We just purchased a beautiful new Honda Pilot from Pamu at Indy Honda. Pamu was very informative, upfront and truthful. The sales manager gave us a fair amount on our trade-in and got us into a brand new Honda Pilot for a fair price. The finance person, Chase (might have been Chance... cant remember) was quick and helpful. This was our first experience purchasing a brand new car and we couldnt be happier. We highly recommend the sales team at Indy Honda, especially Pamu. We will definitely be back for our next car purchase!
Do NOT take your vehicle here if you are female.Kevin in service tried to kill me. I had my Honda towed to this location from 50 miles away and Kevin loosened the cap on my radiator to try to create a secondary problem. Kevin tried to kill me because he didnt like my bumper sticker. Kevin didnt answer phone calls. Kevin forced me to pay for two nights at scabby hotel and did not solve any of my car issues.Kevin waited three days to tell me nothing was wrong with my truck. He was wrong. I had the car fixed in Pittsburgh when I was safely away from Kevin. it was 102 degrees outside and I fixed my car on the side of the road. Kevin intended for my car to overheat to screw me over. Im lucky Im smart. Kevin assumed I was dumb.Who loosens the cap of a radiator to try to kill someone with a battery issue? Kevin.I am female and luckily a mechanic so when Kevin set a trap, I was prepared. Fire Kevin.

Although I wasn’t thrilled about buying a new vehicle, I was very happy with the folks at Indy Honda. We received a fair offer for our trade and a good deal on a new Accord. The process was quick and easy and our salesman Scott and finance guy, Brandon both did a great job. We will definitely be back when time for another Honda.
I purchased my Honda CRV(used) from Honda Indy. I live in another state. I was told because I purchased a car from them, I would receive 2 free oil changes from any Honda dealership in the USA. I even called my sales person a few days after the sale to ask where the paperwork was for the oil change? Oh it’s in the system. So here I am sitting in my local dealership awaiting my oil change. Guess what? No free oil change listed in any Honda system. I called and spoke with the finance person. He said there is no such program. Um, wait, I was told by Seth several times there is. There was an offer to have the sales person call and explain. What? No need to explain what you told me. I was lied to several times. Not a pleasant experience with this dealership. Quick for the sale, slow on customer service. Shame on Indy Honda.
By far the worst customer service I think I have ever experienced. I’ve been leaving messages with the sales manager and the service manager and have yet to get a phone call back. They dropped the ball several times. Ive called and left messages with several of the employees and they said that they would hand deliver my messages and still no phone call. I hope the right person who values their customers see this review and something positive comes from this. I also heard the GM is on vacation. This all started when I called to make an appointment for my brand new Honda Insight. A third party does their appointments and unfortunately made a mistake and had to push out the scheduling a week. Unfortunately I needed to get it in there before I went on vacation and called Honda west to see if they could fit me in. They agreed and said Indy Honda would be able to send them a coupon to get my free service. I called Indy Honda and was told that wouldn’t be a problem and my coupon would be there. I was also told they would call me once it was complete. That was on Thursday 7/29/21. My appointment was for 8/2/21. They had plenty of time to set that up and call me back . I called Friday, Sat, Mon, Tues, Wed, and today to find out why I never received a phone call back but nothing. When I called today some joker was laughing about the situation and told me all he can do his give his manager Bill the message and hopes he calls me back. Ive been friendly and patient but that is running thin!Edit: Just received a phone call from Bill the service manager and he was the light at the end of the tunnel. He was fair and got me taken care of.

It took longer than I expected. Also, they were not able to put my sunroof down and said it would cost $430.00 just to take down the headliner. Interesting enough, a friend went on U-Tube and found out how to reset it and was able to put the sunroof down.

Casey (sales guy) was excellent. Very friendly and easy to work with. We did receive a fair offer on our trade and paid a fair price for a used Honda Van.I would watch the finance guys. During our buying process they lost the down payment, asked three times about the address of payoff, and ended up having to have another power of attorney signed and sent back (after we left with the vehicle). Not real sure we got the best rate with their finance guys at the helm. Also, make sure to ask about the hidden fees - they do have a $250 (or $350) fee that nobody mentioned through the buying or financing process. In fact, now that I think about it, nobody ever sat us down and went through the contract - I had to ask for clarification after the fact.

