I experienced the most disappointing attempt at purchasing a vehicle with Blossom. I placed a deposit on a vehicle only to have the price drastically change when the vehicle arrived 4 weeks later. Finance manager was extremely disrespectful about the situation and the dealership manager offered no assistance to make the situation right. I would encourage you to shop elsewhere for your next vehicle as I will be doing the same.

Not a good place to shop. We went in today with money to put down on a vehicle and the guy was not very friendly. Did not want to help us. Told us he had 1 car we could drive off the lot, a 4 year old car with 92,000 miles!! We walked. Went down the street to ray skillman and got a nice 2019 Dodge Charger with only 32,000 miles… lol your loss and their gain. Will never come here again!!

I have attempted to use this dealership twice now, once for general service, and once for the body shop and have had awful customer service in both instances. The first time I called 5 different times into service and was only able to reach an advisor once. Had some questions and that he was going to get back to me on, and then never returned my call. I attempted to follow up with him 3 more times but could never reach him. I decided to give this dealership another shot with a small body shop repair. Got put on hold for 15 minutes and finally had to go. Attempted to call back later and the was about to be put back on hold, I asked for an estimated amount of time that this hold would be and she said it would be a long time. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I think Blossom did a good job of repairing my vehicle but I do not like your appointment system. If I have to make an appointment to have the car looked out why did it take until the next day for my car to even be looked at. It was fixed the same day they looked at it but I was without my car all day Monday and all day Tuesday. If scheduling from appointments why are the cars not looked at, at the appointment times?

We took the car to Blossom to fix a problem with coils and battery.I was charged $1300 just to replace a coil and a battery, thats fine, the technicians gotta make a living, only too find out a few miles after we left the shop, the car started overheating, we pulled over to check under the hood and noticed the coolant spread all over the engine block, the coolant container empty with its cap half way in position, *the technician mustve seen the problem, but decided not to deal with it), and a leakage from a hose that goes from radiator to engine.Now Blosson always claim to do checks around car but evidently the technician missed a faulty hose and now we have a car we cant use and we really need it.Now, its really difficult to get ahold to someone on the phone since the call is always forwarded to leave a message.Suffice to say, Blossom Chevrolet will never be considered for future business ever again.

Buyer beware!!! Chevy doesnt stand behind their products. Even with an extended warranty they will not fix a known problem with my Colorado that was bought new at Blossom. Its jacked up but Chevy says its not jacked bad enough to fix!! So now I drive a Chevy that is much lower on the drivers side rear than the other... Will be trading this as soon as I can for anything but a Chevy!!!

Mr. BB did great as a sales man and Miss Miranda by helping us get the car that we wanted. The finance manager in the other hand was very rude and disrespectful! When it came to signing the paperwork Mr. Trinidad threw the papers on the paper to my wife al she could sign and walked away! Mr. Trinidad missed that we didn’t pay the the down payment after singing everything. So he called me 3-4 days later asking about the down payment I told him I would get back with him since I was still at work. The next day Mr. Trinidad started to blow up my phone while I was at work. I was unable to answer at the moment when he proceeded to send me a text stating that he was going to report the truck missing due to no “proof shown that we “paid the down payment ” . It was very very unprofessional from his part texting me taking in consideration it was his mistake by not checking all his paperwork before we left the dealership. We drove more than an hour away just to buy this vehicle. Again Mr. BB did an amazing job at selling us the car and even called me after I had upsetting call from Mr. Trinidad to work with my wife and I regarding the down payment issue. He was able to change my mind about returning the truck and even apologize on the behalf of Mr. Trinidad .

I was in an accident at a local car wash and they agreed to fix my car because of it being no fault of my own. The collision center made an appointment with me and then called me the day before to cancel it said they were too busy. Very unprofessional after I had been on the books for weeks. Finally they rescheduled my appointment for 2 weeks later. I dropped my car off to pick it up with several hail damage dents in my hood and trunk of my vehicle. I asked for a manager all for her to tell me that its not their fault that it hailed and for me to file a insurance claim. Why do I have to pay for damage that was done while in the care of your company. I would like someone higher up to explain this or better take responsibility for it and fix my now even more damaged vehicle then when I brought it. You have insurance just like I do. Everyone got alerts that a bad storm was coming so why wasnt there steps taken to protect cars that belonged to your customers.

Worst experience Ive had at a service center at any dealership spanning 4 different states. The service writer, Ray Shoemake, barely explained anything to me while my car was there for 3 days. He called me the first day, recommended services I did not inquire about, and did not explain to me what the actual issues were with my car. The next two days, he did not bother to reach out to me at all, while my car was not being serviced. I reached out to him the second day, he said he would give me an update by the end of the day and unsurprisingly, he did not and I had to call the next morning. Eventually got my car back the following day, having only brakes being done. As well as a $134.08 charge on my invoice that was never explained, aside from a 5 dollar gasket and $129 worth of labor.Upon returning to my home in Massachusetts, Ive been to a different dealer whose customer service and attention to detail has highlighted just how bad my experience at Blossom Chevrolet was. I will not be going there for service when Im in that area, thats for sure.

