I would like to state that the owner of this business is a very professional individual.I was having issues with my laptop in that I could not determine why my WiFi was not working. I drilled down as far as I could and still no success. I was nearly committed to the fact that I would have to purchase a new one. Charles had it for about 20 minutes while I was there and he found the problem and fixed it.And for a really reasonable price.Charles also recommended that I bring it back at a convenient time to improve the speed and he would set it back up to be a incredible improvement.I will be taking him up on that.I would recommend his service to everyone needing professional work done.

I could not believe how rude the owner, Charles Henderson, was to me. Day 1 all was well. Instead of getting a computer fixed I decided to go ahead and buy one from him instead. I was up against a deadline and in need. I get home and all of the keys on the keyboard were NOT functioning. (By the way I live on the other side of town) Day 2 I come back polite, he was with a customer, so I asked if I could enter. When I told him the problem he took the laptop and it broke apart literally while in his hand. LITERALLY! He offered to order a new keyboard that would take 2 days to come. I do not have 2 days, I have something that Im working on and needs to get done asap. I asked Mr. Henderson, since you dont do refunds, now what? (BTW he has an exchange policy.) But he wanted me to pay more money for the exchange. We disagreed on how things should be fixed and although I never disrespected him or raised my voice, he told ME, to Get Out That was last week. Here I am a week later and this current laptop,( the one that was exchanged), is barely working. Lesson Learned! I am using this as motivation. I need to come-up like The Jeffersons so that I DONT have to deal with people like Mr. Henderson. I promise myself I am going to do better!

So far so good. A windows update stopped my computer from booting and theyre working hard to save the day. They got me going again and saved the persona data, but I lost a lot of files. I wish Id been more specific in telling them what to save.

First time I had to use a repair service to fix my computer. I had lost all my documents and the computer wouldnt turn back on. It was about 3 hours and all my documents were back. I strongly recommend this place and if I have a problem again and to go back, this is the place.

Exceptional service and professionalism, Indy-Tech went above and beyond to fix the problems with my computer, I brought in a essentially dead computer and went home with a fully functioning machine all within the space of an afternoon. I brought my PC here for a diagnosis. I paid the owner $50 hoping I could get a solid answer on what was wrong with it. He held onto it for two days just to recommend I take it to Fry’s. If you’re looking for repairs/diagnosis, save your time and money and go somewhere else.

IndyTech replace my laptop keyboard. New one was installed poorly and a 2nd attempt was the same. Our power cord was misplaced and argued that we had given him the wrong one. Eventually found and apologized. Would not recommend.
