Rude and in the phone the holi didnt even get a good hair cue time

I took my son in to get a haircut. we arrived right when they opened. we waited 25 minutes and were ignored as the only customers there while the stylist who said she couldnt even give my son the haircut he wanted talked on her cell phone and texted with other people I would recommend staying far away from this place.

Was there first five hrs was to get highline turned hole hair color was on phone the hole time said I could come back ne t day noway

Didn’t put me in the system even though I called days ahead to schedule an appointment. “Cut” my hair. All she had to do was cut a straight line on the bottom of my hair and it still isn’t straight. She rushed through my haircut because another client was waiting and I was a “surprise”. I have chunk of long hair still that I had to go home and fix. Bangs? Choppy. I felt rushed out. Bad service and a waste of a good tip and empathy for a bad “computer system”. Thanks Carla. So glad I didn’t choose to lighten my hair as per the original plan.

Long wait, inexperienced stylists, stylist distracted trying to style and watch her 2 y.o. Not the place to come on a whim for a quick visit.

Is there is zero rating ?worst hair cut I had ever got in my life. Hair stylists at that location did not go to school nor knew how to do a hair cut. They just learn how to cut hair on you for just $13. Worst place to go !!!

I get my hair cut at Rose-Dore. Its a little inconvenient getting back out on 86th, but its close and the cuts are top notch.

Terrible place there is couple lady still student and dont know anything about hair cut. It was really bad dont go there if you like your hair!!