We bought a brand new Honda Pilot a year ago. Since the date of purchase, it has been in and out of the service department several times with the same issue. There is only one field guy who can “fix” this issue and he seems to be spread thin. All Indy Honda will offer is a shuttle, which was acceptable the first few visits, but I no longer have the patience to log hours waiting on Indy Honda to get their operation figured out.
I bought a truck today from Indy Honda and am very happy for going there. They gave me a great deal on a used vehicle and gave me more for my trade than I expected. Lamont was my sales guy and he did a great job. Ryan Piercy, the sales manager was easy to work with too. I highly recommend these people for new and used car sales.Thanks 👍

My husband and I have two girls, a 5 year old and an 8 month old. We had decided on the Honda Odyssey for the safety ratings and adjustable seats a while back, when we finally decided it was time to purchase we shopped around. We didnt experience any negative dealerships, but definitely some high pressure sales types. Then we made our way back to Indy Honda where we had originally started looking and had met Pasqual. We had an awesome experience the first time we came in, where we had just been getting information on the different types of Odysseus and years. No pressure and very informative. A month later we returned and purchased our Odyssey from Pasqual. Highly recommend Indy Honda with Pasqual as your car sales associate.
I brought my 2005 Honda Pilot in because there was a whining noise while the engine was running. Nick diagnosed that the issue was probably related to the alternator. This in fact was the problem. Indy Honda replaced the alternator and completed the work as scheduled. Great service!

Drop my car off on Wednesday, June 16/2021at 9:45 for a 1045 appointment they took all day to look at it until 445 -5 o’clock ! I had to call them to find out what’s going on there was no communication from the advisor at all! I never got my car back until 3 o’clock the next day June 17/2021 !The only good thing was bus the shuttle bus drivers were amazing of course when they were told that people need a ride home and/or picked up! I was lied to by so many people at Indy Honda in Greenwood about oh I was about to call you or they’ll call you back in 30 minutes to an hour to tell you something never one time did anybody call me until the next day to get my car! I had to find a way to my lung doctor a very critical a very critical appointment that I cannot miss ever!!!! Very disappointed in the time I had to wait for my vehicle all over a simple window main control!!!! NEED WAY BETTER COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS PLACE!!!!! ALSO WAY OVER PRICED AS WELL!!!!And to add to it, the problem wasn’t even really explained,just it was the control panel on driver side! !
**Update**So the service Manager replies to this review and says to call to further discuss. I have called 3 times in the last 2 weeks and left 3 voicemails with no return calls. WHAT A JOKE!!**BE SURE TO BUY EXTENDED WARRANTY** Just a fair warning be very careful when purchasing from their used inventory. I bought a 2012 Odyssey from them in Feb 2021, at the time of purchase I was provided a CarFax showing the service history, according to it the van was always dealer serviced and was in great shape. I noticed some front end noise, went to my local dealer 3 of the 4 shocks/struts bad, sway bar links need replaced, timing belt tensioner leaking and needed over $4,000 worth of work!! If I had not purchased the extended warranty I would have been out that money!! I called and spoke with the sales agent who stated that there was nothing they could do since I took it to my local dealer. Im very disturbed that there was no disclosure about the issues and how did their mechanics not know all this work was needed??
Sales and finance group great.Our sales person was exceptional.No 5 star, due to the process. Sales people need assistance from your techmical or other appropriate staff to be tasked for gasing cars, switching tags, getting cars for test drives,etc it would go smoother for the guests purchasing cars. Our wait 3.5 hours.

Lamont Carroll was beyond amazing. We walked in right before close and he was more than happy to still great us with enthusiasm! (We didnt know they were closing.) He sat with us and answered all of our questions. He sat an appointment for the next day to come back and test drive. He never seemed annoyed with my questions or anything else. He was never pushy and full of helpful information! It was very refreshing!

