They did an outstanding job. They could use a receptionist to greet people and let them know wait times. The barber Denis was awesome and I will be going to him from now on.

Great price, actually know what they are doing unlike other cheap barbers.Better than most of the more expensive barbers in town.Haircuts are just 15 - 20 dollars.

I would give this Barbershop a 0 if I could I walk in 20 minutes before 7 oclock p.m. which is the time that they close on Saturday night and they turned me away saying that they were closed thats not right thats horrible, horrible customer service! It was my 1st time there and that will be my last time there, I would never go there!

They do great work but an appointment means nothing. As a busy professional I cannot afford to sit in the waiting room for 45 minutes PAST my appointment time.

Actually garbage place yes they cut good but they dont clean there equipment dont keep there appointments and and have lied on multiple locations cause they dont care for the everyday walk in unless you know them personally you are not going to get taken care of the last time i came i was there not even 30 minutes after opening and only had two people in front of me but while i was waiting they took many people that wasnt on the schedule infront of me and crossed my name off there list twice with out even saying a single word to me i spent 4 hours waiting before i walked out and will not be coming back ever if you have read this far and are thinking of coming here i honestly recomend you dont go to Chads Barbershop on madison so much nicer and way faster.

Not a good shop as keeping their appointment times. I was told by owner that he starts at 11 and I took 11 oclock appt for me and my son We reached there at 10.35 and he was already doing hair cut on some kid and said he had one more guy on front of me we waited till 11.45 . When I asked him how long it will take more he replied dont know. The way he replied it was rude, we just walked out. Never going back .I wish I can give him less than 1 star.
