this place a minus 5 stars i would. I had a relative prepared to spend several thousand dollars there on molds. But after the way i was spoken to on the phone yesterday, we went elsewhere. RUDE is an understatement.
He seems to have plenty of bad days. Told me to go elsewhere too. Too bad-but I dont have to be told twice. He has a tendancy to twist things around then act like you dont know what youre talking about. THEN he tells you to take your business elsewhere. Customer service does not seem to be his strong suit.
Owner is a complete jerk. Not sure how he is still in business but I’ll NEVER do business here again. Don’t waste your money on this clown!
Everyone has a bad day now and I would bet you have them too. I experienced the day after they had a bad day. I have been doing business over 10 years. That and people who are rude to him upsets, most people. All is need to evaluate by finding out if something is wrong before judging.
Owner was very rude and insulting. My order total was $44 dollars and used a visa gift card to pay for my items. The card was declined because it was run for $84. if I knew the freight would cost as much as the product I would have either used another card or not ordered in the first place. Below are his comments when I decided to cancel.Why, may I ask, didn’t you call us about this matter? We are the company you have bought these molds from, not Starlite Molds. In any case, your Debit Card was DECLINED. That is why it still is not processed yet. If you really think that you can get your molds before Christmas, you are very sadly mistaken. You should have ordered them back in the first part of November and had enough money in your account to pay for the molds and their estimated shipping and given the correct information about your debit card. I have sent you an email to that effect. I trust also that you know that these are MOLDS to make items with using clay slip, using a kiln to fire them, and your having to paint them.and they are not the finished products. Starlite Molds has a 4 – 6 week turnaround. All of our sources have to make the molds to order in the order received. None of them are waiting on the shelves ready to ship. I trust that this clears things up.Your order is canceled. Next time you order anything on line from anyone, make sure you know exactly what you are ordering instead of just looking at a picture and pressing a button thinking that is what you want.

Jerk is an understatement
Owner is VERY difficult to deal with. He expects you to allow him to charge you credit card for his estimated shipping costs which are excessive. Mine where $14.00 on a $14.02 order of 5 small bottles of ceramic paint - weight about 10 to 14 oz. If you refuse to allow this he threatens you with I will put in your file that you refused to pay ACTUAL shipping charges and this will jeopardize you being able to do business with us. When I asked that the order be cancelled (in less than 24 hours) he sent me an email calling me an idiot and telling me I needed to learn when to shut up. So I as a small business owner was expected to give him a no interest loan for 2-4 weeks (estimated shipping time on product) and then have to keep up with checking my credit card to see if he returned the difference between the estimated and actual shipping charges. Not once did I refuse to pay actual shipping charges just the excessive ones he was charging. The good out of this was a did more research and found a better supplier who was cheaper, charged no shipping and had the paint here in 2 days. I would give this business minus 10 stars if it was available.