There Honda service is worst. They don’t deserve even 1 star. My appointment was 11am and I dropped my car there for oil change service. It suppose to be ready by 1pm. But after waiting almost 3 hrs, I picked up the car and drove home. When I reached home low tire pressure light came on. When I called them they said they forgot to calibrate the tire. Then I have to drive back to Indy Honda to fix them. It took them almost 5hrs to change oil after the appointment.
After a slight mishap at the beginning of my interaction with the dealer via text, the issue was quickly resolved. Having most of the paperwork done by the time I arrived to the dealership was a plus. Didn’t waste a lot of time messing with upgrades or high pressure sales. Devon quickly got me in, paperwork completed, paid for car and went over the features of the car and I was on the road. Answered all my questions I asked.
I bought a Cadillac XT5 2018. The price was fair, the service can be improved. The car was delivered with oil life of 55% and 1/4 of gasoline. The deal was ~27K, therefore saving ~150 for not filling the tank and not changing the oil dont make sense to me. After contacting the manager, he just told me that they forgot to reset the oil information, and used cars are delivered with 1/4 of gas. Barely enough to get to the closest gas station.Most of the dealers are more careful and appreciate more the business with customers.
Very dissatisfied with my experience with Indy Honda today. My Honda was dropped off around 3pm yesterday by a tow truck. I called Indy Honda at 4pm yesterday asking if they were able to look at it but my service advisor was busy and I was told he’d call back in 20 or so minutes. 6pm rolls around and I had STILL not heard from my service advisor. I called and the person on the phone told me they were unable to look at my car so they’d call me when they opened at 7:30am. The phones were down today so I showed up around 10:30am asking if they had a chance to look at my car(gave them 3 hours since they opened) but my car STILL hadn’t been looked at. I left and got a call almost 2 hours later saying my 2009 Honda Accord needed $900+ of work for a STARTER and that it would be 3 hours of labor. My stepdad immediately told me that’s too much. I called a family friend who is a mechanic and he quoted me $400 for part AND labor. I ended up having my car towed to his shop and he did the work in less than 2 hours. I took it to Honda in the first place because I trusted you guys but your services are extremely overpriced. I feel taken advantage of. Also not pleased with the customer service from my advisor. My mom and I have been Honda customers since 2006. I was going to buy my next car at Honda but I will no longer be doing business with you guys.
I called the service department here and was pleasantly surprised when they were very helpful in getting me in for warranty work. An unnamed east side Honda dealership on Shadeland didn’t want to do it because I didn’t buy the car there. Though I’d bought 3 new cars from them in the past. So I am happy to see someone at Indy Honda still wants my business.

We actually visited Connor 2 times before we purchased the van. We visited the first time looking for an Odyssey and then the second time we thought we might downsize to an Accord. After, a week we decided we couldnt live without a van. Connor was very helpful and knowledgeable about the different vehicles we were looking into. Please inspect the car your buying from this dealership very carefully, I bought the this traded in Corolla from IndyHonda they kept pressuring me to buy the car and saying there are many other people interested in buying the car. The price I got was fair but I did notice some issues with car first the they didn’t have a second key, there were paint chips on one side of the car. The bumper was a little loose on one side and a glass chip they didn’t mention when buying the car but then when I called back they said they have repaired it. They said the car went through a multi-point inspection and detailing. But in fact there were various issues so I don’t know how this passed their inspection. I had to pay $280 on repairs, even the stuff they said they fixed and provided me documentation about wasn’t fixed properly.
Went in to consider a trade on our Pilot. Adrian and Frankie worked to get us a deal that was a win-win for us. Easy transaction, personalized service, knowledgeable and customer-driven approach. Great staff and service
Straight-forward. I did my homework, saw they had the lowest price for what I wanted in the area. When I went in, I told Jake what I wanted and how much I was willing to pay. I had an in-good-shape trade-in and they gave me more than I anticipated (it helped that it was paid off). I financed through Honda at 1% less than my banks pre-approval interest rate. I would definitely buy my next car from them, but with the two Hondas I own I probably wont need new cars for a decade.
Purchased a used Honda van and dealt with Ryan. Sales process was a bit shaky at first, but Ill give them the benefit of the doubt given the current pandemic situation.After about a week of communicating with another associate at the dealership, Ryan took over our sale. Once that happened, we were able to have a clearer understanding of how we might be able to work out a deal that was right for us. And, ultimately we were able to agree to terms we were happy with.All the while, it was a pleasure doing business with them. First time buyer at Indy Honda. They had the car was looking for and was willing to deal. BUT I was told that they would detail the car and have it ready for me the next day. I drove 1 hour to pick the car up and it hadn’t been touched. I feel if you say your going to do something, then do it. I took the car home dirty and paid to have it detailed myself.

