I got my car 2 months ago it’s a good ride.I did have a few minor issues but the service center got me together both times.The second time “I didn’t even have an appointment but Thanks to Kathy who works the front in “squeezed me in .I had made previous plans to go out of town and was able to drop it off on a Monday and got it back Wednesday took my trip Thursday .When I arrived my car was ready to hit the road “got me all the way to Minneapolis and back 18hrs 9 there and 9 back .I will definitely recommend them if you need a new reliable car they take care of their people.Thank you guys:)

Lets see when i first got my car last April 2020 it had to go in shop then not 2 months later transmission went out within my 30 days I asked for another vehicle and they refused me. One now once again without a vehicle cause its not running and they refuse to even help me

The people are good but their car are not good and I haven’t had my truck a year. My engine blew now it’s my alternator, timing cover gasket, serpentine belt, & my air conditioner doesn’t work. The y want me to pay 900+ my car note which is 426.00. I wouldn’t send a blind man to Byrider. I wouldn’t refer Byrider to anyone.

I don’t care for this car lot been having lots of problems with my truck I have had 2 transmission put in this truck with numbers of other things this truck goes into service two times a week and I am over it cause on top of that they still won’t you to pay your car payment and they don’t care or help with a rental for the month of October car in the shop and rental cost me 1789 totally lost about all of this

Here we are a month later and still never received.After posting a negative review I finally got the link sent to me and it was fixed. Worst experience with a dealership! My son’s girlfriend got a car from them but the salesman didn’t pay attention and put wrong information in system causing her car to be repo’d within one month. They never reached out. Then after making SEVERAL calls they kept transferring in circles because nobody knows how to do their job!!! Then personal belongings got taken from the car and they try to say nothing was in car! Never ever use this company. They will screw you over!!!

My husband and I went in and explained everything we had with our credit and that our car was wrecked and couldn’t even drive it. We asked what they generally want down and they told us they offered $0 down for this month but of worse comes to worse they have a $199 down at worst. We had some issues and they needed more papers which was fine and when we got them they would say they would call back and call back and we finally got to talk to someone and they said yeah we got the info but we need a trade in or a good bit more down than what we said. We explained we didn’t have a trade in or we wouldn’t be looking and we weren’t putting more down when they told us worse case it was $199 and they said we would be fine with everything once we got the new info in to them and she just said oh yeah I’m sorry then. I get our credit ain’t the best but with mine and my husband incomes and giving them everything and being told get this one paper in and we for sure can get you in with the $199 down then getting it in and being told no we need more than we said? If I put more down I can go elsewhere.

They Fixed my Car right the first time. Didnt over charge me. The Car I got runs Great. Miss Rena McClinton the Customer Service Manager was a joy to see. Great Attitude and very knowledgeable about my Car. Thanks to them, my Car is Wonderful.

The lady I spoke with at the service department, Renee, went well above and beyond my expectations. First off, she chased down the technicians to ask about an estimated part price, then took it upon herself to call the Chrysler dealership to find the specific part in question. On top of that, she was able to give me a quote on the part that was less than anywhere else Ive checked.

I am grateful for the help when I need it.

Dont buy a vehicle here. I have 2 they are both garbage. New service department guy is just rude, and completely unhelpful. Real shame i have to deal with them for 3-4 more years. Dont make the same mistake i did.

Took my car in June 16th. They said I needed a Water Pump, Alternator, and Upper heating hose! Pick it Up July 2nd. Paid 297.20 for service. 10 minutes later I’m back at the Service Center. They said the Hose wasn’t functioning. Sat there for 4 hrs. Had to leave car again. Get a call Monday. I need a engine. They are Trash. And the Customer Service is Awful. I’m still waiting on my car

I would not recommend at all!! I did not have my vehicle 90days and it had been serviced twice. The timing went out. My car was gone for 2 weeks. Today I’m here once again because my vehicle just died while I was driving on the highway with my kids in the car. It was horrible and very dangerous!! It took them almost a month to get me in but when this happened they said ok give us a week!! Now Cadillac converter and camshaft positioning system. You advertise you look at all your vehicles right??? How is this possible when I have had 3 major issues dangerous issues and while I sit in the waiting area there are 3 women who had there cars 1-2 weeks already being serviced! At this point I’m done but have no choice but to continue payment. I would be happy with a different vehicle but they also can not do that!!!!! There have been other issues and at this point I do not have it in me to go into detail.

Dont get a car here I have had nothing but trouble with my since I got it and I cant get it looked at until Aug and its a transmission problem and I can reverse my car so really i can drive it dont waste your money if I could get out this loan i would yall pray for me.

I came in here short notice with bad credit. Ive been many other places and had my credit ran, placed deposits on vehicles to only find out that I needed co signers and more. I walked in and received quality service from the jump. I was actually in doubt the whole time from past experience, but they put me in multiple vehicles with no problem at all. Before I knew it I was driving away in the vehicle I wanted . Staff was great all around. Makes me wonder what other dealers were actually doing the whole time. To make a long story short.
