This review is for“QL TITLING TRUST LTD/ QUALITY LEASING CO., INC”I really wish I had read the reviews on this company. I used a “finance company” that broker my purchase loan to this company. I asked numerous times if there’s a prepayment penalty because I wanted to pay loan off in 3-6months. Only did loan because I was advised I needed to build business credit. Called in to get payoff and told its monthly payment by remaining months. So although they claim no prepayment penalty there is one… (the balance of months) 20% down payment on 70k loan paying $1719 month for 48 month. This type loan may be beneficial to some out here who are trying to build their personal credit but for me with a 800 minimum score and the savings to purchase wasn’t informed on the loan. When I’m doubt stay away, people not honest out here and will cut your throat with a smile…..be careful with this company when doing business with them.

Well I spoke CJ Zaruba, Chief Operating Officer, for a professional meeting during which he lacked interpersonal skills. The interview was him demanding info from me about my past work experience which is clearly on my resume then when I returned the question asking more in-depth about the job he replies with “it was posted online” and ignores my question. To be honest pretty sure he didn’t know exactly what the company offers or was too rude to look it up. Overall the tone of his voice was cutting and rushed. In short, I couldn’t inform him how my experience in Microsoft word could benefit the company or how my interpersonal skills can be applied to clients. Steer clear guys.

Guaranteed they will rob you for every months total interest even if you sale your equipment at any point while under contract.They are worse than a traditional financing with the payoff clauses.Do not deal with this company or you will regret it!

This company is fantastic. Very easy and pleasant to do business with. Please do not get it confused with Quality Companies (they have the blue Q). Quality Leasing Co (red Q) does not provide trucks, they just supply the financing. These two companies are completely different and are in no way related to each other. Do your research before posting reviews.

The process was fast to get a truck, i was in and out with a 2016 KW T680 with 84,000miles on it. Had no problems out of the truck buy when you sit down and crunch the numbers the truck is overpriced so i gave it back. By the way, for anyone who wants to go and get a truck from them, DO NOT, I repeat do not let them sign you up for there BS tax accounting service. Its about 6grand depending the term of your lease. ATBS can do it much cheaper. So when you get your contract and they signed you up for it tell them to remove it before you sign the contract because you will throw away 18 to 20$ a week.

The worst company ever! They will rip you off money ! Our trailer was total damage and after paying for 2 years payments they charged still another 30000$!!!so trailer which you can buy brand new for 30000 at quality leasing they charged 47000$!!!

Stay away of this scam company . Because agent did a mistake with the writing wrong address on the check I end up doing one more payment raven that the trailer was total lossShame on companies like this.

I have been working with Quality leasing since 2014. They were always helpful and worked with me even through the hard times. Maria was a very helpful and a real pleasure to work with.

They are rude and wont do what they say they would do. They gave me a written statement saying they would return a truck title that I used as a collateral after one year if I keep my accounting in good standing. I never was late but they wouldnt return my title. I had to sue them, then they send me the title overnight

Mae and Ashanta were amazing help. Their customer service was beyond great, they were very knowledgable about the business. I would absolutely work with them in the future.

Only giving it 1 star because 0 isnt an option. Most useless company on the market. Dont know what they have in inventory, IE options on trucks like engine size and transmission, if you call to ask them they tell you just to drive down and look for yourself. Thats great if you live 5 minutes from them. I live 5 hours away. But wait theres more. They also wont hold a truck. So unless Im willing to pack up a rental car and drive down blindly and hope they have the truck I want they just want you to take whatever they have on the lot. Everyone on the phone is rude and act like they are being put out if you ask them any questions.

You sit outside in a parking lot in the heat all day. Trucks are first come first serve. There is no building to go inside for air-conditioning or heat in the winter. Portal potties with no hand sanitizer. Trucks are cheap trash that big companies didnt want to purchase so they lease them to drivers and make money off of us. Even the trucks that they claim are new from the dealership has something wrong with it and you dont get to see those trucks before you sign your lease. It feels like a yard sale that you cant leave out of unless you take some of their trash with you.

Ive dealt with the wonderful folks from Charlotte N.C. The coustomer service was a great experience especially dealing with the rigors that come with Auto purchasing. One Person in particular Ashanta Perrin took the time to walk me through some of the more difficult parts of financing which allowed me not to feel so stressed out. I will recommend this company on all of my social media platforms. Thank you for a wonderful buying experience.

Its a hurry up and wait situation out there. Make sure your patience level is high. Dont make any plans until you have you truck key

Quality Leasing is a great partner. They are fast, efficient and very easy to work with.

They deserve NO stars! Raggedy trucks. They make promises that they wont keep. Warranty is garbage. Dont bother unless you want a truck that barely runs and a bunch of excuses as to why the repair is not covered under the warranty. Dont say that you were not WARNED.

Dont get the business account service. You dont het anything from them. Not even a phone call. Save your 18 to 20 a week. They have not called or did anything for me 2 mo. In my service. Glad i did not get a truck from them. Highly NOT recommend!

I tried to contact them and got a wall of answering machines that make it impossible to get to them.White glovesThat means ask no questions and they will tell you no liesIf I drove my truck into there building they would talk to me.You have to click on a star or it wont post