First time customer. Went in to get an oil change (said it would be around 1hr. Ended up spending almost 2 1/2 hrs. A concession was made on the bill but my boss was calling me wanted to know why I was not available, because there was a customer wanting his work done.But, the people at Indy honda were nice and apologized for the inconvenience....
I received some of the worst service of my life when I brought my car to Indy Honda to have it serviced. During the course of my experience, Indy Honda:Performed a service on my car that it wasnt brought in forPerformed a service on my car without asking permission or informingof priceRepeatedly did not follow up with information when they had promisedto do so.Made excuses around their mistakes related to that their staff was newand their computer system was poor.Told me that work was complete on my car, resulting in my driving in,and then not having any work being done at all.Refusing to offer up solutions, requiring me to demand a response.Acted like I should be grateful for the unasked service they hadperformed on my car and provision of a loaner car while they completedwork they said had already been done.Provided an insulting discount in making up for their mistakes.Took an inordinate amount of time to respond to a summary of theirmistakes, which culminated in a 5-word response without anysubsequent action.Ive had excellent service at other Honda dealerships in Indianapolis and would highly recommend taking your car to one of these locations.

If you want to spend all day haggling over nickels on a used car you could probably do that here. But if you want a no hassle, fair price from decent human beings on a used car thats been prepared the way a used car should be, then this is your place. We dealt primarily with Pamu and he was a total professional who treated us impeccably. Everyone did, really. If youre within a 2 hour drive like we were, and they have a car thats in your ballpark of interest its worth a trip. I would buy from them again, and especially from Pamu, in a heartbeat,

Kevin treated me so well & made me feel so comfortable. He was the the nicest customer service that I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been in the US for about 8yrs & have found that many working in customer service jobs, should not! Received excellent, speedy service. Ive had my Honda Accord for almost 17 years. I needed the code for my car stereo due to getting a new car battery yesterday. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, and they treated me kindly, considering that I should have that information on hand by now.
I’ve done 4 transactions with Tim C and he’s really great! He recognizes me anytime I’m there-even if it’s for an oil change. They don’t try to just sell you on something and are mindful of finances and ability. I’ve had my vehicle serviced at the dealership all but once and I’ll never take my car anywhere else. They’re easy to work with and genuinely care about me and my car.

