The two ladies working today were doing their jobs well, but needed to cool it down with the side talking they were doing in front of customers. Its extremely rude and inconsiderate to laugh or make joke of a customers pay check right in front of them. Just because you are behind the glass does not mean no one cant hear you. So for Sarah and the other lady that were working today, please work on your peoples skills. Cause Im sure it wouldve been rude for me to point out and make fun of Sarah for having cold sores on both ends of her mouth.

Jasmine is always so friendly and pleasant. Very professional. Always does a wonderful job taking care of my needs and does the best she can to resolve any issue. ACE Cash Express is the only place I go for small loans, and Jasmine makes it even better. She goes above and beyond, remembers frequent customers by name, and always has a smile to share.

Not having a bank account, I went ro Krogers and Walmart and because my check was over 5k by $34, I went to Ace thinking it wouldnt cost THAT much to cash my check. When the associate told me the fee, I thought she said $25 and although I thought it was a bit higher than what it said on there price board, I said ok....It wasnt until I got hone and seen ok n the receipt that I was charged $247 PLUS the smallers fees that I already expected. To charge that much is ridiculous and I should of just opened an account at a bank, I woukd have saved ALOT versus going to Ace. Ive NEVER veen charged that much to cash a check there before. I will not be recommending OR returning to Ace in the future, cant afford it!

I came in today to get a money order. it was kinda busy. Shy (csr) was very helpful and nice. imma start coming there more because she was very.

I never had a problem with ace every one always been nice and helpful thank you for all you do.

The customer rep who helped me was very professional courteous and helped me secure a new card or she called it an attachment contacted the third party card holder for me walked me through the whole process it was close to quitting time but she made sure that I got my card got it activated and most importantly got me the money I needed to pay my Bills I think her name was Beverly she went above and beyond her duties I would just like to commend her on a job well done she is a true asset to this company and ace is lucky to have her there once again thank you so much Beverly you made my day.

Ive not used a cash advance in ages but my experiences in my past years were good ones but question to ace is do I necessarily need a paper check to start an advance I havent used paper checks in over a decade now is there any way I can get a small loan using my debit information with my bank instead?

Weve gone here multiple times to get a payday loan when we were desperately needing money to pay a bill or an emergency cost came up for our kids and we have been approved for the loan but then it doesnt let our bank card go through. No matter if theres a dollar in the account or $50 in the account and they wont figure out the problem so we will be going elsewhere for our needs in the future.

Big lazy lady that works there had no mannors and was rude and hateful take you money and time elsewheres i wouldnt go in this store again to save my life also i seen a few bed bugs crawling jn the window so sad

CK, WENT TO ACE THEY SIGNED ME UP WITH A NEW CARD, BUT BEEN OVER 10 DAYS AND SAID CARD SHIPPED BUT NOT RECEIVED YET, ALREADY SENT INQUIRY, NO REPLY AS YET. OVER ALL BEEN USING ACE SERVICES FOR OVER 3 YRS. BEEN PRETTY DARN GOOD. THANKS
