We recently worked with Indy Home Service on a large and complicated project - which involved a head to toe renovation of three separate apartment units. Dan and Jamie differentiated themselves from the start - they provided us with a detailed and thoughtful financial estimate which was not the case w/ others we spoke with. More importantly, they stuck to their numbers and hit the timeline laid out. Throughout the project, Indy Home Service was professional, responsive, and communicative. The units turned out great and we would welcome the opportunity to work w/ them again - recommended.

I cant say enough about working with these guys! Jamie responded to my initial email very quickly and was out the same week to go through what I wanted to have done. I had both internal and external work including some smaller and bigger projects (total bathroom remodel). Jamie walked through everything with me and was so easy to talk to and kick ideas around with...felt comfortable with him and his expertise right from the get go. He quickly pointed out how some of my ideas in the bathroom might not be feasible given the small space and quickly came up with other solutions to keep the aesthetic I wanted, which I appreciated since Ive never done a complete bathroom remodel. The quote was very comparable in price to others, but had a LOT more detail regarding how they got to the price which was comforting. It took a little longer to get their quote (which Jamie kept me updated on), but in the end it was worth the wait, because I could tell they put thought into it and I could see clearly what everything would cost (and there were NO surprises at the end of the day:)). Once the work started, working with Dan was just as seamless. His project management skills and proactive communication cannot be understated! I always knew what the status of the projects was, when the guys/gals were coming out to do the work and if there were any issues he needed to discuss with me. I have never had a contractor with this type of communication and project management and it was beyond comforting. Raul and Gabbys work in the bathroom was amazing and they were SO great to work with. They worked weekends (after making sure it was ok with me:) and later into evenings to get the work done for me given the looming holidays. After they were done, I (and my dog) was sad to see them go! I felt very comfortable leaving them in my house to do their work while I was away from the house. They were incredibly respectful of my house and cleaned up when they were done. Just a great experience overall and LOVE how everything turned out! Id hire them again in a heartbeat!!

Great quality and great value! Jamie kept me up to date all through the process and was quick to respond anytime I had questions! He made it an easy process on a project i’d been delaying. The tile work looks amazing. I’m in love with my new bathroom! Would definitely recommend!

We had a great experience working with Dan, TJ and their crew. The workers were hard working, professional, and thorough in their work. Since were looking to move in the next few years, we wanted to take a practical approach to the repairs. They had some great suggestions to improve our home, make it safe for our kids, as well as to save money for future projects. The price they charged was fair and worth the quality. They updated our deck, installed a new kitchen faucet, and a new exterior front door. Great job, Indy Home Service! We would highly recommend them.

The Indy Home Service did a top notch job replacing all the carpet on the first floor of our home with a hardwood veneer. From estimating through execution, they were helpful, prompt, and courteous.
