Good vibes

Good haircut, good with kids, very crowded but service was fast.UPDATE: So I am very reluctant to give out 5 star reviews, however the fact that the owner quickly responded to my review asking how he could improve to get all 5 stars shows that he is professional, prompt, courteous, and definitely cares about his customers and the reputation of his establishment. So therefore I have updated my review to 5 stars.

Music is so loud they cant hear you when you tell them how you want your haircut. They basically do what they want instead of listening to what you want. You are basically another number here.

Barber said he was going to be a little late which is fine. Being a little late ended up being an hour. Waited in the lobby for an hour. Terrible customer service.

I made an appointment for 11:00 online. Barber was not even there. Had someone else cut my hair because I could not wait. Im glad I did because it was much cheaper to use someone else.

Something happened to my barber. I looked in google for a quick cut.. Prospect point barber shop popped up first.. I called and was in the chair in a matter of no time.. It was very convenient and I got a perfect fade.. Quintin really listens and wants the cut that you want.. He did such a superb job that I will be coming back.. I’m a firm believer your put it in the right place at the right time and I was not let down.. I was at the right place.. Excellent tru bald fade and I was very satisfied.. thanks Quintin for the amazing cut...

Ive been to various barbers in chicago, lafayette indiana, St louis you name it. Ive never had someone as professional and willing to work with you then Quintin! Hes super easy to talk to and the haircut process was an amazing experience. Just look at his work, it speaks for it self and his attention to detail is impeccable!

Moved to fountain square and this was the first place I found for barbershops. Great small town feel, veteran owned business who makes sure every cut is done right. Parking off street in a parking lot which is convenient. Will be back!

Every time I leave this shop I feel like a million bucks. Prospect Point is how a barbershops supposed to be- a relaxed yet professional atmosphere w/ a top-notch cut. Just try Quintin once and youre not gonna want to go anywhere else, believe me.

It’s been four years struggling finding a good barber! Finally, I found ma new friend here Q! He is clean, professional, and skilled guy. I like how he treats his customers. He takes his time to do things not just like great clips, which 15 min n then u r out! It’s worth it going there! Also, I like the old decoration of the shop, where, um sure, he will add more touches to it over the time, it’s been just almost a year for him in this place. Also, he has a safe big parking lot for his customers.Good Job man!

Moving to Fountain Square I wanted to find a new place to get my haircut. It is difficult leaving a place and trusting a new person to cut my hair, but Quintin took his time to ask questions, explain what he was doing, and how things can change over time (since my hair likes to do its own thing). I highly recommend giving him a shot and supporting a local barber shop. Thank you so much and I will be back again.

When I first arrived at the barber shop I was a bit early, as I tend to be when I have an appointment some place new. Sat down and felt welcomed and was offered a beverage while I sat and waited for my turn. My appointment was bumped up about about 15-30mins from when I scheduled the appointment, which worked well in my favor but it took pretty much hour from the time I walked in the door to the moment I sat in the chair. My first thought was, “Oh! It’s gonna be one of these places.” I wasn’t necessarily content with the timing and thinking I was gonna only have a 30 min cut, regardless on how it looked, and be sent on my way had me discouraged for my first cut in months due to COVID.I’m usually a quiet guy when it comes to get my haircut because I just want to get on my way and get it done with but Quintin was nice to talk with and building a rapport over Blumaan and hair products, style, and health made me feel most welcome and had become the determining factor that Quintin was going to be my barber now. He did a fantastic job and gave me exactly what I wanted!Though I wasn’t certain on if I was gonna like this place at all, I was most pleased in the end and Quintin did everything that needed done and won’t send you away until he has completed the job. See you again soon man!

Ive been getting my hair cut by Quentin for about a year and a half now. I honestly cannot imagine letting someone else cut my hair. When Quentin let me know that he was opening his own shop, I didnt consider for a second not following him over.The new spot is awesome. A/C is on point (Note: Im writing this on July 3rd and its pretty humid). Quentin has a dedicated parking lot right across the street from his entrance.Quentin is also enormously accommodating for appointments.So, yeah, I cannot recommend him highly enough!

I was once told by a wise man to find a good barber or a good bartender. After meeting Quintin, I chose the barber route. Ive been going to Quintin for a few years now. Im glad to see him chasing his dream with his new shop. The conversation is easy and you can learn a lot from other patrons who visit the barbershop. It has a community feel that will only grow as he takes on more barbers. Plenty of parking and as others have stated, the air conditioner makes it nice/cozy on a hot summer day. Check Quintin out...you wont be disappointed as I routinely get compliments on the cut and style of my hair.
