I had my porcelain tile and a dining room carpet with a stubborn red wine stain cleaned. Both rooms were clean, with great results! I wasn’t home when the service was performed, but received before/after pictures at completion. The technician was personable, knowledgeable, efficient and the responsive. If I own or rent another home they would be my first choice. I have already given their contact information to a friend!!

Max did a fantastic job and was very professional. We were ready to have all the carpet replaced but decided to try cleaning first. The results were so impressive that now we will be able to delay replacement.

My husband and I are selling our home and wanted to give the buyers newly cleaned carpets. Elite Steamer Carpet Cleaner was able to fit us into their schedule quickly and at an affordable price. We specifically had some high trafficked areas in our living room, stairs and main hallway. The technician was even able to get some stains out of the carpet, that we have been trying to get out for years! The carpets looked as good as they did on the day we moved in 8 years ago and they were dry within a few hours.

We had Dwayne out to clean some carpet in our basement and some large areas of tile. He did a great job. Their system was a few stages, chemicals for stains, then a machine to work everything in, then a steam extractor. Ive had terrible cleaners come in with what looked like large rental unit and that was it. That is not these guys. My grout was various shades of black and now looks great.

I have been using Elite since 2015 and as an apartment manager it is sometimes hard to find good and reliable vendors. Elite is always there to save the day with water extractions, move-in cleans etc.Elite has also cleaned my personal home on several occasions as well as my sofa and done a fantastic job.