I wish for spending the amount I did for the 60,000 mile service that the wheel alignment would have been done for nothing. It would just be nice PR. I bought my new tires from Honda last year. I have been a very loyal customer for almost 20 years. I have never gone anywhere else for service. I was told the cost of theAlignment would be an additional $125 dollars. I said no, because I was told the 60 mile service would be $725. My service advisor was very kind though. I think if tires are bought through Honda, rotation and alignment of tires should always be free. Just a thought, especially for loyal customers like myself. Thank you.Robin Merlo
We bought a new Honda from Indy Honda a few years back and had an absolutely wonderful experience. So when we decided to lease another Honda we went back. Unfortunately, we did not have a great experience this time around. Our sales guy was really nice and patient, so I cant say anything is really wrong on the sales side. When it came time to sign everything though, the paperwork with the original numbers for our trade did not even come close to the final numbers. They ended up having to redo the paperwork at least 3 times because the numbers never matched and we kept finding errors. (Total time was close to 5 hours and that was after we already had our estimate for our trade-in) Thankfully we have leased before, so we knew how it was supposed to look or they wouldve ended up charging us quite a bit more than we were supposed to pay. My advice, if you do buy there, pay VERY close attention BEFORE you sign ANYTHING.
Indy Honda did a recall on my Honda Civic for the air bag ... and they were true to their word that it would take an hour and a half ... it took almost 90 minutes exactly ... the reason that I am giving four stars instead of five is that they ran my car through the car wash and the equipment broke off one of my side mirrors ... they have ordered the replacement mirror, and the other is taped in place for the time being ... but this means taking more time to go back and have it fixed ... I know that this is maybe something they had no control over, but then maybe routine maintenance on their wash equipment might have prevented it. No big deal ... still four stars.
Great store, great personnel, all of the guys were cool even the ones who wasnt helping me personally, but the ones who did, Ryan Adams & Walter Brady are truly special, they went beyond to take care of me & give me the best deal, major shout out to them two!

I have to give them three stars for the fact that the appointment I thought I’d scheduled didn’t show in their system. But they fit me in anyway. That was very kind. And I thank them for it. But..., I really do wish they would’ve checked my brake pad depth. That was one of the key things I was interested in knowing. The car is my teenage daughter’s Civic, and I don’t alway drive it. I was hoping they would check everything so I would have a detailed report to know when I need to have the brakes changed. They may have been able to sell me a brake job too. I know I know... they’re always “2 weeks out” on everything. So I’ll take it somewhere else to have the brakes checked. But what they don’t know is I’m in the market for a car for myself. And I won’t be buying it from Indy Honda. I don’t like the “we have more business than we can handle” attitude of the staff. Really? Well I’ll go some place where I’m not a bother.
Indy Honda is & has been one of the best dealers on the south side of Indy & I’ve never had a single bad experience with them and I have purchased from them 3x, and use their service department for regular scheduled maintenance on average about 2-3x a year. They are exceptional at what they do, always professional, cost effective, and you’re in and out with no issues. By far my favorite dealership. Two Thumbs Up!
Really nice people until you have a problem. Bought a new car in 95 and in 09. Service dept took care of the 95 great back in the day. But my 09, our trust of service dept is NOT good. Trusted that they checked out all the things they were supposed to with maintenance. But recently showed me filters which hadn’t been changed in years and 75,000 miles. Brakes squeaked for the last 8 years...they always say that they found nothing and brakes just squeak sometimes. Last time they changed oil, they again said...brakes just squeak sometimes. Two weeks later, metal on metal sound. Had to have the brakes redone including rotors. Tried to get a response from the manager, and after weeks of calling and no return calls, we decided we were NEVER going to go back there. I want to buy another new Honda, but I will NOT be getting it from them. So sad that service dept has gone so far downhill.
This place took really great care of my son buying his first car. I was very impressed no BS selling straight forward! I will get the salesman name to post. He was the best!
We’ve always had wonderful experiences when having our car serviced at Indy Honda. Everyone is so helpful & knowledgeable. We only stick with Honda’s because of this. Good customer service is extremely hard to come by these days, and it goes a long way with me! During my last visit I was greeted by a gentleman right after pulling my car in, and was guided inside to check in. The service guy immediately took down my cars info & pulled it into the garage. Honda offers a wonderful service that shuttles me back to work, and they even picked me up when my shift was over. As we pulled up to Indy Honda I noticed my car sitting there ready to go. Again, I was greeted by the service guy upon my arrival, and he provided all the info I needed for my departure. The entire experience included over the top treatment towards their customers & I was so thankful for that! It’s those wonderful experiences that continuously remind me why we choose Honda! I will never go anywhere else! Thank you Indy Honda!!
Fast and courteous service from Brian and Chris. We turned in a lease and drove off in new vehicle while spending less than an hour in the showroom from start to finish. In this busy season the efficiency was greatly appreciated.
