I went today (09-23) and the shop was shut down due to fire. There was a sign but no updated address if they moved elsewhere.

They now have a website where you can see who is in line, so you dont have to wait that much.

I walked in at 6:15, and they close at 7. They made sure they took everyone there and had their cuts done, but had me sitting there waiting. I saw one of the barbers was done around 6:45, so I got up, but he’d look at me, then try to find something to do. He was stalling the whole time. They could’ve just told me they wouldn’t take anyone else because it was late. I don’t want to pull that card, but they all gave me looks from the first time I ever went, for reasons that I think had to do with me being gay. I had a terrible experience and walked out of there very very upset. There were 7 barbers there, there is no reason why they should refuse my service. Danny was the only one who has taken my service and cut my hair with no prejudice. If I could leave 0 stars, I would.

They do an AMAZING JOB. Hair cut are 100% on point clean and crispy. My husband loves it an so do I. Major turn on! They do fantastic designs very detailed!!!!! Soo good! 100% works are very nice and work with you well!!!!

Been my barbershop for years. Best in the city! Only one I will go to. If you like cold fades and sharp, straight razor lines, this is where you need to go. Be prepared to wait on the more experienced barbers. Some days, its like how use to be going to the bmv. Youre gonna be there all day, but its worth the wait.

Yes they are some of the best but it takes too long to get a haircut, they do not accept credit cards. They should schedule people.

Great barbers. Go in with plenty of time. The wait can be long but you wont regret it. Make sure you put your name on the board (sign in) with the number of the barber you would like. If you leave it blank you get faster service but you will get a random barber (whoever is not busy at the moment)

Definitely the best barber shop in Indianapolis their name and slogan does not lie. Though you may have to wait a little while and I recommend making an appointment they have amazing prices in and all of their Barbers are absolutely amazing. My son has never had a real successful haircut until I took him here. And everywhere we go people ask him who cut his hair and I am happy to oblige on it telling them that Los Nitidos cut it. And the way they line up his hair is absolutely spectacular. It is a very fun and happy place they all have so much energy but are still very very professional. I honestly would not recommend any place else any place else is just a waste of money especially when their prices and quality of work is so great 👍

Excellent Latin barbershop. Barbers are familiar with current trends. Barbers here offer a variety of services; cutting hair, straight blade razor shaves, beard trims, lining up, styling, and fading. The barbers are very talented. This is evident from the wait times. Even with 9 or so barbers it gets extremely full on the weekends. Write your name on the board and come back later or simply wait your turn and enjoy the music. You can also pick which barber cuts your hair. Simply write your preferred barbers chair number next to your name.

Great haircut place one of the best Ive been to. It so good that when I went there was 30 people pack in there!!!! Just go early but and some people go early so it not a time where they dont have people coming in. They take there time and they know how to cut all types of hair. Nice people too. I tell them to just cut the top a little bit but instead they cut the side shorter, which already looked amazing and they cut the top way shorter than I told them. I waited 3 hours and it’s a complete waste of time for a horrible haircut. Never going there again

Waited on the sign up list since 3pm kept getting skipped by the two barbers I signed up for in chairs 4 & 5. Even after telling #5 I was next they still kept skipping past my name. Never had any issues there. I always tipped. But this was just ridiculous and felt almost personal. Finally just left at 7pm and still hadn’t been recognized or got a haircut. So disappointing. After I spent $25 on Uber & lyft just to come to this shop.

These are true artist of their trade. I feel welcome every time I come through the door. Sammy, Denny, and Rudy build rapport with you continuously. If you dont mind waiting in line it is best place for a haircut.

Today I had the worst experience at nitidos I walk in and write my name on the board I wait for two hours to find out that my name was crossed out and none of the barbers asked me if I been helped. I walked out aggravated because my time had been wasted on waiting for a haircut I never received

I just tried getting in, door was locked with like 20 people inside... like damn, yall cant see me at the damn door or hear me knocking. No hours posted on the door, tried calling, phone out of service. Overall terrible first impression.
