I have been a customer at this location for many years now, and I have always had nothing but excellent experiences! Every time I enter the store I am treated like more than just a customer! The CSR are absolutely amazing, kind, sweet, and friendly people. The fact that Dara, Moe, and Jylea have all recognized me and remember me by name every time I visit the store, just makes me feel like an appreciated customer! I have visited a few other locations throughout the years and I was always treated like just another person in line so the fact that this location is always very clean and the CSR are always such awesome people, I will continue to visit this location for all of my financial needs! Plus I will continue to brag about this PLS location to everyone I know (and I know A LOT of people). I own my own business, so having the option to not have to deal with a bank and having such a great experience with 3801 E. Washington Street location has made my life easier and has made things much more convenient knowing that I am always taken care of when I walk through that door! Kudos to the Customer Service Reps for going above and beyond to make someones day! They have made a lifetime customer out of me! ❤

I live closer to their other location but I come to this one because they are more courteous they are quick they are attentive and friendly. Besides my kids love Adriana and I do too

I went there to cash a check and ask about an account of some type to hold my $$ like a bank account. Dara was very polite and told me about a debit card and I decided to open a PLS account. I will be back to load $$$ on my new card and hope tk have the good service I reviewed again from Dara F. Ill be back.

Went to cash check today the clerk was a girl I took boyfriend 10 yes ago would not cash my check she threw my I’d embarrassed me in front of people she was gossiping on phon line very long the manager left with 10 ppl n line this is a horrible store no professional and the lady had bad customer service

It’s 9 pm on the 5th of the month and it only 2 windows open with the line almost out the door.. The poorest customer service I’ve seen I hate it in here imma start paying for the money orders from here on out the only reason I come in here is for free money orders but it is not worth the hassle of them never having enough workers

They get the job done they keep a smile on the customers face that well trained and very professional. I don’t know if it’s your first shift or second shift but I’m pretty sure both seals all of them ladies deserve a raise.

I was very satisfied with how professional the staff and managers performed during my first experience with PLS.I came from out of town and had reached my atm limit. I found PLS and was able to get cash back. I would recommend them highly.

I just want to say that I have a bank account but because of the fast and quick cash out and VERY friendly service Ive received from Lindsey and her boss I continue to return instead of my bank that holds checks for 5 days. Im a business customer and when I walk in they know me better than my own bank. Thank you soo much for hiring these type of customer driven individuals.

5 stars. I recommend this place for your cashing needs and such, they were very helpful, and they work with you if you dont have your ID or are waiting on your actual ID. They got me set up with an account there. And the lady was very nice and she was still able to help me cash my check even though I dont have my actual ID yet. The place was clean and a very friendly environment. I would go there again. 👍.

I had an incident with the Franklin Road location after standing in line for 15 minutes I was told with a laugh that our fax machine is not working. I asked why wouldnt they tell anyone and the manager laughed at me as well. FAST FORWARD...… I called the Sherman and Washington location and the assistant manager (I forgot her name) was so sweet and informed me that they would take care of me and she apologized for the way the other location treated me. She told me to come in not to stand in line and go to window 8 and they would assist me. I told her what I was wearing and as soon as I walked thru the door the Manager (cannot remember his name) greeted me as soon as I approached and even knew my name :) I had an awesome experience at this location and they didnt even charge me for my fax A+++++++ this will be my new go to PLS location. Thanks a million for all of your help.

We were there on February 20,2020 to cash our refund tax check. This was the first time I can honestly say that I was very impressed with the service. Pls always had a reputation for rude customer service. But tonight we had the best customer service with Licole. She impressed me with her knowledge. She always had a smile and she was very friendly and very patient while answering our questions about loading money to a pls card versus our own card. Thank you Licole for your exceptional service. I hope your supervisor and corporate leaders read this and praise you for your outstanding service.

Every time I go in here I stand in line with no one else in the store for more than 3-5 minutes because the workers stand around & are lazy. They are rude, they don’t greet you, & when you come in they just look at you & continue doing what they were doing with no enthusiasm to help a customer. This place is ridiculous.

***Deceptive Practices***This place is horrible. I took money in to get a free money order. They took my money, and a few minutes later told me the money order machine was down. I asked for my money back, and they told me no. They said I would have to wait (no time frame), or come back later. Oh and they didnt give me a receipt. I had to argue with the manager to get my money back. Go pay for a money order. Everything free is not good. Lesson well learned.

Fast,quick friendly service.....and pretty ladies working there at every location

PLS is known for their check cashing, but people dont realize with cash they give free money orders, have pre paid visa you can get with 2 different choices of usage types(Ive used the pay as you go because I dont usually have 10 transactions a month but if you were to do at least 10 the unlimited credit swipes for $10 seems deff. worth it if your not able to get a card another way.(free loading money and direct deposit available to. BUT most important imo is their auto and renters insurance. They ran a quote for me over the phone I like the prices for liability and went in and had insurance in less than 45minutes with my insurance card in hand(took proof of ownership and Driver License only). Friendly agent at the store most days and if not he is usually helping close by so I can get answers quick, explained how to go about claims if ever needed and even went out of his way to take pictures of my car (uninsured motorist coverage) so if I ever am hit by someone with no insurance I can still get my car fixed...it isnt full coverage(because I cant afford the extra) but non the less its better than basic liability! Thanks will continue to send my friends in!!