If I could give this place no stars I would!My mother and I went over to Blossom Chevrolet on 1850 Shadeland Ave. Indianapolis IN. 46219. We were hoping to purchase an SUV. My mother and my step dad had visit that location last Friday and saw a couple SUV’s they liked so a sales agent by the name of Victor kind of helped them out. Victor requested a couple documents that my parents didn’t have at the time of the visit therefore they told Victor they would come back today “Wednesday “ at 11am with the documents. When we arrived at 11Am Victor wasn’t there, so a really nice young lady by the name of Jennifer was extremely helpful with us. She offer to assist us since Victor wasn’t there. My mother felt really comfortable with Jennifer assisting us. Jennifer filed out all the paper work and was extremely helpful honestly she went above and beyond so my mom could understand the process of purchasing a car there. At around 12:30 Victor arrived and I want to point out that it’s super unprofessional that he arrived way later then the time he told us to be at. Once he arrived he greeted us and Jennifer was completing some paper work. Jennifer then came back and told us she couldn’t continue helping us because Victor had arrived. Victor started assisting us but then left the office to look into other cars for my mom. Jennifer was terminated from her job because she was helping us. Victor never came back into the office to continue assisting us so we had no other choice but to leave. When I tried to tell the supervisor “Trinidad” that I thought it was unfair what was done he didn’t even look at me in the face and kept looking at his computer and after I told him that we were never going to buy anything from that location he just responded with an “okay”. It was completely rude and awkward for us as clients to have to deal with such unprofessional manager. We obviously felt horrible for that young lady that was just trying to help us and got fired. We’re extremely disappointed with the service we were provided today. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

I am still not completely sold that my new vehicle is indeed fixed, but I can tell you that Kevin, Steve and Spencer have really made the bad experience with the vehicle much more tolerable. The service department has done everything that they can to permanently make sure my vehicle is fixed...Steve was so patient with me yesterday upon pick up and the ride along to address concerns was appreciated! BUYERS BE-WARE - Our experience was very poor. On the outside, if youre visiting, things look normal. Pleasant staff etc. BUTTTTT at the core the staff are in a culture where everyone has learned to leverage the customers lack of auto knowledge against them and pressure them into things they dont need.We went in for a simple transmission leak and they wanted us to spend $5000+++ to replace the transmission. REALLY???They wouldnt even entertain simply giving me a cost to replace the pump seal, which is what they said was leaking. However when I called to set an appointment, they told me for that for $129 we could get an estimate for the cost to fix the leak. When they called me back they just continued to talk in circles to convince me to spend $5k to replace my transmission (on a $10k work truck LOL)Well we will have to pull everything so you may as well just replace the whole transmission. The service writer told me this.I dont think this is an issue with the service writer specifically. Im convinced it scales across the culture and leadership which works its way through to front line customer facing staff. In these heavily incentivized environments the staff loose site of creating value for customers because they have learned to seek out high margin work instead.I get that high demand creates a market where you can drive up your cost. Its the beauty of our amazing free market and country. DONT try to get me to fix something on my vehicle that I dont want fixed and then be rude to me because I dont want you to.I was frustrated by the end of the call because I couldnt get a straight answer. I continued to ask for a cost to replace the seal and he continued to dismiss me trying to convince me that my expectations for the $129 was off. The service writer continued to talk over me and at the end hung up on me as I said If you cant give me a cost to repair the seal then ill come to pick it up. OK we will have it ready. CLICKI know good dealers who run profitable dealerships using a model where they prioritize adding value to customers first. As rare as it is they are our there.Blossom Chevrolet is NOT one of them. Dont give them your business.

The shortest amount of time I’ve ever spent at a dealership— about 2 hrs. I went in with some vehicles i was interested in and i came out with what i was interested in. I Took my Car here to get fixed and after waiting 6 days for a call to tell me the issues that was diagnosed. And not Offering me a rental Car because of some unknown reason. I told him to Fix the issues and get my car back to me..I pick it up 3 days later only to find out within the first day that My car was driving worst now than when I first dropped it off and paid $998 to fix. So the manager told me to Bring it back because he agreed that it shouldnt sound like that.So I bring it back for another 5 days with No other Vehicles to drive until I called and just had enough. I Feel robbed and that they Just marked the things as done just to get home early or something. Their work isnt good and you will still need work to be done again and again. I should have went to a local mechanic for half the price and better quality. Chevy on Shadeland is a Joke. Will not use again.

I got mislead I wanted a Kia turbo used...They said they had one I paid the appropriate price on this Kia but I found out when I got it home no turbo....So I took it back and purchased a Chevy Cruze we were in a time consuming crunch to hurry....I payed 22000 plus had to give them a 1400 cash at the end of the day I could not find anything written down about the 1400 dollars....I also noticed the car hadflood damage....I interior was dirty with rust on the rails.I have a credit score of 740.

Poor service and the job on my exhaust was never actually finished plus they treated me like I didnt know anything that I was talking about after I even did prep work to make it easier for them and they burned up my starter solenoid I ended up taking my truck somewhere else to have it finished and they charged me a hefty price for what I did let them do I will never bring any of my vehicles there ever again.
