The car is badly damage and carried a odor. When I turned my car in I was over charged, waiting for my card to be credited. A nicer car more friendly return person.
Amy is the most professional employee you have! Shes kind, caring and more helpful than anyone in the car rental business. The car was clean. Full tank of gas. I would recommend avis to EVERYONE!
Sub-par service, employee did not seem like he was enjoying work at all, was also annoyed that I was asking specifics on rental terms. Rented me a car that smelled awful and stains and crumbs were all over the seats. I was told I had to change out cars at the airport (1.5hr round trip from this location)Normally I would not mind, but the combo of poor service and a car that wasnt clean and the time it cost me, while Im renting for 2plus months just showed me how much they vaule their corporate renters. 👎🏾 Go somewhere else.Update: I did call back a few days later to let them know I changed out the car and still had questions on the rental terms. The person I spoke with had the answers and was polite.
Edit: Still in the process of contesting this charge. Avis has been quick to respond and has resolved this issue.Rented car from Here and dropped it off in Chicago. I was charged 250 dollars for dust and smoke smell. I do not smoke and had the car for 2 nights. Did not haul anything with it so it was in the same condition when I got it. They sent pictures of dust on the cars console to backup their claims. Do not use this car service, there are plenty others to choose from. I will be calling their corporate as-well because I believe they are legitimately scamming people.

We have rented from this Avis for several years. Amy who most often has helped us is exceptional! Great customer service, pleasant and helpful. Usually all makes and models are available, the cars clean and in great shape.
By far the best price and we had a super nice Durango. Staff were friendly and helpful and quick to get us in and out. We will definitely be using Avis again!!
Everything was great for the most part! The gentleman at the counter was very nice and helpful - I accidentally made the reservation at a different address but was able to transfer it over. The only issue I encountered was Avis put an additional $100 hold on my Credit Card, which theyve never done in the past, but was back on my card the next business day after returning the car.
The Avis car rental office is a little hard to get to when youre going for the very first time. If youre coming down the E82nd toward Avis then drive past it and then turn around instead of taking the light before the entrance and driving around through the Arbys driveway. At least Google Maps took me in circles the first time I followed it blindly.Amy has been really good with me each time I have been there. This has just bettered my experience with Avis. Youre always welcomed with the warmest smile and some of the nicest people in Castleton!
Avis on a very consistent basis confirms a reservation,only for the guest to arrive and there are zero vehicles available. This has happened at several locations, including airports. At times, customers arrive at an Avis center via Uber or Lyft, only to discover, after a receiving a confirmation, that no vehicles are available. If flawed and inaccurate technology is part of your business model, then you should remove that function. Telling a lie via technology is no better than one of your agents telling a lie in person. This is an inexcusable yet consistent practice that consistently tarnishes your brand, especially in social media.
The guy that I dropped the car off to had no urgency and was not friendly and was very short about things. I would not want to deal with him again.
Customer service is much more professional, attentive, and caring here than the North Keystone Ave location for Avis/Budget services. Ended up at this somewhat out-of-the-way location due to terrible experience at the Keystone Ave location. Will be back for future rental needs.
I will never use avis again, I rented a car prepay for everything call the 800 number made sure everything was ok and ask them about the debit card policy they told me that the location does not do a credit check. They just make you put a deposit down, but wrong after I paid 38 dollars for a ride there they denied me the car because my credit was not strong enough.. I will use enterprise from this point on and make sure everyone I can talk to about this will know and see how many customers i can talk into not using AVIS...I travel around the country and talk to many many different people. If I know I can cost them at least one or fifty customer I will be happy........ALSO AFTER I PAID FOR THE CAR TOOK ABOUT 2 MINUTES TO TAKE OUT OF MY ACCT AND ITS GOING TO TAKE 7 TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS TO PUT BACK IN............Just notice on my account they deposit 25.00 out of the 177.00 on my refund and it will still take 3 to 5 business days now for them to put the rest back on

They were great. Staff is helpful and friendly. A little hard to locate as they sit far back from a very busy road and the parking lot is difficult to reach.

Transaction was fairly quick when my turn came up, but it was the wait for my turn that led to 3 stars. Sunday morning is when a lot of business travelers are picking up their car for the week. It seemed like more than one agent is necessary during that busy time. My company now requires us to use Avis, so Ill get more chances to experience this location and I will adjust my rating if it was a fluke.
This is my favorite rental location. Rented for almost two months from here. Rayman and Amy are super helpful and friendly. They deserve five stars!

Exterior of car was filthy. Was impossible to see through any window, outside covered in greasy black material, inside with what looked like nicotine. Interior was well vacuumed as the last driver and passenger(s) had apparently been eating powdered donuts.
This locations personnel are friendly and handle the transactions efficiently, I will only call THIS location - even if I have to try and try to reach them because they are busy with other callers. I will not use the general call center personnel.
